Great Family Vacation

We had a great stay for our family Vacation, the house was clean, Close to shops like Publix, the community pool area was great the kids loved it! we would have liked more towels =), i don't like doing laundry on Vacation, but I would stay here again.

Very clean property and safe quiet neighborhood. Looks just as good in person as it does on the photos. Close to all parks and very good communication from owner. Will visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay here！

A very cool space. Super comfortable, very clean, with all the basic necessities. Very easy to get in using door keypad. TV in every bedroom, master suites, pool, washer, dryer. Set up is very comfortable. Very safe community. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this location. we've already made reservations to come back for a longer stay in Jun.

Comfortably fit 20 of us

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house looked just like the pictures and then some, clean and very spacious. There was 20 of us and not at one time did we feel crowded. We brought extra towels based on previous reviews. We didn’t have a broom or sponge to clean; I called the management team but it was never delivered. Not a problem, we just purchased at the dollar tree close by. All in all we had an enjoyable stay and I would want this exact house if we visited Orlando again.

Affordable rental for large group

We booked this house for a large family trip. The house is spacious and listing pictures were very accurate. We enjoyed the pool and overall the rental was good for the price. There were a few things that I think could be improved... exterior of home needs to be cleaned (trash scattered), more basic items needed in the home (dish clothes, towels, kitchen items), better communication of check in/check out procedures (for ex: don't wait to send an email day before stating what needs to be done for check out -- several guests checked out day early which left it up to remaining guests, list you cannot enter the home one minute early or door code does not work). In all, the rental was good for the price. However, I would not take my kids to this gated community again. It is more of a bachelor / bachelorette party atmosphere.

Good Stay

Great house and location. Although pool is not heated, the spa is and it was great. Overall the house was great and we had a great time. Some things to remember. There is a gas grill but you must provide your own tank. We had to buy a tank for $54. If we would have known that, we would have brought one from home. The gate issue to get into the community is a nightmare. At times it took us 30 minutes to get through the gate. Once we arrived back home and vacation was over, we received a QR code to get through the gate. The property has some maintenance issues with lights, pool lights but overall it was a great stay.

Memorable stay!

The house was great for our big family. Lots of space, rooms and bathrooms. Location was perfect and close to everything. It worked for us and our 7 day stay. Some improvements are needed. A few broken appliance were noted. Carpet upstairs and staircase need to be replaced asap. Blinds upstairs have missing pieces. Towel holder in one of the bathrooms was sticking out and falling apart. The coffee table upstairs has glass chipped and unsafe for little kids playing around. Garbage bin was not emptied and had lots of loose garbage bags when we arrived. Noticed a few crawling bugs in the kitchen. Some light bulbs were out and we're flickering. Definitely need some TLC. We still had a great time but the house is needing some upgrade and fixing.

Will not rent again

Our first impression of the house was very disappointing. Garbage piled up in front of the house. Grass was brown. Edge around driveway and sidewalk eroding and unkept. We stayed 10 days and the entire time there were Excessive cars up and down the street (4-6 per house) difficult to maneuver. Our initial thought was “what have we gotten ourselves into” Carpet was heavily worn and stained. Pool table was worn. Game table was broken. Lights in the pool didn’t work. Ordered and paid extra for pool heat a week before our trip. They didn’t turn it on until we were several days into our trip, had to ask 3 times before they turned it on. The dishwasher was falling out of its space. The one bedroom was unusable because the circuit breaker kept popping. Several outlets in the other bedroom didn’t work. Multiple “neighbors “ were excessively loud late into the night. We have stayed in VRBO houses several times and this one was not up to the standards we’ve come to expect.

CATFISH / Horrible Property

The home does not look like the pictures. The property was still being cleaned when I checked in and the trash can was still full from previous guests and was never empty during our entire stay. Everything was dirty from the walls, ceilings and floors. The carpet had stains throughout, it just looks nasty. Marks and holes on all the walls. Missing curtains and broken blinds. Broken closet doors, missing remotes, broken wall sockets, missing dresser knobs, broken bathroom handles and the list can go on forever. The beds were very low to the ground and the mattress felt like bricks. The AC took forever to cool and once it did, it stayed cool during the day then started getting hot at night. The lawn was not cut and the grass looked dead in the front. The parking is horrible!!!!!!!! Only two or four very small vehicles can fit in the driveway. There is parking all on the streets that makes it very difficult to drive through the streets. The gate checked in is horrible!!! It stays congested because of the crowds!!! We talked with one of the maintenance workers and he stated that they only repair major issues such as leaks that could possibly cause structural damage, they do not fix cosmetic issues, such as cleanliness and broken or missing items. You will just have to deal with it. They said this area is known for these problems and they never fix them. My family will never ever stay at this property/community again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was just horrible!!!!!! Not clean!!!! They do not pick up the trash daily, they only picked up once during our week stay. You can see the trash all over throughout the community. This was just a big disappointment and a horrible property!!! Horrible Community!!!!! Never again!!!!! When I asked about a reimbursement, I never got a response from the owners again, not surprising! We were just counting down the days until we checked out!!!!!! Don't rent this property!!!! You will be very disappointed!!!!!

Vacation home

Pretty home; but not real clean. We had to unclog the vacuum cleaner to vacuum. The stair case carpet was filthy. We had to call maintenance for wash cloths, heat pump which we paid extra for and all of the bedroom light bulbs were burnt. The heat pump definitely is not working properly. Our neighbors on both sides had a warm pool but we did not. The maintenance man said we had an issue with it but we would be ok; well it's not freezing water but cold water. The spa heats up but not the pool. The house is very big and decorated nicely, parking was an issue because our neighbors partied all night and had extra vehicles at home. Security did take care of it next night when we called but the road was very congested.

Great Location

The house was very peaceful and provided an great atmosphere. Our only three critiques would be the WIFI signs; it was very weak and kept going in and out. Also, the carpets are really in need of a cleaning. The last critique is that it looked as if the sidewalk by the front door was in need of repair because a slab of concrete was completely missing. I would recommend this location even more if those three things were fixed.

The overall stayed was amazing, the house and the neighborhood were beautiful.I only had one complaint with the carpet one the stairs was not clean, however, I would rent the property again.

The home is spacious and was perfect for our family. The carpet was filthy, I called to see if it could be cleaned and was told we would have to leave for a day to dry. I asked if someone could come and bring cleaner and vacuum, they had already cleaned . The community is so congested.

Four Corners

Check in/out process was easy, along with the instructions for the do’s/don’ts. The house for in a prime location for all of the activities that we enjoy doing. The only thing I would change is the availability of towels in the house, but that can be attributed to poor quality lambing on my part by not bringing enough of supplies needed for the stay. Would definitely stay again on the property if in the Kissimmee area.

Excellent property but

while we really enjoyed the location and the house, getting into the gated community is a nightmare!!!! We waited on-line in our car for 15 minutes just to get into the gate. there should be some sort of key fob for guests to use to get on faster For that reason, I probably won't stay at Windsor Oaks again
