Adorable casa de playa recientemente renovada de 2 habitaciones y 1 baño ubicada a solo tres cuadras del centro de Huntington Beach (¡tiendas y restaurantes en abundancia!) y una corta caminata de 10-15 minutos a la playa, Pier y Pacific City.

Ubicado en un barrio encantador y tranquilo.

Amplio salón con sofá cama, sillón reclinable y Apple TV. El primer dormitorio de buen tamaño con una cama queen, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama doble (y sofá / futón). Un baño con bañera y ducha combinadas.

Magnífico espacio al aire libre en el patio delantero y trasero y encantadores toques decorativos en toda la casa.

Hay un amplio garaje para dos autos con mucho estacionamiento en la calle también.

¡Dos bicicletas y todas las comodidades de playa!

30 minutos en coche de Disneyland!

Estrictamente prohibido fumar dentro y fuera de la casa. No se admiten mascotas en ningún momento.

Los niños deben estar acompañados en todo momento por un adulto.

No hay fiestas o eventos especiales. No hay servicio de limpieza diario. No hay aire acondicionado central. Hay una unidad portátil de aire acondicionado de ventana y dos ventiladores.

Perfect HB Cottage

This is absolutely a fantastic place to stay in HB if you want a beautiful neighborhood that is quiet, plenty of parking and still close to downtown. The property owners are fantastic and deliver everything promised in the listing. We are looking forward to staying there again!

Perfect little cottage very close to the city center and beach

Just perfect, nothing more to say. If you are looking for a two-three person stay which is walkable and close to beaches and city but also really calm and private - Go for it! The house is perfect, everything updated and there also for a longer stay. And Wendy was so helpful and always available for questions. Thank you again.

Beautiful beach cottage in a great location

A beautiful cottage which has recently undergone a complete redecoration. Decoration throughout the cottage is very tasteful and homely. The living room area is very comfortable and spacious and is a great place to relax after a long day at the beach. There are two large bedrooms with comfortable beds and a high standard of furnishings. It comes with a well equipped kitchen featuring brand new appliances that includes a large american style fridge freezer, full size cooker and microwave and plenty of cupboards and worktop area. A nice bathroom that comes with a bath and shower. Very nice garden to the front with the back garden providing for a great space to sit in the sunshine. There is a large garage that can be accessed directly from the back garden and is big enough for two cars. We also used the two adult bikes provided by the owner. The neighbourhood felt very safe and it was only a ten minute walk to the beach and the many shops, restaurants and bars of Huntington Beach. The owner provided clear instructions and helpful information and responded almost immediately to any questions that we had. We spent a wonderful 6 nights in the cottage and if you’re staying in the area then I can’t recommend this cottage highly enough.

Perfect getaway

Enjoyed our stay immensely. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and to all the other local ammenities. It's quiet, clean and the host was responsive. We'll definitely be looking to stay here again.

Better than the photos!

We very much enjoyed staying at this property. It was even nicer than the photos. Everything is meticulously clean and in order. The neighborhood is very quiet and it is a 7 block walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive and provided some snacks and drinks upon check in. We would definitely stay here again.

This guest damaged my home. I considered charging them the security deposit to make necessary repairs but decided to pay for it myself. Imagine then how shocked I was to receive a message from the guests with profanities and name calling when I never even charged them. I told VRBO I feared a retaliation review and that is exactly what these guests did with this 1 star. Unfortunately, VRBO customer service told me per the laws in California there is nothing I can do about challenging the review to have it removed. I have been a host since 2018 with all 5 star reviews. I pride myself on being a professional, honest and respectful host.
