We had a lovely experience at this location. Anything that we needed was provided in a timely manner, the house was well stocked, and it was perfect for our large family.

Great place that’s has been played in a little too much

The actual house and resort are great but the house is in rough condition. The walls need paint desperately, the window treatments are falling off, the carpet is strained and dirty, the dishwasher kept leaking, the smoked detectors went off randomly at night and the pool has green algae growing in it. The management company did respond quickly when called upon for the smoke alarm and dishwasher leaking all over but the fixes were not successful. Over all for the price point it was fine. There was room for all our big family to spread out but if you are looking for somewhere “nice” this isn’t it.

Property needsots of maintenance and updates

Too many things did not work and were not fixed regardless of contact with the property management company. Electric breakers tripped if we used one appliance. The others would not work. Several bedroom lights and electric did not work. Media room did not work. TV in one of the master bedrooms did not work. Spa did not work. Could not run dishwasher and have upstairs lights on. Washing machine does not drain. Dryer did not dry. Outside of that. Asthtically the carpet is dirty and old. Pool was dirty had not been cleaned. We had to call for someone to come and clean unit for us. Day 2. Spa jets did not work. Was told they had to order parts and we would not have it. Property entrance was dirty. Called to try and get things remediated but they were not. No supplies had ot buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent.

Alright for the space

The house is pretty but needs a lot of work. Paint is pealing in areas and furniture is worn and broken, including some beds. We had electrical issues on the first day (no electricity in the living and dining area and parts of the kitchen) and it took 3 days to get fixed. We had no wi-fi for the entire stay. I attempted several times to contact the management team and they asked one question about it, I replied and never heard back even when I tried to contact them again a day later. There is not enough towels in the house for my party of 17 much less the 20 people they quote can stay there. We had to use pool towels just for showers. There is no hand towels in any bathrooms or the kitchen, there was no crib sheet for the crib, the spa did not work, no hot water still in the garden tub (had to do buckets of hot water from the shower to tub for my babies to bathe) and no broom to sweep up messes. The check in process with the gate was backed up (they only have one gate and one person working for checking in for people using rentals) and then the gate pass never worked. We had to call in every time we needed in through the gate. The drive to the parks was not too bad but still further out than we usually stay at.

very nice house but needs updated patio furniture

jacuzzi does'nt work, patio furniture needs updating badly and Patio needs ceiling fans. But house is nice. I had to clean down the white sofa because it was very dirty. there were crumbs on the pool table and sofa in game room. there was urine on master toilet seat. So who ever the cleaning crew is they did not do a good job. But the house is very nice, beds were comfortable and design was beautiful!

big house, but needs work

We had to have maintenance out twice. First was circuit breakers, second was leaking dishwasher and electrical issue. In suite garden tub didn't have hot water and could not be fixed. The cushions on back patio were disgustingly filthy. The street had at least 10 cars parked on street so a little difficult to manuever. Trash bin was way too small for size house. This house needs significant attention. We can't really recommend it at it's current condition. It is frustrating to have to keep calling for issues when you plan a family holiday vacation. You really don't want to have to bother with issues. We have stayed at multiple rental homes in Orlando area. We don't think we are a picky renter but we aren't going to be dishonest and we want others to be aware. We aren't going to be "bribed" by getting a VIP discount on our next rental to give a 5 star approval. Not cool! On a good note, maintenance was quick to respond and they did come to pick up our extra trash when we called. Friendly maintenance and we appreciated the Covid protection of house being clean and maintenance wearing masks.

Had great time very big resort. Easy to find and in great Location. If you want use pool and water area before checkin just bring check in paper work to clubhouse. You can have extra few hours for water fun.

Troubling Concerns

2 cockroaches found in master bedroom bathroom, Trouble with the hot tub not operating correctly, refrigerator ice machine not working but fixed the following day after being reported, glass DR table 2 spots covered in gray masking tape very unsightly, probably to cover a crack, numerous scuff mark's on kitchen bar, these are examples of some of the pics I took. Upon arriving, I had to take about 8 or 9 pictures of items that were somewhat troubling and I did not want to get blamed for. I reported these items and the operator was very nice and tried to be accommodating. As the week went on, I had to call again 2x and take more pics of additional concerns. Alhough, the troubling aspects found did not ruin our overall stay, we of course wish that we did not have to address / stress over them during our visit.

Love Championsgate!

Great house and easy check-in. The only complaint would be our gate passes never worked during the entire stay but the security promptly let us through the gate when needed. I would definitely recommend this home. Champions gate is phenomenal!

Great place for a large family to get together. It was spacious and provided a variety of entertainment options with the many TVs, pool, game and theater rooms to keep everyone occupied.

The house was spotless and beautiful!

The house and experience was better than expected. The check in process was simple and getting a parking pass was simple also.  This house was by far the cleanest house we’ve stayed in while on vacation. Kids had plenty of room to play and the big kitchen island was great! The owner is the most excellent. We had a lovely time and will definitely return.

Frank's place is beautifully decorated in soft, elegant grays. Beautiful home very spacious with plenty of room for our party. Gorgeous, clean, and spacious home. The pool was very nice.
