Excellent location, beautiful home, and extremely clean!!! They have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The backyard was amazing!We had a couple of hiccups - no fault of the owner - and Katie was extremely easy to communicate with. We would stay again!

Wonderful Stay in Mission Viejo

We stayed at this property last week for our daughter's college graduation. We had a great stay. The house is as nice as it is in the photos. Everything was wonderful and Katie the property manager was available for any questions. It was perfectly located. 20 minutes to Orange and 20 minutes to Dana Point. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Convenient Location

We enjoyed our week stay with many things to do and places to go in the area. Responsive property manager also gave us great restaurant suggestions. Perfect neighborhood for morning walks and we felt right at home.

Perfect House & Location!

This home was perfect! The back patio was a great place for our family to get to spend time together. The location was perfect as well, close to everything! The host was great, gave good instructions & even checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place to stay

Perfect Getaway

Had the best time during our stay. Close to everything we wanted with easy access to the highway. Beautiful and relaxing area. This house has all the small amenities you might not think about and would highly recommend. Thank you for the wonderful vacation!

Great Property

Visiting family in Mission Viejo and Laguna Nigel for grad celebrations and a wedding. This home was perfect. Very well located, near to the highway. Spacious, clean, had a hot tub and games, a grill, and a wonderful outdoor area. Perfect place to be with family.

Our favorite orange county stay

This is our second time staying at Katie’s. We just love her place & it is the perfect fit for multiple families traveling together. The backyard is large & a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or meals. Rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, & the layout is really great for families with kids who may go to bed a bit earlier than the adults- we love to sit by the fire after all of the kiddos are asleep :). The location couldn’t be better- perfectly in the middle between the beach & family we have in Orange County. Katie is always so easy to get ahold of, happy to help, & a wonderful host. We hope to come back again & again!

Great views! Great location!

This was a beautiful home! Loved all the different living spaces and the views were amazing! Great outside area! The host was easy to communicate with. Could really use a good deep cleaning. Pillows were very old and stained. Could only find a couple of washcloths. This home has TONS of potential!

Excellent experience

What a lovely VRBO. Katie the host was very responsive and accommodating. The house has everything you can think off. It was clean, comfortable and quiet which is exactly what we needed for a restful stay. Would definitely recommend staying here and would return!!

perfect family week

We had the best week long stay here. Any issues or questions we had, Katie was quick to answer and very helpful. The house provided us plenty of room for our group… we enjoyed game nights in the living room, brunches in the beautiful backyard, & all slept soundly in our rooms. The location is perfect as you are central to so much. It was a super memorable trip for my family.

Wedding stay

The property was fabulous with plenty of room. The back deck was spectacular with great views. Katie, the owner couldn’t have been more accommodating. We had a fabulous day. I would absolutely rent it again when we come back to San Juan Capistrano. The property was the best and you will not be disappointed.

Great experience!

We had a great time at Katie's place. It was clean, nice and everything we expected. The patio overlooked a gold course and had total privacy from the neighbors. The house has all the beach stuff you could need- chairs, wagon, beach towels, and ice chests. The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking supplies to make a nice dinner. The place was great. Would 100% recommend staying there.

Epic Wedding Weekend

I spent five glorious days here in Orange County to gather friends and family to celebrate our daughters wedding in Rancho Las Lomas. This place is amazing, super clean, plenty of supplies, beautiful grounds and backyard. Our host was super helpful and friendly I’ll consider this house again anytime when returning from New York! Wonderful time in Southern California

We had a wonderful time staying at this home with our family. Katie was very helpful and responsive with our questions. The home is centrally located with easy access to most amenities. Beach Days and a day at Disneyland were the highlights of our family trip. The views of the golf course were also fun as we watched golfers try to negotiate the sand traps and pond on the hole at the Mission Viejo country club. We loved staying at this home so much that we hope to be back during our next trip.

Mini Family Reunion

This Beautiful Property was just perfect for Our Mini Family Reunion. The group includes my 93 year oid dad, 91 year old Aunt and Uncle, myself and my wife, my brother, my two cousins and my twi dogs Aiko and Kozmo. The location of of the hone was perfect...close to Freeway, Shopping, Food..The deck served as a perfect setting for gathering Everyone together❤...for talks, and meals. We Loved this Home and would recommend it 100%!!!

Girlfriend Reunion

We are 4 old HS friends who reunited to swim at Masters Nationals in Irvine 40 years later. This house is awesome! We all had our own space, the outdoor space is fabulous! We loved the hot tub! This would be a great place for kids as well., as the garage has ping pong and other games. The manager was very quick to respond. We couldn’t have had a better experience and we highly recommend.

Wedding weekend

Nice home in a nice neighborhood. Check in process very easy. Katie was extremely helpful. We needed a baby pay pen and one was provided. Anytime I called her she was very accommodating. 5 stars for Katie!! Only negative I would add is the patio picture is very outdated.

A great spot for a family vacation!

Katie is the best super host! From the minute we arrived, a beautiful basket was just inside the door with many goodies and wine awaiting us. The wonderful views of the golf course, the night time lights to the hot tub to help melt your muscles, to the ping pong table made this spot very special for our family. Location location location means close to the beaches and shopping, the restaurants are fabulous in any direction. The beds are comfortable with plenty of blankets, towels and extra sheets, along with beach towels. The supplies are endless, I never bought a paper product! This super host is really super!
