Este amplio condominio actualizado de 3 dormitorios / 3 baños cuenta con espectaculares vistas de las pistas desde los tres dormitorios, así como desde la sala de estar. Este condominio junto a la ladera Duerme cómodamente 10 (nueve personas en camas y una persona en el sofá de la sala de gran tamaño). Esta unidad cuenta con todas las comodidades modernas que pueda desear mientras conserva su verdadero encanto de montaña. ¡También tiene 2 unidades portátiles de aire acondicionado LG! La gran cocina con isla tiene todo lo necesario para preparar una deliciosa comida. No habrá peleas por controles remotos en este condominio. Esta unidad cuenta con 2 salas de estar separadas, cada una con sus propios televisores grandes de pantalla plana, ¡además hay televisores de pantalla plana adicionales en las 3 habitaciones! Los arreglos de la cama son los siguientes: dormitorio principal - king, segundo dormitorio - 2 camas queen, tercer dormitorio - litera (fondo completo + doble superior) + nido. It was such a great location for going to the lifts, ski school, restaurants and tubing hill. We could see the fireworks performed at the mountain for Christmas from the balcony and the kiddos enjoyed using the sleds in the front. All the necessities like shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. were a plus and having washer/dryer made our stay easy. Loved using the fireplace too. Overall, it was a good lodging for our ski trip.

Easter weekend ski trip

The place was clean and the owners/managers were very responsive to our needs and requests. The location in the center of the village, looking out at the gondola was outstanding and exceptionally convenient.

Loved the location and really enjoyed the extras and special touches such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and Kleenex in all bathrooms. Also appreciated the crockpot, laundry detergent, humidifiers, and trash bags that were provided.

Family Ski Trip

We loved this condo and the space it provided our family. We would definitely rent this space again if available. Staying in the Village is amazing!

Ski in ski out

You can’t beat the location. At the base of the winter park gondola and the slopes. The place was big enough for 4 adults 3 kids with room to spare. The split living room is great because it allows kids and adults to spread out. I would come back for sure!

Great Condo layout, Location and Views

We stay in Winter Park twice a year for a ski competition and this location is as good as it gets and also has great views of the resort.Overall, the property would benefit from a deep clean and addressing a few details. The master bedroom shower was very slow to drain with standing water, the remote for the main TV didn't turn it on/off (you just press the button on the side of the tv), there's a bunch of old Xbox gaming equipment that isn't connected/working, and the dishwasher is so old and loud that you should plan to run it while you're not in the condo. These are definitely small items, but thought the owners would appreciate the feedback to make future stays even better with such a great layout and location.

Great Location Very nice place

I would stay there again. Beds are comfortable. Very spacious. Other reviews said outdated but not really. Tiling older but nice, Furniture great. Everything clean. Only one thing. Visted in August and needed AC. No cieling fans . Had several portable fans that were all put into the bedroom closet that we did not use, so we never saw them until the next day. Had portable AC units but couldn't vent to the outside due to window screens. Not sure how they where suppose to work ?

Ideal location, maybe not in summer

TLDR - We loved the location of this property. Being able to go down the stairs/elevator and be right on the Winter Park Resort property was fantastic. If you plan on coming in the fall or winter, I think you would enjoy it more than we did in the summer. The property does not cool very well. Positives: - Location, Location, Location - Hot and Cold water function as expected - Spacious living area with a bonus living area - Well-stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and accessories - Large dining table that accommodated our party of 8 Negatives: - No central AC, only portable units - Three bedrooms, but only 2 portable AC units - No ceiling fans, only floor/desk fans - Not all windows could open (and several were broken when we arrived) - Windows are only on two sides of the property, so you can't get a pass-through effect (not the fault of owners, just FYI) - Extremely poor ventilation in bathrooms - Kitchen and bathrooms were noticeably dirty upon arrival - Carpet is older -- no problem, except it looked like it had simply been "cleaned" with a carpet sweep. Carpet routinely made the bottoms of our socks discolored.

Great location but in need of uodating

Our stay in this unit was very centrally located and we loved that. The beds were also comfortable, beyond that however, I’m sorry to say I can’t give glowing reviews. This unit is very old and when things get old, they begin to feel kind of gross. The carpet especially, we didn’t want to walk on it without socks or shoes on because it was so old and dingy. Couch cushions and kitchen chairs were the same way. The master shower wouldn’t drain and you ended up standing in a few inches of dirty water as the drain couldn’t keep up. The smell from the shower was also unpleasant. The dishwasher was extremely loud and didn’t work well. I found the pod still stuck in the holder unopened after a full cycle went through and had to wash all dishes by hand. Very glad for the portable AC units. They saved us from dying of heat at night. The windows could barely be opened and were so tight. Some wouldn’t open at all. So sorry, don’t normally give reviews like this, but we were very disappointed with the unit. Will make other arrangements next time.

Great location

The location on the resort was perfect and very convenient. Had some issues with one of the toilets leaking and the shower drains not draining very well. We had a great time.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great property for a group or large family. The pictures are accurate as to the layout but it cannot show how roomy this property is. Everything from booking to checking out was handled great! The ski locker held all our equipment and still have room to add more (8 total skiers). The kitchen was well equipped, the giant crock pot was very useful. We cooked all meals in house and anything we needed was there. The washer and dryer were wonderful. So many extras in the home! Pillows, throw blankets, supplies, etc. The location was perfect - we watched bands and other activities from our balcony and windows. If this place cost any more than what you are looking at - go with this property!

Couldn't ask for a better location!

This condo was perfect for a long weekend ski trip. We traveled with four adults and a child. The condo is very large and we didn't even need to use one bedroom. Balcony and living room windows gave us unparalleled views of the slopes and base village. The ski locker was the cherry on top. Will be back to this condo for our next Winter Park vacation!

Great location

Great location and view! Everything is within walking distance. Nice underground heated parking. Locker storage for skis. Hot tub and workout facility. Property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. Well equipped condo, layout is great, 5 of us (3 generations) we were all very comfortable. Very nice to have 3 bathrooms. Some things are a little worn(carpet, some shelving in bathroom)/broken(shelf in fridge)—very easy to overlook for us. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!
