Espacioso retiro en el paraíso!

ATLANTIS II, refugio lujoso y amplio con un dormitorio completo, un baño con cocina completa, comedor y sala grande (650 SqFt / 100 SqFt de porche delantero), que ofrece alojamiento de alto nivel a precios razonables para hasta cuatro adultos.
Esta casa de transporte tiene características que no se ven a menudo en alojamientos cercanos y funciona como un gran apartamento de un dormitorio. La gran sala de concepto abierto tiene techos de 10 pies de altura, un hermoso candelabro "carruaje", múltiples colgantes y luces empotradas, todo en dimmers.
La cocina gourmet totalmente equipada tiene una isla de 7 pies con 4 gabinetes base con bandejas extraíbles que hacen una despensa ideal. La isla ofrece asientos altos para dos personas para una cena informal. Todos los electrodomésticos son de acero inoxidable y las encimeras de granito. El refrigerador de la puerta francesa tiene un dispensador de agua y un cajón del congelador.
El área de comedor cuenta con una mesa que puede acomodar hasta seis para las comidas y también puede funcionar como un área de trabajo de computadora o una mesa de juegos.
El dormitorio tiene una cama muy cómoda con dos cofres laterales de varios cajones y un amplio armario de fácil acceso de 9 pies.
Se puede entrar al baño completo desde el pasillo principal o a través de la puerta del bolsillo del dormitorio. El magnífico baño cuenta con una gran ducha de esquina con cerramiento de vidrio y baldosas de mármol de piso a techo. También hay un tocador de mueble con espacio adicional en el mostrador y un gabinete de medicina con espejo empotrado para un amplio almacenamiento. Finalmente, hay un armario de pasillo multifuncional que se puede usar para almacenar artículos de despensa, ropa de cama o cualquier otro artículo adicional.
Los espacios de estacionamiento están disponibles en el lado derecho de la cochera ubicada frente al Carriage House y su garaje. Hay estacionamiento adicional disponible frente a la casa principal, al otro lado de la calle e inmediatamente adyacente a la cochera de Carriage House.

Perfect for us - and our dog

We have stayed at Seacrest for the past four years. Each time getting a small one bedroom as it is just the two of us This one is our favorite! On site management, we got to bring our small dog along, and great layout.

Retreat in Paradise!

Location was great - close to pool, beach, restaurants, coffee shops, retail, etc. Carriage House was well appointed, has everything you need to prepare a meal if you choose. Carriage House will not disappoint! We’ll be back!

Lovely, roomy carriage house

We had a fabulous stay in the Atlantis carriage house! The space is thoughtfully decorated and well-appointed. We had everything we needed/desired in a beach rental, including plenty of space to kick-back and relax. Ed and Amy are lovely hosts. We will see them again soon!

The property was in a purpose built "village" with fabulous community private pool and a (crowded) community private beach. The property was attractive inside and out and well equipped with everything you need for your stay including a pair of (brakeless) bicycles for cycling round the village. There is a hob, microwave and compact oven so you can easily cook at home. Oil, salt, pepper, and various herbs were all provided. There is a coffee pot, coffee and filters (bring tea!), a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, beach chairs. All really thoughtful.

Beautiful Carriage House!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming little carriage house! It is beautifully decorated, has a great floor plan, large kitchen and living area, and a large covered porch (that actually sits on the opposite end of the main house upper porch). The house is attached to main house so there is a safe, covered entrance up the steps to the house. The owners were very polite and welcoming. They definitely take great care of their house. The house is just around the corner from the very large, beautiful pool area! We walked to the restaurants in Seacrest each night and took the shuttle to the beach. We plan to visit this house again and wish that all were this nice! Thank you Ed & Amy!

Small but cute

The place was in a great location within 30A. I did not know what a carriage house meant! Should have looked into that more! The place was clean and perfect size for what we wanted! I did however get a little confused ! When booking the listing said sleeps 4 so I had four of us that checked in. The first day I got there the owner of the home that is attached to the carriage house approached me and said I didn’t say 4 people were coming on VRBO. I stated when I checked in I put all four of our names down. She stated , but I didn’t mark 4 on the VRBO app! She said she charges an extra fee per person! She said it wouldn’t be much! So of course I said absolutely just let me know how much more I need to pay! She proceeded to tell me to Venmo her and it was an extra 400 something. Anyways probably my fault for not knowing this! But to me if it says it sleeps 4 and you bring 4 people should be fine! Moral of the story !!!!!!! Never get a carriage house, Get a stand alone!

Little gem by the beach!

This is a great little property. Beautifully decorated, and that means a lot to me. I love to decorate. It had the most storage in the kitchen of any one-bedroom we had ever stayed in. My only complaint would be no hardware on the kitchen cabinets and no oven. We are people that do cook on vacation and missed having an oven. The cabinets and especially the drawers are a little hard to open with no knobs or pulls. Outside of that, it was a perfect place for our stay. We were traveling with other family that were staying in a house right around the corner, so we couldn't have been closer to them. We would definitely consider it again. Amy and Ed are great hosts. The bikes and beach chairs that are available for use are a terrific bonus and save room packing.

Peaceful comfort

Perfect space for 2 adults. Quiet inside and outside. Very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated with lovely custom window treatments and furniture. Bed was comfortable. Soothing beach colors but not over done beach decor.Great location to town, pool and beach. All within walking distance. Comfortable balcony over looking the quiet street.Fully equipped kitchen. CleanJust an FYI it is on the second floor of a garage, so keep luggage light.

Week in paradise!

This carriage house is perfectly situated in Seacrest , walk to beach and dining, shopping, pools. Bikes provided made it even better! It’s decorated very comfortably and in great taste. We will be back!

Outstanding.

The place was perfect. Very clean, and very well appointed. The location was great. My only complaint was the bed is tiny. Other than that small issue, the carriage house was perfect.

Adorable Carriage House at Seacrest Beach

This Carriage House at Seacrest Beach is adorable and was perfect for our family of 4. Our daughters shared the pull-out couch for the week. The Carriage House is within walking distance of a huge pool that you have access to through staying at the house. A little further from the pool (still within walking distance) is the beautiful beach. Our family also had lots of fun riding the bicycles that came with the Carriage House. It was a great experience, and we highly recommend this place.

Beautiful carriage home perfect for a couple's getaway

My husband & I enjoyed our no kids getaway to this beautiful carriage home. Plenty of privacy & a short walking distance to the pool, beach & shopping. Amy was a wonderful hostess, too!

Seacrest Beach Vacation

We stayed last week and could not have been happier with our visit. The accomadations were great for me and my wife. It's nice to have a pet friendly place so we could bring our dog. I would highly reccomend this carriage house. It's so convenient to to the pool and the beach. We will be back. Amy was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed to complete our stay.

Perfect Getaway Spot!

Richard and I were extremely satisfied with our choice to stay at the Atlantis II Carriage House! Ed and Amy were the perfect, sweetest hosts. They provided two bikes for us to use during our stay, let us use their grill on the back porch, and gave us food/drink recommendations that were amazing! The house is two blocks away from the town square and only 3-4 blocks away from the beach. The walk to the beach is 8-10 minutes, but we found that riding our bikes to the front of the neighborhood and then walking the rest of the way was the way to go. The house has everything you need for your stay; it is very clean and well decorated. We loved that there was a keurig! Guests also have access to the neighborhood pool that was very nice. We truly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely book this house again in the future!

Nice roomy carriage house. We enjoyed the easy access to come and go as we pleased.

Atlantis II was a cute, well designed place to stay. It had everything we needed to be comfortable for our month's visit. Ed and Amy were very accommodating and fun to get to know.
