Great location, host had good communication, wish the place would have been cleaner - the bathrooms could use a deep clean and the linens were dingy and well-used.

Thanks for the review! I'm glad you loved the place, but I'm so sorry to hear about your issues with the cleanliness. The cleaners I use always do a fantastic job, so I'm surprised to hear this. If only you had let me know on check-in, as I would have happily had the cleaners return to fix any concerns you may have had but thanks for letting me know nonetheless and I wish you all the best as well!

Thanks Janica! I’m glad you found the location great, but I’m sorry to hear the cleanliness and hot tub size didn’t meet your expectations. I appreciate the photos you have provided. The private hot tub is located on the master bedroom patio and there is also a larger complex hot tub if you wish to have more people in a hot tub. The home has been scheduled for a deep clean this spring. During the busy season, due to short windows between guests, it can be difficult to make repairs to the walls and crawl spaces. As a result this will all be addressed during the deep clean taking place May 11th and 12th. I take the cleanliness concern seriously and I have acted on these now that the time allows. Thanks again for staying and taking the time to share your experience.

Hot tub was only a 2 person, that should have been made clear in the listing. The community hot tub was great, maybe highlight that since advertising that your home sleeps 8!

The bed layout was great. The communication with managerial staff was excellent. The location and access to a bus for gondola lifts was very convenient. The property itself is older and definitely needed some extra cleaning time. Upon our arrival the property still needed cleaning (for example, trash and compost from last guest was left). There were some delayed maintenance items that were also unaddressed: missing light bulbs, lamp with no shade, door handle off of a door, and blinds broken and not repaired. I don’t expect property’s to be perfect but this one needed more effort to “be ready” for guests.

The cleaning issues and maintenance items you mentioned shouldn’t have been missed, as the team normally does a great job. I’ve already begun addressing these to ensure the home is fully up to standard moving forward. When you first messaged about your concerns, I did offer to have someone come by, but I didn’t hear back. I would have happily arranged for these issues to be resolved right away, though I didn’t want to enter the home without your permission. The pilot light going out on Christmas Day was unfortunate timing and pleased that you were able to get it going again quickly. Happy to let you know the fireplace is still working well. I’m very sorry if the unit wasn’t as clean as you had hoped; the cleaners usually do such a great job and I would have been happy to send a cleaner to return and meet your expectations if I’d been made aware of anything that was not cleaned to standard! Great place!

Great place! Just a couple of minutes walking to the village. Next to the private jacuzzi, there is also a shared jacuzzi close by which is a lot bigger. Excellent service from the landlord who was 24/7 available via WhatsApp.

Great townhouse for our group of 6!

Terrific location with 2-3 minute walk to the Village, parking safe and close by, beds and bathrooms and kitchen all well-stocked with linens and towels and supplies. Very clean and tidy. Easy and quick communication with property manager. Highly recommended rental!

In the Heart of the Village

We selected this accommodation because it had the rooms, beds and bathrooms to fit everyone in comfortably. The condo is situated close to the Olympic Square and the various shops and restaurants. It was lovely to park our car and leave it there for the duration of our stay. We walked everywhere!

Perfect location

This townhouse was great for our family of 5 adults. Plenty of space and we even had 3 bunk beds that went unused. The 2.5 bathrooms were an added bonus. The private hot tub was so convenient! We were able to catch the free shuttle to the Gondola Exchange Station easily each morning right across the street from the complex. The property is also super close to a grocery store and Main Street. Communication from the host was outstanding and very specific and clear. We would highly recommend this townhouse to anyone!

Nice location and area

This place was in very close walking distance to the village which was so nice! I wasn’t aware of all the stairs in the condo. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were nice and clean. However, the porches and glass on the railing to see out were very dirty so we didn’t want to sit or hang out outside. I did notify the owner of a glass pane on the porch that was out leaning on the hot tub with big cracks. That was very unsafe so hopefully it gets taken care of for the next guests.

Very nice

We really enjoyed the place! I was a little fearful the distance to the ski lifts were too far, but they weren't. It was about a 10 minute stroll and you can walk through the village the whole way if you want. We'd definitely stay here again!

Best location

Located across the street from IGA (Fresh Market) the Vahalla complex is a bit old but our suite was in excellent shape and we are right beside the Village. You will not be disappointed staying here. Great host!

Comfortable stay for our group of 9 work colleagues.

Everyone was very happy to stay here. The house offers ample space for a group to move in comfortably. We even stayed in on Saturday night, eating snacks from conveniently nearby super market. Parking facilities are also great and right under the property. The transfer to the slopes really only is 5 minutes by bus and 15 minutes on foot. What's not to like?!
