We’ve taken note about the lower shower needing a door, the cleaning under the beds, and the fly screens. Sorry these weren’t sorted before you arrived. We have also just looked through the correspondence and none of the issues were reported to our office during your stay - we would have loved to have rectified them for you. Thanks for stepping in to fix the screens yourself – that was really kind of you. We’ve also checked the listing it is clear that linen isn’t provided, if you could let one of us know where it was missed we will make sure that it is more obvious. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide, and we completely understand how disappointing and disruptive this situation would have been, particularly when travelling with elderly family members. We’re pleased that one of our team members was able to assist you promptly on the day and organise alternative accommodation within half an hour. We do our very best to resolve urgent matters as quickly as possible, and we’re glad we could provide a solution in this instance. We would also like to note that this particular property is owner-cleaned. That said, we are currently working closely with the owner to implement a more consistent and reliable cleaning solution to ensure standards are met moving forward. This review is based on lies. The power was a safety switch which was turned back on within 5 minutes. Yes the dish cloth needed to be replaced and was amongst a whole range of items dropped to the property. There was no smell. Our experience dealing with Mimoza was horrible. We do not want her or her group staying at any of our proerties ever again.
