El dúplex fue construido originalmente en 2005 y totalmente remodelado en 2009. Encimeras de granito se agregaron en 2014. Tiene un gran juego de patio con capacidad para 6 por cada lado y una parrilla de barbacoa. Es un paseo de 8 minutos sin el precio y la multitud ruidosa. Tiene su propia piscina enorme y estacionamiento cubierto para 6 vehículos. La unidad es para no fumadores. Este dúplex tiene una cubierta muy grande para disfrutar del excelente clima de Gulf Shores. Las fotos reflejan los cambios realizados en la propiedad a partir de enero de 2019.

Actualmente estamos buscando snowbirds también. Gracias por mirar.

The place was perfect for a family of 12! Very spacious. It was less than a half mile to the beach. Pool was amazing for the kids! The kitchen provided everything to be able to cook dinner every night of our stay. We did have some issues with cleanliness but overall, it was a good trip and would stay again.

Beautiful house that held our group of 11 easily. 6 minute walk to beach on 12 th st or can drive to 13 th st and pay to park if desired. Kids loved the private pool as well. Lorraine, the host, replied quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this location!

Gulf Shore vacation

Enjoyed the stay. only issues were there were coffee grounds still in the coffee maker in the B unit and the kitchen counter in the A unit had a piece of coral on it that stunk to high heaven. everything else seemed good. nice to have our own pool.

Family vacation

Locatiin is great. Each side of the duplex was perfect. Great for a family. My daughter and her family had their own place but we were still all together. Short walk to the beach, short ride to all the places in town. Having the pool there was wonderful. My grandsons (15, 16 & 4) were in it everyday.

Great Vacation

The house has plenty of room for everyone. Where it's 2 sides so everyone is not together all the time. The pool is amazing and it was nice not to have to share it with a lot of people. You could float around in it early in the morning or late late at night. The owner was easy to get in touch with. We really enjoyed our vacation and would stay here again.

So relaxing

Everything was very nice , a short walk to beach or drive to the public parking spot if we had a bunch of things to bring to the beach . Very relaxing and we would definitely come back again !

Definitely recommend!

We had a great stay! Only one issue with the pool for a couple days but owners worked it out to make it right! Enjoyed the property with 3sets of family, plenty of room for all us, liked the pool and patio spaces! Little walk to the beach but would definitely stay again!

Great location

The property was clean and had plenty of room. The beach was close by and easy to get to. The parking lot was right across the street from the beach access and we didn’t have any trouble finding a space.

Perfect space for 13 people

We rented both sides of the duplex and it was just the right size for all of us. Both decks were great to gather around the tables and play games , eat, etc. we really enjoyed our stay there.

Enjoyed our Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 13 people total and everyone was comfortable. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great neighborhood and not far from the beach. We were unable to go to the beach due to weather, but we enjoyed the pool. I would recommend to others! Thanks for a great stay!
