Directamente al otro lado de la carretera de Clarkes Beach ya poca distancia a pie de la ciudad, este apartamento ha sido completamente renovado con todas las comodidades modernas. Amueblado con estilo, es perfecto para una escapada romántica. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada e instalaciones de lavandería - se suministra ropa de cama.

I've visited Byron many times and this is the best 1 brm apartment I've stayed in. Clean, good light, good layout, well equipped, fairly quiet, easy walk to the centre of Byron and best of all, straight over the road from an entry to Clarkes Beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Byron 1 bedroom apartment

Overall stay was very good, apartment was good and location was good, close to most amenities. A floor lamp in the lounge room would be a welcome addition. An outdoor broom for sweeping the garage would have been useful. Our only gripe would be about the toilet seat which makes a small person feel like they are sinking into the toilet. Most off putting.

Great self contained unit in amazing location

We really enjoyed staying here: Positives - location is awesome, kitchen well equipped, laundry was handy, could log into our Netflix and the wifi for entertainment, communication with company was great, garage was great but only fits a very small car. Negatives - had to remove and wash the doona cover on arrival (clean sheets provided underneath), some dishes were still dirty in cubboards, noisy upstairs neighbours - could hear their conversations and chairs/footsteps etc woke us late at night, no exhaust fan in bathroom which contributed to damp, no beach towels provided. None of this ruined our stay, we would definitely come back but might be helpful for other guests to know. :)

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have staid at 1/56 Lawson St BB on a number of occasions for many years, the location and accommodation make this a great holiday, and overall it was that again, however I need to complain about the state of the unit when we arrived, it had not been cleaned, a cleaner was sent after contacting the Agent, however we had to leave & return 3hrs later. We had put things in the Fridge that we told the cleaner about, unfortunately she either didn’t hear us clearly or didn’t understand and threw everything in the fridge out, including my wife’s medication. Thankfully we returned in time to save the medication and most of the items, note a great start to our stay. When we left at 9:30 on Saturday the Agency was closed so could not lodge out complaint at the time. Out of the many times we have staid here this is our first and only complaint.

Unfortunately we arrived early evening, having flown in and got to the apartment only to find no toilet paper or anything to be able to go to the toilet. We had to walk in the rain, no umbrellas into town to buy some and when calling the phone number provided we were told it is self contained and we had to bring our own. I've never stayed anywhere right around the world where I have had to provide my own toilet paper. The dust in the property is severe. My partner could not sleep due to his severe hay fever. We vacuumed the lounge as just sitting on it made him sneeze. There is mould on the walls in the toilet and bedroom. The place needs a good spring clean.

Escape to Byron

Immaculately clean, fully equipped, air-conditioned and tastefully renovated, ground floor garden access apartment in a perfect location situated directly across from the beach. Just a short walk to town, and close enough to walk to The Pass or Tallows beach which is fantastic as those surf spots have limited parking and fees. Loved staying here.

The location was amazing, being right on the beach and walking distance to everything made the stay perfect. The apartment is lovely and modern, there was nothing to fault. We will definitely be rebooking very soon !!
