Two spacious living areas both with TV and DVD players, CD player, air conditioning, corner spa bath, the list goes on! Views of the ocean looking towards Lorne from the large balcony are a great compliment to this holiday home. Facilities: 3 BR, OV, 2Q, 1 BNK, DN, ES, Spa, I, 2TV, SS, OF, EH, AC, CF, WM, CD, DW, MW, Bbq, Outf. Linen not provided

Linen not supplied, BYO Linen is customary on the Surf Coast. Pillows and doonas (with covers) are supplied, but guests should bring their own linen (pillow covers and sheets) and towels. Alternatively, linen and towels can be arranged for an additional cost on request.
Strict No Party Policy (schoolies, hens, bucks etc)

Firewood is only supplied from May to October.

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
We love professionally managing holiday homes and guest experiences and look forward to welcoming you to our backyard.
