Este moderno y hermoso apartamento (60m2) se encuentra en el este de Mallorca, a 1 min en la playa (Cala Bona) 7 min (Cala Millor). Con wifi
El complejo se completó en 2004 y se encuentra en una ubicación tranquila y céntrica en el cercano puerto deportivo y pesquero de Cala Bona. El apartamento está dividido en 1 habitación doble con 2 camas individuales, 1 baño grande con ducha, sala de estar / comedor con sofá cama con acceso a la terraza. Instalaciones para dormir para niños (cama de bebé). ¡El apartamento es de alta calidad y en general está en muy buenas condiciones! Terraza soleada con mesa y 4 sillas, vista a la piscina y al jardín circundante, el lugar perfecto para una comida o relajación con una copa de vino. Super!


Por la mañana, camine hasta la panadería y la tienda de periódicos o desayune en uno de los encantadores cafés junto al mar.


Hay 4 campos de golf de campeonato cercanos y se puede llegar a la popular localidad de Cala Bona / Cala Millor con innumerables bares y restaurantes a pie. Las históricas ciudades españolas de Arta y Son Severa están cerca. El mar está a solo 50 metros y ofrece playas desiertas y paisajes de montaña. Puede llegar al apartamento en coche desde el aeropuerto de Palma en 45 minutos. Cuando salgas del aeropuerto, conduce hacia Santanyi. Luego siga las indicaciones a Manacor. Luego siga las indicaciones hacia Son Servera-Arta y 3 km más adelante en el camino a Costa Los Pinos. Si es necesario, autobuses y taxis están disponibles regularmente cerca. Cabalgando en Cala Bona y Sa Coma.

El impuesto turístico para las Islas Baleares en temporada alta es actualmente (1er. Mayo al 31 Octubre) € 2.20 por persona por noche. Después de la octava noche, se reducirá a 1,10 €. Para la temporada baja, este número se reduce en un 75%.

Beautiful Apartment

This beautiful apartment was very clean and well furnished. The whole complex looks well maintained and the assigned sun beds is a great idea. It’s location near to the bars and restaurants was a bonus.

Entspannter Urlaub auf Mallorca

Trotz Corona hatten meine Schwester und ich einen tollen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft liegt Zentral. Meer, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Hat man mal keine Lust aufs Meer kann man den Tag am großen Pool verbringen. Check in und Check Out waren unproblematisch. Die Vermieter sind sympathisch und bei Fragen immer zur Stelle.

traumhafter Urlaub

Die Wohnung war Traum. Alles war man haben muss, ist vor Ort (Kühlschrank, Eisfach, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, W-Lan, Fernseher). Sie ist sehr sauber und modern. Ein großer Balkon rundet das ganze ab. Der Poll ist für Kinder ein Paradies. Zum Appartment gehören eigene Liegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vor der Türe und weitere in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man ist von der Wohnung aus in knapp einer Minute an der Strandpromenade sowie am Strand von Cala Bona. Der wunderschöne Hafen von Cala Bona ist in 10 Min. fussläufig erreichbar. Man kann das Appartment nur weiter empfehlen. Und bei Maria´s Bar/Café gegenüber der Wohnung bekommt man immer etwas kühles zu trinken und etwas leckeres zu essen. Sie ist sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Gruß Thorsten

traumhaft schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung war top. Alles was man brauch ist vor Ort (Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Eisfach, W-Lan, Fernseher) Ein großer Balkon hat das Wohnen dort ebenfalls einmalig gemacht. Der Pool ist ebenfalls klasse. Für Kinder 1A geeignet. Jeder hat seine eigene Liegen. Es muss keiner um eine Liege kämpfen. Von der Wohnung ist man in 1 min. an der Strandpromenade und am Strand von Cala Bona. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sofort erreichbar. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen. Ein Aufenthalt in Cala Bona im Appartment Lili kann nur empfohlen werden. Gruß Thorsten

Erster Mallorca Urlaub in voller Erfolg

Für unseren ersten Mallorca Urlaub haben wir uns für dieses Apartment entschieden. Und das war das beste was wir machen konnten. Es war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die ganze Anlage wird gut gepflegt und in Schuß gehalten. Auch die Liegen die zu jeder Wohnung gehören sind eine tolle Sache. Wir wurde vor Ort sehr nett und kompetent betreut. Kleine aber teure Sparmärkte gibt's direkt um die Ecke aber auch größere Supermärkte und Discounter sind mit dem Auto in höchstens 10 min erreichbar. Der idyllische Hafen von Cala Bona mit schönen Restaurants und Cafés ist immer einen Spaziergang wert. Für uns hatte die Wohnung eine gute Ausgangslage zum erkunden der Insel. Die superschöne und große Terrasse war für uns optimal und wurde gut genutzt. Wir haben längst nicht alles geschafft was wir uns vorgenommen hatten. Deswegen müssen wir unbedingt wiederkommen und gerne wieder in dieses Apartment. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Urlaub!

Perfect location made our holiday

Cala Bona is our favourite place to come to enjoy a break in the sun and enjoy the great restaurants, bars and beautiful harbour but we could never find accommodation to match. That is until we stayed at Apartment Lili and now we have found the perfect base to enjoy everything Cala Bona has to offer. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well furnished with a good selection of books and games to enjoy on the balcony that was the perfect size to eat breakfast looking onto the pool. The apartment has sunbeds allocated which takes the stress away from having to get up early with a towel to reserve a bed!! Dee and husband David were often on hand around the pool to answer any questions and provide great local knowledge and were both very friendly. The apartment is located just a gentle stroll down to the sea front and is somewhere we shall be revisiting year after year.

Fabulous Family holiday!

Having previously visited Cala Bona in the height of the summer, this apartment was absolutely ideal for us as it had "private sunbeds" by the pool with umbrella so no getting up early with our towels on this holiday. The apartment was perfect for our needs. The balcony was very spacious with table and chairs and views over the pool and mountains. The apartment was equipped with everything you would need, large fridge freezer, tv with various English channels, comfortable sofa/sofabed, ideal for small children, and twin bedroom. The apartment has air conditioning throughout and even a washing machine for those feeling domestic!. The Apartments are situated 5 minutes walk from the main promenade and are very secure with gated entry into the complex. The pool area is well maintained and very rarely "busy". Maria's bar opposite the complex is one of the most friendly bars we have ever visited. Maria and Henry are so welcoming, especially with children and the food and drinks are very very reasonably priced, a visit or few visits are a must. We found our Property managers Dee and Dave to be very professional and the booking process very straightforward. Nothing was too much trouble and any small queries we had whilst on holiday were sorted promptly and efficiently. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday staying in Apartment Lili and cant wait to return.

Die Bilder und Beschreibungen im Inserat stimmten in allen Punkten überein. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Schon im Vorfeld fühlten wir uns von den Vermietern super betreut, was sich am Urlaubsort fortsetzte. Die Begrüßung war herzlich und sehr freundlich.Wir fanden die kurzen Wege zur Strandpromenade mit seinen vielen Restaurants und Geschäften sehr gut. In der Nähe hat man auch die Möglichkeit in kleinen Supermärkten einzukaufen. Ein Auto ist nicht dringend erforderlich, da in unmittelbarer Nähe diverse Busse in alle Richtungen fahren. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und das schon 2012.
