Situada en el acantilado frente a la playa de Killcare, esta impresionante propiedad cumplirá todas las expectativas. Con una vista al mar sin obstrucciones de 180 grados hacia el océano Pacífico, esta es una casa de playa con el factor WOW.

Recientemente renovado en su totalidad, los tres dormitorios y un baño se encuentran en el nivel de entrada: 2 dormitorios tamaño Queen. El tercer dormitorio solo es adecuado para niños y tiene una T. V montada en la pared.

Máximo 4 adultos y 2 niños.
Aire acondicionado por conductos y una chimenea de combustión para las noches frías de invierno.
En la planta baja se encuentra el nivel de entretenimiento con sala de estar / comedor / cocina y un segundo baño / lavandería combinados. Ambos baños tienen calefacción por suelo radiante y toalleros.
Una gran plataforma de entretenimiento con calefacción al aire libre conduce desde la sala de estar y tiene vista a la piscina enterrada con energía solar.

Ropa de cama incluida y una fianza de $ 1000 a pagar.

Cuando llega el momento de matar, Killcare y Hardys Bay es un punto de acceso oculto. Hay restaurantes refinados como Manfredi (ubicado dentro de Bells at Killcare), así como restaurantes relajados junto a la playa como The Fat Goose y HardysBay Bistro.

Quiet luxury holiday with our 2 boys

Clean with all needs met. Swimming pool was a major hit with my 2 children. Nice grassy area for them to play also. Children can be supervised in the pool from the deck ajacent to the kitchen. 3 bedrooms. 2 with double beds. 1 with a single and pull out lounge bed which was made up for my kids. We did not use the third room as it was just my hubby and 1 and our 2 boys. Quiet surroundings. Close to Harry's Bay and Killcare beach. We also explored Umina and Ettalong close by. Lots of places to eat withing 5-20 minutes drive. Cooked a lot in the kitchen. Kitchen had everything and was wonderful to work in. Had basics there like cling wrap, baking paper, foil, salt and pepper, olive oil (although we had bought our own). Great stay. It was an annual slurge for us but worth it.

Good property, a little bit far from everything

The property was great, looks of room, great view and pool just a bit far from the beach and shops. Only other issue we had was the flyscreens banging throughout the night in all the bedrooms which would be good to get fixed.

Luckily in the end we had a beautiful time.

The property has absolutely perfect views. A beautiful quiet area. It was a bit uncomfortable because we had a feeling we were constantly watched by one of the neighbours to the right of the property from the back. We were quite disappointed at the beginning because even though on the listing it states solar heated pool, the pool was absolutely freezing and we did not get to use it at all. Unfortunately even our kids, who usually can bare the cold water were unable to be in there. Luckily after speaking to the agent with our issues and disappointment were were allowed to use the spa which is for owners use only. I must say with 2 kids who suffer from many health issues restricting us to go to public places, we were overwhelmed at the start but in the end we had the most beautiful time at the property and definitely the highlight has been the spectacular views of the ocean and spending time in the spa as a family watching the beautiful stars which covered the sky. The most beautiful memory. Thank you for finding a way we could still enjoy the property and see some smiling faces on our kids.

Beautiful location, just a few things missing.

I stayed with my husband, two kids (5 yo and 2 yo) and my parents who are both in their 70s. The house was really lovely and the location gives it a really beautiful view across Killcare/Putty Beach, which we really loved. The house was clean and well equipped and the agents at Ray White were fine. There are three suggestions I would make however, especially considering the high cost of the property. There is no welcome manual - so you have to figure out how everything works which you don't really want to be doing as it feels like you're wasting time, especially if you are only there for a few days. Most holiday rentals/airbnbs I have stayed in have some sort of welcome/instruction folder which tells you how to switch everything on/get things working like the wifi/hot tub/heating etc... We figured these things out but it took us a bit of time. For example there is a wifi password on the walls but you have to guess which actual wifi you need to connect to as only the password is provided. Also the hot tub - there are no instructions and we had to work out through trial and error that the switch was hidden under the house. We couldn't actually use it either as it was filthy - perhaps needs a good clean out. When you are paying premium prices you expect these touches. And lastly, and most importantly, the little pretty garden which goes beyond the pool really should have some sort of fence or at least a warning sign - because at the end of it is a sheer drop , which is partially hidden by small shrubs/plants. But if you were a young child and went running out of the house, passed the pool and onto the lawn and you didn't stop or you tripped, you would be over that drop in seconds. We were all gobsmacked that there is no warning of that in the house anywhere, or on the online ad. We had to make sure neither of our kids went down there during our stay which is a bit stressful. Strange that there is no fence at all - or like I say, at least a warning. So if you are travelling with kids, watch out for this. All that said we enjoyed our stay overall, and if these few suggestions were actioned I think it would make it a really great holiday house worth every penny.

Great house, great location

The house has been recently renovated and presents modern, tidy, bright and well equipped. The view over the beach is captivating. The large covered deck provides a great space within which to relax, overlooking the inground pool, bushy garden and views over Putty Beach extending to Whale and Palm Beaches, Barrenjoey and into Pittwater. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
