Impressive corner unit

I recently stayed in Scott's condo from Feb 9th through the 12th. I consider myself a Mammoth local as my brother and I try to ride every other weekend during the winter months. This condo is by far one of the nicest condos i have ever rented. We loved the wireless soundbar, games in the condo, and Netflix after a long day of riding. Access to the unit from the parking lot is very convenient. The amenities are all updated and wonderful. The master bed is extremely comfortable and unlike any in a rental. This condo is located in the heart of the town and we were able to walk to quite a few restaurants even in the snow. Scott response time was extremely quick and was very helpful, thank you for that sir. I would highly recommend this property to all my friends and family. We look forward to renting Scott's unit again very shortly. Also, the loft is larger than expected and can sleep 4 comfortably! Cheers.

Wonderful, spacious condo in a great location

The first impression we got when we walked in the door was that the condo was much bigger than the photos show. Each room downstairs was very spacious with its own bathroom. The loft above the main floor was larger than any condo we have stayed at in mammoth. Our party had five adults and four children and there was more than enough space. We usually stay near the village for convenience, but the shuttle stop is just steps from the front door and gets you to the village in five minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous! A great vacation spot. One minor issue, the heat in the master bedroom was not working. Other than that everything was perfect!

Top notch all the way

Everything about this place is top notch, from the furnishings to the owner. Super responsive owner genuinely interested in making sure everything was in order from arrival to departure. High quality home- away- from- home, clean and very well appointed. Walking distance to stores/bars/restaurants and we were also able to visit 20 gorgeous lakes via a short drive from this condo on our summer vacation. Beds are high-quality too, great nights sleep guaranteed. Owner offered discount if we took care of his place...we did and he came through. 5 stars all the way around, really a nice place

It was great, the condo was very nice.

We were very pleased, everything you needed. Very clean and very comfortable for six adults. The upstairs loft we could have added our grandkids. We will want to come back again and also bring our family and grand children in the furture

Very nice and convenient Townhome

We had a large group (4 adult couples) and we had a great time in this Luxury Town home for our Mammoth ski weekend. It was incredibly comfortable and cozy. It snowed almost all weekend and we spent most of the time on the slopes or around town, but for the moments when we took a breath, or took a dip in the community hot tub, it was perfect. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are wonderful, quiet and comfortable. The loft upstairs has 3 beds I believe, perhaps a 4th pullout. It is open air so it's not going to super quiet if there are people in the living room, but we knew that going on and it worked for us. Scott was easy to work with and I would love to visit again. Thanks so much!

Great Place!

Great place and experience all around. Very clean, nicely upgraded, stylish. Excellent location within walking distance of all old town restaurants and stores and easy drive to the slopes. The owner communicated quickly and clearly by email to get things set up. We hope to be back.

Cozy and homely stay

The accommodation was easy to find and right beside the centre of the village. The townhome is really cozy, fully furnished with awesome comfortable couches. You can feel the warmth from the fireplace, and the super warm heater, throughout all three floors; it's so warm, it gets quite hot upstairs. The kitchen is fully decked out with pots/pans/utensils, anything. The living/dining room has great space, and a large TV, which definitely kept us entertained for a great deal of time. And for convenience, the firewood is placed on the patio of every room including the living room and bedrooms. We had a great night's sleep every night as the beds were very comfortable. Three beds are located on the top floor, which is an open space located above the living room, and two queen beds located in two bedrooms in the bottom floor. Overall, we seven guests had a great stay in Scott's townhome.

Felt like staying home without any house chores

Very comfortable place to stay and to have a quality time with family. First of all, the owner Scott responded all my email requests and questions very quickly, perhaps within 10 minutes or so. The condo was very clean and spacious with seven of us who were there. Two bedrooms at the lowest level was far enough for two adults (my mom and my sister-in-law) to be able to sleep QUIETLY despite having three teenage boys. All was good and nothing to complain and we'll definitely be back for skiing and for fall colors.

