Condominio actualizado en el primer piso en The Havens! Excelente ubicación para sus vacaciones!

Havens # 1811 está ubicado en el primer piso del Edificio 18 en Barefoot Resort Community of The Havens. Esta unidad 2BR / 2BA está muy bien decorada y es perfecta para una estancia de vacaciones. La cocina tiene todo lo que necesita para cocinar y tiene todos los electrodomésticos. El comedor tiene suficientes asientos y es ideal para comidas familiares. El salón es cómodo y espacioso.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y el baño se encuentra en el dormitorio. También hay un amplio armario con vestidor para su uso. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales y el baño está en el pasillo. Hay una nueva lavadora / secadora en la unidad para sus necesidades de lavado. ¡NO SE PERMITEN MOTOS!
El porche está ubicado justo al lado de la sala de estar y puedes caminar afuera para disfrutar del sol. La piscina Havens está al otro lado del camino y es lo suficientemente grande para todos. Hay una zona de parrilla cerca de la piscina también si desea cocinar.
Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana y también hay un reproductor de DVD si quieres traer películas. Si le gusta la playa, se encuentra a unos 2 kilómetros por la carretera y es de fácil acceso. Hay un servicio de transporte gratuito que funciona en verano que lo llevará al acceso a la playa o lo dejará en la piscina de la Torre Norte si también desea ver eso. La piscina de la Torre Norte requiere un pase especial.

¡Este es el lugar perfecto para sus vacaciones! Hay 4 campos de golf en el complejo y también está cerca de muchas tiendas, restaurantes y atracciones. Barefoot Landing está justo al otro lado del canal y tiene mucho que hacer allí. Visite el Teatro de Alabama, la Casa del Blues, Alligator Adventure, Lulu's, Taco Mundo y mucho más.

Esta unidad es para no fumadores, no se permiten mascotas ni motocicletas. Hay una estadía mínima de 3 noches en la temporada alta.

Golf tournament at other golf courses

Very nice area and clean accommodations. Good location for access to shopping and dinning. Safe area. The drawbridge can delay access occasionally. The golf courses on the resort were not enthusiastic about setting up tee times. Beautiful area and golf courses. I would stay here again.

It was perfect.

Our stay was perfect and the condo was the perfect fit for my family, had everything we needed. I wasn’t expecting the location to be so perfect and I’m saying that to say that I was really worried about my suv being parked outside somewhere that I didn’t know about for 4 nights being that I have high end wheels when it’s usually garage kept at home but I was shocked to see how beautiful and clean the neighborhood was and it remained quiet the whole time we were there, the whole area was perfect and I will be staying in the same location when I visit again.

Normally you guys do great but my stay was horrible

Not solve didn’t care to call back to see was we satisfied plus when I call about the room I was told that the room were clean because they took pictures bed hard as a rock every time u made a move that bed Made noises soo sad no one did a follow up on there guess tell the rental they need everything in there new when I call they should have sent someone to check instead of trying to tell me I were lying u will have problem on that unit because the roaches will take over Tras all underneath both beds but they don’t clean under bed poor management

Overall we made it work

The actual unit was nice/clean. The neighborhood is nice. The issue was with the undisclosed construction. We stayed Thursday-Sunday and every day after 9 am (except for Sunday), there was loud banging and construction going on right above us. Apparently the rails directly above us were being repaired. Sawdust on vehicles, nails and debris in the walkway. Someone upstairs in a different unit came down and cleaned at the stairs and in front of the door for us. Luckily the noise was relegated to the front of the unit and my elderly parents were not bothered much from the master bedroom. My daughter and I were not as lucky in the spare, but the fact that we left early in the morning and stayed gone visiting family in other units made the situation tolerable. We were offered a different room but the my parents are older and had gotten there before me. They'd already unloaded the care and just were not up for the move. We should have never been placed there if it was an option or at the very least, discounted. Overall I would rent again but I would make sure that there is no construction or anything right above my rental.

Good Location

We stayed at this property while working in North Myrtle Beach. The Condo, and the location were just fine. However, the entire condo building was under construction/renovation and it would've been nice had the property management company been forthright and honest and had disclosed this important fact in advance of our stay. Fortunately we were not at the condo during the daylight working hours to hear all the hammering and saw cutting and so it was not a problem for us. Had we've been vacationers I would've given this a very negative review.

Family vacation

The issues we had... Dirty wash cloths and towels in the washing machine and fake eye lashes on the bathroom shelf on arrival. Also the master bed didn't seem too sturdy, I held my breath every time I climbed in as it made "clicking" noises and seemed to go down. Other than that, we enjoyed ourselves. The kitchen was WELL stocked and the location was right near the pool and in a quiet area

We had a blast! Pool is close and the property is clean and quiet. Owner needs to fix the blinds in both bedrooms. Highly recommend this to anyone. Perfect for our family of 4!

Unit was fantastic, very clean. When we arrived, upon check in, hot water tank was broken, and needed to be replaced. Group was fantastic at calling maintenance in and having it replaced before the end of the day, which avoided us having to move units. Beds were very comfortable..
