Coconut Beach House was a great property had clean linens, clean sheets, towels, all the amenities we needed in the kitchen. The property was well-maintained. Convenient location I would recommend it.

Yhe house accommodated my "older" parents, sister, two boys, and their girlfriends. The kitchen was well equipped for making and serving meals. The diningroom was perfect for evening meals. We enjoyed the private pool and the heater kept the chill off the water. The kids (all 22 and over) though the walk to restaurants and shops was not far. The 8 minute walk to the beach was really only 5 minutes. The neighbors on thr street were kind and helpful when my dad asked questions about the neighborhood. Communication was superb! Before I even left to fly down I was notified of the code to enter and some quick reminders. We had a wonderful time! I will absolutely book from Beach Time Rentals again!

Great location - so-so house

Just blocks from the beach, it’s a fantastic location. The pool is nice enough. The house could use some updates but since the cost was less this can be overlooked

your home we rented was far from what I call clean- the floors were very dirty and stickyI dropped something under the bed and was disgusted how dirty under the bed wasI picked 3 fleas off my grandson not sure if you allow pets but you need to fumigate that place Not sure why you charge to heat a pool when it’s advertised as an amenity that put a sour taste in my mouth- we had cold weather so we didn’t need the pool but it seems like it should be included as well as the gas grill who wants to pay money to fill a propane tank and not use it allIt was nice yo have beach toys available I’ll give you that much

Regarding pest control, the property is on a regular professional fumigation schedule. That said, after receiving your review, we proactively arranged an additional treatment out of an abundance of caution. As for the pool heating and propane, both are optional add-on services. Heating a pool involves significant energy costs, which is why this service is offered separately and clearly disclosed in the listing description and rental agreement prior to booking. The same applies to the propane tank for the grill — this allows guests to pay only if they choose to use it. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the beach toys, and we truly appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving the experience for future guests.

We met two adult dolphins and their baby in the bay a few blocks east of our “home” and the sunsets to the west ion the gulf side, just a few blocks west of our “home” were a nightly joy!
