Venga a hospedarse en este espacioso condominio de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño que se encuentra a poca distancia de Eagle Lodge. La ubicación y los servicios complejos no pueden ser superados! Relájese frente a la acogedora chimenea de leña o disfrute de un baño en uno de los numerosos jacuzzis complejos. El condominio tiene una cocina completa para una comida casera después de un largo día en la montaña, esquiando o montando en bicicleta, así como muchos asientos en la mesa del comedor.

En el dormitorio principal hay una cama king size y TV, y el baño completo está justo afuera de la puerta. Incluso hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar para los niños o invitados adicionales. El complejo Summit ofrece excelentes comodidades, como una piscina al aire libre, así como 6 jacuzzis, 4 saunas y 3 áreas de barbacoa en todo el complejo, gimnasio y canchas de tenis. El estacionamiento subterráneo cubierto en el garaje evita cualquier cambio de pala en esos días de nieve.

Reviewer Comments: My son and I decided to come up to Mammoth on a spur-of-the-moment powder hunt in mid-March and because we used to own a condo in the Summit Condos, I knew the location was great, but didn't want to break the bank. We used to rent our place out using Mammoth Reservations, so I knew they were a first-class operation. Everything was great- reasonable price, great location, easy check-in/check-out, and the condo was ideal for my son and I. I'd highly recommend Mammoth Reservations. The fees are cheaper than VRBO too!

Overall the place is great.However the Bed needs fixing or new frame it moves if you breathe or make the slightest move it hits the wall and no one sleeps. Could really use a punch code door vs keyed. You have to wait until check in to get your keys which makes it hard if you are skiing and need to drive in the snow to grab your keys.

outdated and stale

This property is on the second floor with no elevator. We were told the tennis courts were available, but they were under repair. The furniture is old and uncomfortable, though the bed was fine. The porch is too small to sit on and enjoy. But if you are looking for a cheap place to sleep, this is fine.

Close to lifts

Super location! So close to the Eagle chair. Had some heating issues, very cold the first night, maintenance did try to fix. It was better, but not great. The refrigerator froze everything....juice, eggs, lettuce, etc. kind of defeats having a unit with a kitchen. The toaster only worked if you stood and held the lever down. Reported both to the rental agency. I am hesitant to post the negative because they are very fixable and may not be an issue for the next renter. It is also probably time to upgrade to a wall mount big screen TV and new couches. But....it is still a GREAT location.

Reviewer Comments: Positives: Parking garage kept the car "warm" in the 30 degree mornings; 1st level up from parking garage meant less stairs to climb; Comfy bed; Upgraded TV's; Was able to check in a couple of hours early.Negatives: A little smaller than expected; Dated furnishings; Very small toilet/bath area; Poor showerhead; Not walking distance to shops/restaurants but it would be perfect for skiers when chair 15 is open; There was a used bath towel left in the bathroom (gross!).I would recommend to a friend/relative. Property appeared to be clean and well maintained. Satisfied with the rental company.

Context is Important

For the price point, and with many other variables considered, I believe this is a very good value. I have rented several condos in this complex over the past 15+years. Some were original "as-built" and some were very nicely updated and modern. And the rates typically reflect that. This unit is as advertised. A bit "rustic", but clean and the bed was very comfy at the end of a hard days skiing. The location near Eagle Chair is my favorite in Mammoth.

We had 3 people and without being able to sleep on the pull out couch. One slept on the couch not pulled out which was also very difficult.

Perfect location and very clean

This place is perfect for one couple and 2 teenagers. It has been renewed recently, it’s very clean and perfectly located 5min walking distance from the lift. The only issue might the neighbors if they are noisy, sound isolation is poor.
