Aprox. Hermosa casa de 3300 pies ideal para nadar, pasear en bote y otras actividades acuáticas Perfecto para recompensar a sus empleados con un retiro frente al mar o simplemente una reunión pacífica con amigos y familiares.

La amplia área del río para nadar y una gran terraza ofrece muchas áreas para tomar el sol y relajarse en privado.

2 camas king, 2 queen, 2 camas matrimoniales, 2 camas individuales más 2 futones, uno en el dormitorio principal y otro en el loft de arriba, 2 cunas portátiles en el vestidor principal. Baño principal con jacuzzi y vestidor.

Mesa de billar, mesa de ajedrez, 2 bares, una gran sala familiar, chimenea, 3 televisores, Netflix en 2 televisores, internet inalámbrico, un reproductor de DVD, sistema de sonido con Bluetooth, estación de trabajo con una impresora conectada a wifi, libros, películas y juegos. Los muebles de exterior incluyen un juego de comedor para 6 personas con sombrilla, 6 sillones, fogata con un conjunto de cuatro sillas de patio, 2 hamacas, 6 sillas apilables, una nevera portátil y una parrilla.

Contamos con 5 kayaks, 4 tablas de paddle para uso de los huéspedes, también 17 chalecos salvavidas de diferentes tamaños, 4 mini cañas de pesca ultraligeras de mini sistema y 3 cañas de pesca regulares.
Ubicado aproximadamente 1 hora. Para las bodegas de San Francisco y Napa, también hay una bodega en Byron a 3 millas de la casa.

The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early.The house was in a beautiful spot for our family gathering. The bed space was represented weird on the website compared to the actual places the beds were. We also found one crib instead of the two listed. We noticed that the house had a few things that needed to be updated or replaced. Fixing those would make a bid difference. The dock, kayaks, pool table, back patio, gas firepit and gathering space were HUGE pluses. We enjoyed our stay!

Very spacious home that has room to spare for a large family. Large modern deck with shade and space to dock multiple boats. Home comes with many paddle boards and kayaks that are available for renters to use. House and furnishings are showing their age and upper floor bedroom and bunk room can be warm at night.

Good for a guys group. Best thing about the place is the outdoor deck and the boat slip. The place is tucked way in the back of the bay, however, and it takes about 15-20 min to get out to fast water. We also had a major problem with the kitchen plumbing. Water would not drain so had to use the laundry room to wash dishes.

Large family stay

This place was great for accommodating our large family for 4 nights. We enjoyed the pool table, bbq, fire table, and made use of two kayaks. If you plan on swimming you will have to go elsewhere as there is lots of seaweed.

Spacious, fun spot!

We really enjoyed our time here, our only complaint was it wasn't long enough. The deck is wonderful spot to gather, the water toys were great. Beds were comfy and extra bedding was plentiful.

Nice retreat

Though some features were surprising (shelves removed from the fridge, kitchen sink tap missing the switch to easily change it from pot filler to spray), the building is spacious, comfortable, and built for lots of different socializing spaces. We used 5 different locations/tables for different conversations, over the weekend, and each had strengths.

Great place, just needs little tlc

Excellent location, huge place. Would have been 5 star except for fact that hvac couldn't keep up with the heat. Most of beds are 2nd story, and had a hard time getting temp below high 70s and low 80s. Also in need of some minor repairs to primary door to patio and dock. Kitchen was great for cooking for a crowd. Huge selection of water toys, and beautiful dock that easily fit three boats. All in all, an excellent value.

Great location, plenty of room for large groups...could use some TLC

We had a nice reunion and loved the location. There was plenty of room for many people to sleep comfortably, and the water toys and life jackets were excellent additions. Some of the kayaks/paddleboards are missing parts, so they can take on water and start to sink. Check before using them, just in case they aren't fixed. Make sure to wear your life jacket. We had to stop at a random dock to turn our paddleboard over to empty the water—we wouldn't have made it back otherwise. We were there during the heat dome, but most of the house stayed nice and cool with the A/C. However, the upstairs room with bunkbeds doesn't cool very well and doesn't have a ceiling fan. Some standing fans would be lovely. The kitchen was fully stocked but could use a deep cleaning. Also, the shower drain in the upstairs bedroom is slow to drain - water pooled over your feet during showers. Also, the pool cues have no tips. Overall, it is an excellent house for a large group. We had a great time, and the owners were flexible and accommodating.

