We’re sorry that your stay was affected by the council roadworks nearby, we completely understand how disruptive the early morning noise and limited access must have been. Unfortunately, the works were organised by the Gold Coast City Council and outside of our control, though we do make sure to clearly advise all guests about them on our listing before booking. Hi Marty, Thank you for taking the taking the time to review your stay. We are sorry to hear that there were some maintenance issues during your stay. The queen mattress was replaced a few months ago, but we will definitely provide some new pillows. We will also ensure that portable heaters are available in the future to assist in the colder months.
