UBICACIÓN fabulosa frente al mar con impresionantes vistas al mar de Coral, Cairns Esplanade y UBICADO sobre los mercados nocturnos en el quinto nivel en el corazón de la ciudad de Cairns, donde podrá caminar cómodamente a cualquier lugar en un par de minutos, mercados, fabulosos restaurantes y tiendas. . Camine por el parque hasta el embarcadero para realizar todas las excursiones a los arrecifes o quizás prefiera relajarse en el balcón y ver pasar el mundo. Ahora tenemos un televisor en el dormitorio y un televisor grande en el salón.

We stayed in this apartment prior to our adventure to Cape York with Outback Spirit,The apartment met all our needs, in an excellent location above the Cairns night markets and many eateries, fabulous views, clean and comfortable - Kay was a perfect hostess.We would highly recommend this apartment for a short or longer stay.

Perfect In Every Way

Everything was just perfect. Kay provided excellent communication before and during our stay. The apartment was spotless and provides a great view of the water. The location provides a host of restaurants of diverse cuisines within a 2-block radius. Bernie downstairs provided all of our bookings which departed from our location. The bus system is easy to use and is just a block away. As a result, we never needed to rent a car. The Great Barrier Reef, Daintree Rainforest, Kuranda and the Cairns Botanical Gardens were spectacular. We enjoyed perfect 24-degree weather throughout our 18 days. The apartment provided all that we needed and then some. Thank you for everything.

Our Cairns Stay.

Absolutely fabulous property so close to all restaurants and CBD of Cairns. All facilities in the apartment, ideal for an extended stay and also very secure. Our host Kay was fantastic as she picked us up from the railway station. We would thoroughly recommend all to stay in this apartment.

We had such a wonderful time. Everything was perfect, especially the locality and the view. There is no better location in cairns. Thank you Kay for making our stay great.

5 Stars are not enough!!

5 Stars are not enough to convey just how wonderful this apartment and the hosts Kay are Ross are. Absolutely perfect place to stay so close to everything that you could want to do or need. And a super helpful lovely lady that will help with tours and outings right in lobby. Can not recommend Kay and Ross's place highly enough. Will definitely be back.

Good location to main attractions in Cairns

Kay picked us up from airport, which was really nice. Kay told us a lot about Cairns. When we got to accommodation took time to go through the apartment, which had amazing views out to sea. We can’t thank Kay enough

Excellent location & lovely hosts

My partner and I had a fantastic time staying at Kay & Ross’s apartment. It is meticulously clean and has a well equipped kitchen. The location was fantastic being above the night market, with restaurants, the esplanade, and marina close by. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony while taking in the water views. There’s also a tourist desk on the ground floor. Kay & Ross made us feel welcome, which was a lovely start to our holiday! Look forward to staying again.

Everything was great!

Kay was very helpful from start of booking and on the day of checkin. Unit was modern, clean and had everything we required. Location was central to everything but very quiet and secure. Loved everything about this place!hope to return.

Perched over Cairns Foreshore

Terrific central location. Lovely open space that connected us to the outside world via balcony and large window. Views to Mt Yarrabah (Trinity Inlet), the foreshore and hills behind airport were quintessential FNQ. Local bird watching from apartment was fascinating. Was also fun to watch the everchanging parade of people and dogs along the foreshore. Lots of extras like pool, gym, tour desk. Kay was quick to respond to any correspondence. She and Ross' approach certainly contributed to this being a special and relaxing time. Highly recommended.

Kay's place is excellent, very clean, had everything we need and the location is perfect. The view from the balcony was awesome, the apartment was spacious and quiet (even on Friday and Saturday nights). We would come back.

Terrific apartment with 10 out of 10 views, location and owners!

Awesome Property in the best location possible, right on the Esplanade with all the restaurants right below it and a very short walk to Woollies and the Marina for your Reef Tours. The tour buses for Cape Tribulation and the Daintree Tours pick you up right below the hotel and free parking is included at the apartment. The managers were extremely helpful and friendly and will even pick you up from the Airport if they can. We will definitely be back!

Location. Location!!

We can not recommend Kay & Ross’ property highly enough. It is located in the heart of the Cairns Esplanade area, close to the many cafes and restaurants, including the fabulous Night Markets, and easy walking distance to the Marina. The apartment is well appointed with everything you require for a success stay. Kay and Ross kindly picked us up from the airport too.

Great Location

Short walk to everything Cairns has to offer and stunning views of the harbour. Hosts Kay and Ross were excellent. Changes to our flights meant we would not arrive until late evening and they picked us up at the airport to ensure our check in went smoothly. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends. Thank you Kay and Ross.

Paradise

Exceptional view. Close to everything. Parking included was a bonus! Just be aware that it is in a central location so there will be noise on the weekends. Also the noise from the exhaust fans in the neighbouring building was annoying at first but it’s amazing how quickly it becomes white noise! We stayed four nights and were less aware of the noise by the second day. The apartment is in an older building and it is not built to be sound proof so there was hall noise and chair scraping from upstairs audible. Still this did not distract from our overall enjoyment. The unit was exceptionally clean and well kitted out with all the necessities. The round shower/ spa was quite different but worked really well.... no water splash onto the bathroom floor. Just be aware that you need to be able to climb in and out of the spa bath to take a shower ... so it would not suit people who are not agile.

Great unit at Breakfree Royal Harbour

We were met at the station by Ross & Kay and taken to the unit on level 5 at Breakfree Royal Harbour. What a lovely couple, thanks so much! A lovely and clean unit and so very handy to everything and with a great view to boot. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Ross and I are happily married living at Palm Cove but love going to this apartment as our get away holiday destination. We also enjoy traveling and motor homing whenever we have the chance.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We chose this apartment as we loved the position being to the front of the building and facing north east. We looked at higher levels but felt we were disconnected from the view of the esplanade. With our apartment on level 5 we still have an amazing view of the water all the way to Green Island but at night we could still have a great view of the activity on the Esplanade below.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

It is not often you are able to also have a window in an apartment like we have. The bedroom is of a decent size with a door closing off the rest of the apartment enabling a peaceful nights sleep
