El Black Pearl es extremadamente limpio y brillante gracias a la nueva renovación, y cuenta con 2 residencias separadas, cada una con 2 dormitorios, baño y cocina / cocina. Fabulous Black Pearl

We loved staying here. Absolutely charming house and right next door to our family friend. Close walk to the beach. Bikes, tv, garden and lots of privacy. Hopefully the shop and restaurant will be open again soon. Host communicates really well, thanks for letting us stay.

Amazing family week away

We absolutely loved our stay at the Black Pearl. The house was amazing and luxurious-it was equipped with everything we needed for an extended family trip away. And it was so conveniently close to the beach. We’ll definitely be back to stay there again soon!

Our stay at this magnificent property was second to none! Clean and very modern and comfortable. I would stay here again and highly recommend it for the area. The host was generous and welcoming, with an early check-in and late check-out. Proximity to the beach and amenities was excellent!

Amazing Stay!

This property is just perfection! We had the most relaxing and comfortable stay and would happily book it again. In a great location, walking distant to the beach. The house is modern, clean and comfortable. It has all the facilities you need and a beautiful outdoor area and BBQ. Rebecca was extremely helpful and accommodating. Very responsive.

Relaxing getaway

Thank you so much Rebecca, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Black Pearl. The place is so clean & welcoming & very well appointed. We had a tremendous time sitting outside a lot on the deck & just relaxing & using the barbecue . Went swimming , very close to the beach, bikes were provided too. Waking up to the symphony of the birds was wonderful. The only small thing to mention, was that it was hard to get hot water sometimes from the showers or taps?? Would love to come up again to stay a little longer next time.

Gorgeous house in magical location.

The house is beautiful! Just like the photos. Styled beautifully and very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equiped, even with on tap sparkling water! Shower pressure is amazing! Short walk to the beach! You must check out the gorgeous arboretum walk whist you are there. Rebecca was a great host and allowed us to check out late which was really appreciated. Definitely want to come back again. Pearl Beach is a magical place.

The black Pearl is the most amazing house so so well kitted out for adults and kids.

Everything was perfect . The best kitted out kitchen and I’m A caterer . We had family and friends for Easter and they were all bowled over . Bikes , everything for the beach that is 3 minutes walk away , great tv , aircon , brilliant outdoor area , lots and lots of space and the pavilion was fantastic as my husband and I used that and had our own privacy .we will b back ♥️

Black Pearl is a real gem

We absolutely loved our time at the Black Pearl. The house is modern, comfortable and well-appointed. Everything you could possibly need was there, including beach gear, bikes and a well stocked pantry with all the essentials. We have a large range of ages in our family and there was something for everyone. The beach is a 2 minute walk away, as are walks in the national park. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient and a welcome bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely touch. We couldn’t rate our experience more highly and we hope to get back there as soon as possible!

Beautiful Home Away from Home

After enduring Sydney's lockdown of 2021, my friends and I were desperate for a mini break before Christmas craziness. A stay at the Black Pearl was exactly what we needed. Everything about our stay at the Black Pearl was amazing with my friends 4 year old kid proclaiming as she walked through the house that "this house is fantastic". No kidding, kiddo! It was perfect for our stay. I seriously don't know where to start. The location is great- 5 mins walk to the beach and the cafe. Lovely, quiet, tree lined streets where my friend and I could scoot and skateboard in the awkward way grown ups do. The house was beautiful, sunlit and well equipped with pretty much everything one could need for a stay. Board games and toys for the kids, loads of cooking paraphernalia and equipment. A laundry if you really need it. And the layout by having two sort of halves to the house meant we could hang with our friends while giving both parties privacy. Rebecca the owner was also very helpful and quick to provide info during our stay So absolutely recommend this place. Would love to come back again!

Communication was excellent. The place was clean, new and accomodating. Lots of nice touches which made the stay feel luxurious. Great proximity to beach and cafe. Would highly recommend staying here

Unassuming Luxury

This property looks modest from the outside yet as soon as you walk inside, you will find yourself treated to very classy interiors and ultra comfort. The kitchen is equipped with an abundant supply of cutlery, plates, cups, pots and pans of all sizes (the best I have ever seen actually) and the owner uses all the high-grade electronic appliances. The fact that it has two self-contained cabins means two families are able to stay together yet enjoy their own privacy. My daughter especially loved having her friend over for a "deluxe" sleep over in the 2nd cabin. The property also has the added convenience of being within a short stroll to the beach and general store. When we were not at the beach, we just stayed in and enjoyed the tranquility. Overall an awesome stay and felt very much at home.

Beautiful modern house

Gorgeous, spacious, newly renovated house. Loved the Zip tap and the coffee pods and wine was a lovely welcome! Would definitely stay there again! Quick and lovely responses from the owner and really appreciated the late check out on sunday.

Serene & beautiful cottage family trip

Impeccably presented, serene zen-feel with all the mod cons you could possibly imagine. Kids & adults had a wonderful time riding bikes in the cul-de-sac & around the suburb, the real fire, bush walk to waterfall, and knowing we could come to luxury accommodation. Thanks!

Family 2 day get-a-way

Thoughtfully decorated cottage which has been extensively renovated to become a very comfortable 4 bedroom home with every convenience available for our 2 day stay. Well located in a quiet street , a level peddle on the bikes provided to the beach and cafe. Looking forward to the next opportunity to stay again. Thank you

Beautiful home a short walk to the beach

Wow! What an amazing house!! We loved every aspect of this luxury home, with modern and beautiful styling and loved the separate building for the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and bathroom with kitchenette. With the home almost brand new, everything has been thought of, a very well stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, glasses cutlery. A late fridge and very well stocked pantry, even with an excellent selection of herbs and spices including fresh nutmeg !! Not to mention the 3 BBQ’s .. a Weber, standard has and a green egg!! A box of coffee pods was left for the Nespresso machine and a huge range of games, puzzles, latest magazines (including inside out, gourmet traveller, Frankie etc) and books are also available. Huge wardrobes with coat hangers and lovely hand and body soaps and shampoo and conditioner. All the extra stuff such as hairdryers etc are also thought of, just arrive with your clothes and a bit of food and wine and you’ll never have to leave! Of course you’ll want to head to the beach (a very short flat walk) for a swim ;). Aside from the proximity to the beach it’s also very close to the local cafe (great coffee) and Pearls restaurant which was fantastic. The house is also a short drive over to The Boathouse at Patonga which is a favourite of ours. The grassed backyard is beautiful and plenty of outdoor seating available too. A great laundry also there if you need with a fantastic washing machine and dryer and detergents etc all there for you. A wonderful outdoor shower tops it off .. what more could you want?! I’m sure I’ve forgotten to mention a number of other amazing aspects of this beautiful home .. we didn’t travel with kids but a great kids room with bunk beds...we did take our small dog up (which is possible upon approval with the owner) who loved it too (the beach is dog friendly up the north end all day)! The owner was lovely and responded quickly when we had a question during our stay. We stayed over Christmas and there was a few extra special touches including a Xmas tree and, bond bond and candy canes. Book this home now, you won’t be disappointed .. we will be back!!!

Pearl Beach Relaxatoin

We recently stayed at New Pearl Beach retreat with another family and absolutely loved our time there. The house is very well presented and caters to all we could need. Great location, plenty of space for everyone to spread out, the design is fabulous. We hope to be back.

Whether you’re walking along the sand, hiking through the national park or grabbing a coffee from the café, it all feels a bit magical. We knew it was where we wanted to put down roots.