Excellent time at Sierra Park Villas Mammoth

My family and I loved this townhouse! It was set up with everything we needed. I especially loved the comfy power leather recliner and big screen TV. The condo was a great deal for it's location in the center of Mammoth, close to great food and fun pubs. It was also within walking distance (about 50 yards) to the ski shuttle service, which would be handy during ski season. The unit was everything the owner said it would be and we especially enjoyed the warm wood stove and all the very nice upgrades and condition of the property. I would highly recommend this unit and the owner was helpful and very easy to rent from. If this unit is ever for sale, we would be interested in buying it. Mahalo Nui Loa..........

Lots of space

This place is great! Lots of space if you want to come with friends or extended family. The owner is very nice to work with regarding your stay. we had originally booked in August but we had to cancel with only a days notice due to a death in the family and a sick dog. Scott was very understanding and allowed us to rebook for a future date. The place is beautifully remodeled and has everything you need. I would like to give a heads up on the king bed down stairs. you are able to enter the unit from a door in that room and the frame on that bed has a corner that is out further than you would think. my husband walked into it 3 times before I finally leaned a pillow on it to stop further injury. lol We did truly enjoy staying here and would highly recommend this unit to everyone!!!

Great Place!

Great place to stay! Owner responded very quickly to questions. The home was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. It was super easy to find and close to tons of shopping and restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable and thank you for providing towels! I would highly recommend this rental!!

Excellent! I guess we are on the right track! We tried to make it like we would want it, and I am always looking at upgrades for more comfort. Next week I go up to add some ceramic heaters in anticipation of the HUGE snow year coming!!! Thanks for treating our place so well, you are now a member of our friends and family program.

This AWESOME condo has EVERYTHING!

We went up to Mammoth for Christmas and a family reunion. Your condo is gorgeous with new high-end appliances, new furniture, new carpeting and fabulous bedding. My teenage kids loved the high speed computer network and new TVs. We had a huge snow storm and the wood burning stove made it unforgettable! Spa and sauna hit the spot. Hotel-like towels and toiletries were the added touch! Right next to the shuttle stop and in the middle of Restaurant Row. This is our new go-to place for mammoth and we would like reserve the same week for this year. Thank you!

Fabulous Condo for a Family Vacation

My wife and I, and young adult children, spent four days vacationing in this condominium over Labor Day weekend. The condo was beautifully remodeled and fully equipped everything we needed, and felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect, close to shopping, amenities, and Sierra recreational activities. Thank you to the owners for providing a picture-perfect base for a fabulous summer vacation.

Nicest place we've ever stayed in Mammoth!

Thank you for the special deal for our 8 day stay. Your condo is awesome! Everything was perfect and my husband loved your leather power recline sofa in the living room and now he has to have one. Nice place, high end finish and the kitchen was well stocked. Excellent vacation!

We LOVE this place!!!

We recently spent our summer vacation at this location and all I can say is we will be going back for years to come. This is the cleanest and most comfortable place we have stayed in Mammoth, ever. It felt like home away from home. Everything is new, clean and comfortable. Thank you Scott for your assistance in this and for making our vacation a memorable one. Five stars just doesn't do it justice.

Newly remodeled condo

Wow, this place is nice. Everything is new, it's a blend of modern and mountain. Nicest place I've stayed in mammoth, and we have been coming here for over 15 years now. Redwood, hickory, stainless steel, solid granite. 50" living room TV, + 3 others, high speed wireless LAN was fast, but hard-wire Ethernet is at the living rm only, which is fine. Bathrooms all redone with custom tile, thick glass and stone floors. Highly recommended.

We bought this 3 story townhouse 2013 and spent close to a year renovating. Old plumbing was replaced along with everything else except maybe the framing, although that got a boost too. The floors were insulated and reinforced or replaced. Most of the walls now have soundproofing. We think the place is upscale-comfortable, and our favorite Guests agree and want to come back. I hope to accumulate a following so that our home is well taken care of and I can reduce the rates!

We have visited mammoth for 20 years, mainly for skiing. We have previously owned a condo at Juniper Springs Lodge and another place in town. This townhouse is much more fun and convenient!