Nice but needs some TLC

The house was nice and we enjoyed our stay but for the price point, we were a bit disappointed. This group of women have been meeting for over 25 years and we have stayed in a lot of places! The layout was nice and open, the furniture and the (most) beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed sitting out on the deck. Issues were: Room with lots of beds (sleeps 8) gets minimal AC. Kitchen is very haphazard - labels would help. We spent a lot of time opening and closing drawers to find stuff. Older cooktop and pans were hard to cook in. Pool cues had little or no tips. Propane for fire pit went out first night and were told we needed to provide out own propane. No beach towels were provided and we were brought 4 towels for 10 people. The two paddle boards we brought down did not work. one was missing a rudder and other was soaking up with water. There were 2 others we did not bring down that might have been better. (kayaks were great!) Since we were all adults having some glass wine glasses would have been nice... Based on pictures and price we were expecting a bit more luxury.

Group ages 3 to 70. Nice home and accomodated the group well. Location is great when you use all the recreational options supplied by the owner. AC unit not an adequate to cool home in excessive heat. One queen bed cannot really be used due to mattress issues.

We enjoyed our three night stay at the home. We found the location perfect for accessing the golf courses; Relaxing on the deck after our golf outing was a perfect ending to the day. We did find that the home may need some tender loving upkeep. There was a BIG blemish on the refrigerator. The stove appears to need a good cleaning. The ice maker chose not to work, but the property owner was very accommodating in providing ice. Thanks for making our annual outing fun.

Exceptional Vacation Home!

This home has so much to offer, 2 bedrooms downstairs, 2 upstairs with loft pool table. All the water toys made our stay so much fun for all, they have a fabulous deck to enjoy those in the water. Plenty of parking. Very quiet area. We enjoyed coffee on the deck every morning and cocktails in the evening. I would highly recommend this House. Property management saw always quick to respond to our questions. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our vacation

Great location but ++concerns

This home is in a excellent location, right on calm water, very peaceful. Nice large deck. Lots of water toys. The owner was gracious to allow us an early check-in. Unfortunately due to bad traffic, we were not able to take full advantage of too early of a check-in. The house has maintenance/ repair issues that need to be addressed. The AC unit is older and was not working upon arrival. We kept trying to get it working, then had to contact the owner at 4:20 pm. She contacted a repair person, who came out at 7am next morning (timing was not the owner’s fault). Unfortunately it was 90 degrees inside, and the master bedroom doors were locked (no key available, thus no means to open for venting the room in the evening. Plus this is a fire code violation). Master bath window would not open either. Also, the sliding door from living room to deck was extremely difficult to open & close (as was mentioned in a prior review). Additionally, the house was not overly clean. Floors quite dirty. Some dishes / silverware had food stuck on, so we had to clean them before use. The refrigerator had cracks on plastic drawers & bins, and refridge also had a small leak. Ice maker did not work. Toilet paper holder in Master bath came out of wall, and towel rack was nearly out of wall. Staircase banister was extremely loose, small game table in loft was very wobbly. Pocket door in upstairs bath is broken, affecting privacy. Latch on gate leading down to dock was broken (a concern if you have children). It is not our intention to attack, but want to make these issues are known, in hopes that they will be addressed for future renters. We are a group of mature-aged women, who treat the homes we rent with complete respect, and always leave them clean. I personally rent regular basis, and have always received positive reviews as a renter.

Great property!

This property was in a great location. The deck was perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with family. Plenty of space in the house for all Of us and the young adults in our group really enjoyed the pool Table. This was a last minute change to our plans because the property we had rented was not clean and ready for our arrival. Lucia went out of the way to work with his and accommodate our group in the middle of the chaos that was happening with the other place. We highly recommend this property and would come back again.

Right on the water with lots of toys

Nice big property with a garage full of paddle boards and kayaks to use. A few sliding doors weren't working but the owner let us know ahead of time. Some updates could be done to the place (and a bit of cobweb removal) but overall a pleasant stay and what we expected.
