The location was great and the view was amazing. We appreciated the very clean accommodations. Having a fully stocked kitchen made preparing meals easy and enjoyable. Great -lace for relaxing.

The proximity to a small beach was unbeatable, with steps leading to a grassy area and a small, but not swimable beach (big enough to get your toes wet, though) and the community pool. Sunrises were amazing. The unit is not air conditioned. The first few days on Kauai were unseasonably warm, so the unit was warm. However, the manager made sure to get me extra fans immediately when I explained how warm it was, and they made all the difference. The condos are some of the oldest in this area, so just like in an older home, things need constant attention. Overall, I would stay here again. The manager was superb!

My family (2 kids 2 adults) had an amazing stay here. Beautiful home, right next to the beach. Kids had fun exploring the critters in the tide pools. It was warm in July but we were fine with the fans. The place had all the creature comforts we needed to have an amazing 8 day vacay. Fun rec room with ping pong too. Thank you!

Tolle Lage der Wohnung mit Pool- und Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist sehr beengend, zu viele Möbel auf wenig Raum. Alles leicht schmuddelig. Der Besteckkorb z.B. schon eher ekelig.Insgesamt aber durchaus gut bewohnbar.

Kapa'a family vacation

We took a family vacation for a week and had an excellent stay. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. Dishwasher, washer and dryer were extremely help since we packed light. Overall condition of the property was excellent. Our kids utilized the game room and pool. Access to the ocean was also very nice. We also used the grilling area and had a wonderful time. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, centrally located

We loved our stay here! The sound of the ocean and the breeze was so calming, we say our on the lanai multiple times each day to enjoy the view, and the second bedroom with two twin beds was perfect for our two teenagers. The unit was well appointed, and we appreciated having the laundry in the bathroom - it made packing for our trip much easier. Kapaa is centrally located, so we were able to drive to various destinations around the island without feeling like we were in the car all day. There were plenty of clothes hangers, closet space, and empty drawers, so we weren't tripping over our suitcases all week. The designated parking spot and an elevator at the building were also much appreciated.

Great location, awesome view!

This property had everything we needed, and the location on the island was convenient, whether we wanted to go to the north shore or the south. The best part was to be right on the beach. The sound of the ocean and the beautiful sunrises made this a perfect vacation. The owner was so easy to deal with and very responsive. This was one of our very best vacations ever!

Perfect beachfront location

We loved the place! Perfect location on the ocean/beach and central to everything on the island. The beach is not good for swimming but that is not a deterrent. Every morning we could sit on the grass or on our lanai and watch the sunrise. Every night the windows were open to hear the ocean! Thanks, Jay and Sheila!

Excellent stay in Kapaa

Wonderful place to spend our week on Kauai. Condo accommodated our family of 4 well. Had everything we needed. We were fine without A/C which was a concern of mine on booking and was thankful that the fans were enough. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

It had everything we needed in kitchen. Very nicely decorated and updated. Had washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven…corner unit with good breezes, fans kept us cool. View of ocean and sunrises.

Best view, right on water. Low key which is what we wanted.

Once we found the unit (address was in an email that I missed so my fault for struggling to locate). Property manager saved the day and directed us to location. Apartment was comfortable and we were pleased with the unit. We wanted low key and quiet at night and that's what we got! Great price for being right on the ocean with a beautiful view. Woke up to amazing sunrises. We were quite happy Kauai Kailani.

Great ocean front property

My family enjoyed our stay. The location is great, right on the ocean, very close to a grocery store and restaurants. Property is clean, nicely decorated and easily fits family of 4. Jay was very responsive and helpful. We would come back.

Marvelous

Magnificent location! End unit with wonderful sunrise views from the balcony. The unit was very clean and stocked. The washer and dryer is a huge bonus (bring liquid soap). Assigned parking spot is conveniently located next to elevator if you choose to use. Wonderful cool ocean breeze from every angle is amazing as well.

Good option

My stay here was pretty good as it’s right next to the beach. you get a great breeze which is necessary as there is no AC. there were some issues with the plumbing and floors/counters were a little sticky, but overall loved the location, and beds were comfortable.

Great property

The unit was perfect for me and my 2 teen kids. Opening windows helped keep the humidity and temperature down. Having the washer and dryer was great. We cooked breakfast every morning there and appreciated the amenities. Location right on the beach was gorgeous.

Raised our kids coming to these units for the last 40 years when they were time share. Now as fee simple we purchased and welcome our grandkids.

Smaller private resort great for families. We call it the village as we get to know others and look out after one another. There is a major reef about a mile off shore that makes the near shore safe for shallow water snorkeling, ideal for younger kids. Great walking and biking trails all along the coconut coast. Near services and restaurants.

From our deck you can greet the spectacular sunrises and whales jumping as they pass by. The ever changing ocean views adds to the serenity while reading or just leisurely sunning. Kaui a small round island, thus you can find the weather you like not a great distance away.
