The property was clean and comfortable for the family. The resorts pools were nice and had direct access to the beach. The family had a great overall time while staying at the property. Frank was very responsive and a great host.

The easiest check in and out process Iv ever had. We had a great time at this location!! It's in a great place you are literally mins from everything and anything you would need or want to do !!!! Condo was clean as well as pools and hot tubes, we were very satisfied with our stay:)

Fantastic week!

Stayed from a Friday to friday! Resort was great! Plenty for the kids. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of room in the condo and fantastic views from the balcony.

Perfect view and very relaxing!

This property was as shown in listing. Everything was good except for the noise the AC makes and the refrigerator makes when they come on. Refrigerator is loud enough that we needed to turn the TV volume up at times. Otherwise I would highly recommend this property for a super great view and nice place to relax.

Family vaca

Good central location. Easy check in and communication with host. Condo was listed as newly renovated but I would disagree. Kitchen was newer but there are many many things that are NOT new or updated or even clean. Whole place needs to be repainted. There are spots where the wall is different colors. Numerous small touches could change this place. Could be cleaner. Fine for the price. Good pools. Tiki Bar is handy.

Thanks for your feedback. The unit was renovated recently on the luxury vinyl planks and kitchen was upgraded to granite countertops. The walls will be repainted in the low season. Thanks anyway for your feedback.

Quiet location - Good unit

Unit has terrific ocean views, away from all of the boardwalk chaos. Kids LOVED the lazy River. Unit was sufficient. More than enough towels, and it was very clean. Only complaint was a musty- mildew scent when we first entered the unit. The smell went away after buying candles, air freshener and putting in fireplace to get some dry air in the unit. (I think it’s because there’s carpeting in a unit on the beach-tons of humidity in the air.) The owner was very responsive. Overall a good stay - to the point we extended a day.

Mold on the ceiling

I booked a stay for my family July 16-23 from Vrbo There was black mold all over the bedroom ceiling and in the refrigerator. Very hot in the condo and AC wouldn’t cool. There also was a strong odor. We have pictures of the mold. We were not able to stay there. Will probably never use Vrbo again haven’t been able to get a refund yet.

I am very sorry for what happened. As soon as I received your message about the ceiling, I sent a technician to my unit and cleaned the ceiling. Unfortunately, you refused to continue to stay in my property and ask money back. The stuff on the ceiling is the dust from the AC vent. The cleaning company was fired. We work really very hard to ensure our units are clean, up to date, and very comfortable for our guests so they can have a wonderful, fun filled vacation. My previous guests loved my properties and all had good vacation in my properties. For future guests, please refer to the reviews from my other guests as well.

Amazing view makes up for condo

The balcony beach view made up the cleanliness and Damage on the Inside of the condo! Needs some work and updating!! We enjoyed our stay for the view of the sunrise each morning!!

I am very sorry to hear about this. I don’t know what kind of fun you were looking for. This is a direct oceanfront condo on 12th floor. The livingroom is direct oceanfront and you can see the ocean even you stand in the kitchen. This resort has swimming pool, hut tubs and lazy river. All my previous guests had fun in my property and left very good reviews. For future guests, please refer to the reviews from previous guests.

Relaxing Stay at the Beach

The condo was very comfortable and in a good location on the beach. Rental and check in were very smooth. The condo has a convenient washer and dryer and food kitchen set up.

Great location not to far from the strip.

The view from this room was fantastic. though I only used the refrigerator, this unit has a full working kitchen. the apartment size washer was nice as we could do the laundry throughout the week so we didn't have it to do when returning home. Frank was great and very responsive to any questions we had. The only thing I would note is that this is an owner property so services that are usually provided by the resort such as cleaning and supplies are responsibilities of the renting party. I would rent this condo again.

Family of 6

We stayed with our 4 kids! The condo was perfect for us! The location was great! Kids loved the lazy river and pool! Karaoke on the pool deck was lots of fun! We would return to this property when visiting Myrtle beach again!

Clean place

It was awesome! Better than I expected. Clean pools, hut tub. The best family friendly place we ever stayed at. Our kids enjoyed it a lot too. A lot of new outside furniture.
