We have stayed in this exact unit several times now. The place is warm and inviting, with comfortable beds classy decor and a well equipped kitchen. Bedding and lines are good quality, and the in-unit hot tub and barbecue grill are greatly appreciated. The location is great, quiet and peaceful, but a short walk to village restaurants and bars, and to the gondolas. We had a problem getting the TVs to receive cable channels, and Outpost sent a technician over within a few minutes of my call, and he resolved the problem. I've stayed in a few places in Whistler, and highly recommend Outpost and the condos at Sunpath over anyplace else I've been.

I wish I could give this place a 100% recommendation, but the hot tub was remarkably filthy. Rest assured that the rest of the unit was immaculate, thoughtfully furnished, comfortable and well stocked (including a very thoughtful and complimentary tray of treats/coffee/snacks/bottled water). But if the private hot tub is a priority to you (really the only amenity we look for in a ski rental and we don't mind paying a premium for it) this is not the place for you. The hosts need to have a talk with their hot tub maintenance crew or find a new team to handle it. Rings of dark filth around the edges, brown sediment settled on all the seats that would just get whitreed around as soon as you turned on the jets, human hair and other mysterious debris floating about. We tried leaving the jets on to hopefully cycle some of the filth into the fixed and floating filtration but to no avail (I suspect neither had been cleaned or inspected in a while or there was serious abuse of the tub by previous guests and the cleaning team didn't bother to check or didn't feel the need to remedy the situation. It's a shame since the rest of the unit was so top notch. Great location across the street from the #4 shuttle, boot drier in the dedicated ski storage foyer, comfortable beds and linens, full size washer dryer. The place is great in all other aspects, but the condition of the hot tub unfortunately undid all the good that the place had going for it.

We had a great stay. The condo is very well appointed and close to everything. The location is outstanding and food and groceries and anything you need are very close by. There are lots of great places to eat and the hot tub on the deck is a great option as well as the community one right in front of the condo. The free shuttle picks you up right in front of the condo and drops you off at the slopes. We would definitely book this unit again.

Great accommodation just a few minutes' walk from Whistler's center and all its activities. High-quality amenities. The departure was a bit tricky as the host informed us at the last minute that the unit would only be available 2.5 hours later than scheduled. A compensation was proposed and accepted, and the issue was handled very well.

We have stayed in Whistler before but this place was the best. It was a lovely place to stay, with lots of places to eat and visit near by. The condo was comfortable and the staff responded to our needs immediately. Loved the pool and hot tub. The place felt safe as did the garage where our our car and bikes were stored. We had a great trip and could love to stay there again! We highly recommend this location. Thanks!

Communication with the host was great, and they were very accommodating with check-in and check-out times, which we appreciated. However, everything else was mediocre. The space lacked any standout features, and it even fell short on essentials. For a group of six, there were only two tea bags and two small pouches of coffee provided. While the host did bring more upon request, they mentioned it was just a 'starter pack,' which felt insufficient for the number of guests. Overall, the stay was okay.

This place was amazing - exactly like the pictures except even better! Prime location, private hot tub, all the amenities. I can't believe we found this gem at this price - it is the best place I've stayed in at Whistler at and I hope to visit again soon. Only thing as more of a heads up for families is the parking garage - it has a pretty low height limit so if you're traveling in a larger SUV with a box on top, you'll have to take it off to park. Super minor in the grand picture because otherwise this place is perfect!

Excellent unit but parking fiasco

We loved the unit. Clean, modern, well decorated, an extremely well equipped kitchen, decks, great hot tub, recycling and composting set up, great bedding, etc. Parking was however confusing, and resulted in our two vehicles being towed for a cost of $460. Outpost was gracious enough to cover half of that, but it was still a lot. We found the signage unclear, the description of the entry to the parkade unclear, and did not understand why, having left our phone numbers on the dash, we weren’t called as a warning. We found other renters checking in to also be very confused, and later noticed a sign warning about ‘predatory towing’ in the area. Indeed. I’m in cancer treatment on chemo and was perhaps a little out of it to figure things out, but my brother And sister were as unclear as I was. I’m not sure who this feedback should be directed to, perhaps it is the strata? It was unfortunate that the incident tainted an otherwise great stay.
