A solo 150 metros de la playa y el agua a través de un camino de arena, esta fabulosa casa de cuatro dormitorios es un oasis tranquilo que ofrece privacidad y posición. Uso fantástico del vidrio, los paneles de madera Jarrah presentan paredes y un plano de planta de dos niveles que envuelve un patio al aire libre pavimentado. Dos salas de estar de gran tamaño, comedor separado y cocina separada con suficiente espacio para que todos se extiendan. Lujoso baño negro brillante, con un baño independiente para quitarse las preocupaciones y una gran ducha separada. Mientras que las tres habitaciones adicionales tienen acceso a un baño familiar grande con una pared de ladrillos de vidrio, una ducha de gran tamaño y lavandería europea oculta. Best in Balnarring

Excellent modern property with everything you could wish for except for bringing own linen. We were sailing from Westernport Yacht Club and it was ideally located wioth a 10 minute walk to the club.

A good house at an excellent location

The location is excellent and the house is good and very well equipped. However, there are two problems. One is that the door in the last bedroom does not have any device to prevent the wind opening it (which is very easy to fix). The other problem are the 3 stairs leading from the living space into the kitchen and the entrance. Both I and my son managed to fall there.

Quiet and peaceful location

A comfortable property, homely, a bit old world but everything you need is there. Lovely big front and back yards especially for a pooch. Close to the beach for some walks and not far from the shops in Balnarring.

Although we cld only stay 2 nights, this property was “a breath of fresh air” in more ways than one. A beautiful mostly native garden, shrouded with shrubs & trees, many birds quiet neighbourhood, the perfect setting to enjoy our BBQ meals. This home was spotless💥 Inside is a very well organized home with sensor lights near steps, kitchen items easy to find, 2 modern bathrooms, comfy bedrooms, It’s a pleasure to find everything works!! Girls Weekend Away

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious enough for us plus one dog and good position. There were also some handy pantry staples available. Would have been helpful to have kindling and firewood in a dry area. We stayed in winter and needed to purchase wood kindling and matches for the fireplace. There are heaters but one of the reasons to book this property was for the fireplace.

Below expectations

There was too much secrecy about the location of the property until the last minute. The property did not live up to the photos. The bathtub plug didn’t work properly, which was a let-down because the bath was a key need to unwind. There were no instructions for the stove and not enough toilet paper even for three people! And never in my 40 years of rental experience have we had to vacuum and clean a rental property that ought to be cleaned by highly professional cleaners.

Beautiful well equipped home so close to the beach.

My partner and I stayed in this lovely house with our 5 adult children and two dogs. The house accommodated us all comfortably and was well equipped with everything you could need. The beautiful yard was well fenced for the dogs with two outdoor areas to enjoy. We had a fabulous time.

Really nice layout of the house and within easy access to the beach

Lovely home away from home

We would definitely stay here again. The house is spacious, clean, and fabulously located close to the beach and surrounding places to visit. There is a general store in walking distance and a little township nearby. We very much enjoyed our stay and thank the owners.
