Good accommodation

Our accommodation was great. Not far from Pacific Fair shopping centre and the Gold Coast.The washing machine died on the first night of our accommodation. A replacement washing machine was installed within a couple of days. Cathy was very easy to talk to about any issues we may have had.We noticed on our first night that the bed sheets in both bedrooms had big stains on them. My daughter & I slept on the side of the bed without the stains.The cutlery and some of the plates in the kitchen cupboards were dirty. The plug in the sink doesn't work as you can't push it down to fill the sink full of water.Cathy needs to employ a new house cleaner as the current one is pretty crap. For the amount that we paid for the accommodation we expected the house to be cleaner than it was.Besides the cleaning side of things to be done. The house was close to all amenities and not very far from the beach.

Indoor and Outdoor Furniture was old and dirty, towels were dirty and smelled, bed sheets were dirty, the outdoor bbq was disgusting and rusty and dirty, the outdoor furniture was dirty and rusty, advised the host of this and took videos and photos. Based on previous reviews it’s not the first time a person complained about how dirty this place is. Absolute not worth the money. While we stayed there the host organised the lawns to be cut she did not have this completed prior before we checked in which was terrible. Requested the Bo d back and messaged host still no answer. Prior before we left we took photos and videos for our own evidence to show the property was left clean and tidy.

Good location but cleanliness was a problem.

We had to re wash bed sheets as had marks on them and smelt damp. When we went to change the bedsheets with the “new ones” in the cupboard they were also wet in the cupboard. The house has a smell of damp/dog smell. The bathrooms was clean which was great but overall the bedrooms just really didn’t feel clean enough to stay in.Very expensive for what the property is.

Great stay on the gold coast

This was a perfect place for our group attending a wedding and hanging out on the Gold Coast. We had a great time hanging out on the patio. Very clean and comfortable and a lovely spacious backyard as well.

The perfect place

We loved the cottage, the area and its proximity to shops and beach. Our only problem was my brother who has limited mobility and could not walk to the beach from the cottage. A car is a necessity unless everyone is able to walk a reasonable way.

Amazing space in an amazing place!

This gem is so much more than meets the eye in the online listing. The home is light and bright. Great indoor and outdpor spaces. Host very communicative. I stayed here with my fur baby as I had business meetings in the Gold Coast. The area is wonderfully quiet so that was a luxury and unexpected for the Gold Coast. Highly Recommend. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome Miami stay

This house has everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. Very clean and beds were all comfortable. Large and secure yard for our dog. Close to the beach and so many cafes and restaurants to choose from. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

Vacation Home

The stay within the residence was great. The host was very helpful going above and beyond to ensure all was taken care of and supplying us and the kids with all we needed. Great hospitality. The home was located in a very central area to get around with a quite neighborhood and privacy entrance gate. The home was very clean and had a massive back yard along with the front porch to relax and host family. I would recommend this home to any family. *FYI.Just a faint smell of dog/pets we could notice in the home.

Road trip getaway holiday for 5 days

It was a lovely house, very clean and beautifully decorated. Cathy, the owner, was very obliging and accommodating. Our teenage son accidentally left his mobile phone behind and Cathy let us come back the next day to pick it up. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

Great little house

This house had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay! Has a lovely huge backyard for the kids and is in a great location from everything that you’ll need. Would stay here again! Only problem is there isn’t any PowerPoints in the bathroom.

Humble abode

Great little house in Miami in a quiet street. Setting is fresh and extremely tidy. Room for parking off street. Plenty of backyard space for kids to run around in. Cathy is a great host.

Great place to stay, close to all amenities, neat and tidy nicely renovated

We had a great stay with our doggo. The home is fully fenced front and back. This is a lovely little home well suited for a couple or small family. It has everyting you could want for a couple of days or a month.

Great Stay

House is in a quiet neighbourhood with easy walk to some great restaurants and small shopping centre with IGA , baker, butcher & Bottle shop. While the house was very clean it did smell of dogs in the lounge room. Had to buy Glen 20 & spray rug. Just a note that there is no power point in the bathroom so not able to blow dry hair in front of the mirror. While it didn’t bother us there is no dining table inside, it was too cold in winter to eat dinner outside but was lovely spot under the front pergola for breakfast Overall a great house.

Great Pet Staycation

Great place to get away with your furry friends. Large enclosed yard (both back and front) so plenty of room to run around. Nice covered area out front for relaxing or eating Modern kitchen and bathroom Good quiet location, still close to all activities

Great stay

The house was very clean, and the set up was perfect. The front and backyard very fantastic for our dog. The location is great 10 min walk to Nobby beach, 15 minutes drive to Surfers Paradise. The bonus is Miami Aquatic center around the corner. Definitely recommend. Thank you for having us!

Great property - everything is provided.....

We loved our recent stay in Miami. The property was exactly as listed....very clean, very private, very secure. It was the first time we travelled with our little dog and she loved it....big backyard for her to play in, which was very safe. The location is fantastic. We'd stay here again.

Perfect pet friendly property

Property was great location, could walk to some fantastic food of coffee plus amazing dog park a short walk away. Garden very safe for kids and fur babies and off street car parking was available
