Perfect spot for AAU

We’ve stayed here for the past couple of years during a volleyball tournament. It’s been perfect for our family to have a kitchen to cook in a nice space lounge and a pool to chill out at. It’s conveniently located just minutes away from the Orange County convention center.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this condo for our son’s volleyball tournament at the OCCS. The condo was very clean and the location is fantastic. It is located next to the pool yet is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Great Place to Relax

Our stay was tremendous! The space was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and having a fully-functioning kitchen was extremely useful. The proximity to the pool and workout room was great as well. Check-in and check-out was easy thanks to Max’s helpful emails.

Super clean and spacious

I recently stayed here for my daughter’s volleyball tournament at the OCCC and it was perfect. The condo is in a great location- close to the pool and walkable to the convention center. The condo was very clean and spacious with a balcony that got a very nice breeze! We would highly recommend this place and will request it again our next stay in Orlando!

Great place

Everything was very nice, well appointed and clean. The only thing I would say for future guests is to bring extra paper towel, trash bags and toilet paper. You only get 1 or 2 of each. Also, there was no salt/pepper, etc.

Very nice place

Very nice and clean place. Updated furniture. Great community. Pool is awesome. Communication was very good. Thanks!! For anyone at the convention center it’s nice to be so close. You have to drive but miss all the traffic. And also there’s a nice pizza place and burger place and Walgreens all 5 minute walk away.

Comfortable, clean, and ideal location in Vista Cay!

We were in town for a national dance competition with our daughter and LOVED having 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, a den/office space, a kitchen, and washer/dryer so close to the competition location. Everything was as pictured and described, and Max and Ray were super responsive and proactive in providing helpful information before we arrived (including what to bring--dish detergent, flat-bottomed 8-10 cup coffee filters for the coffee maker, etc). This location is close to the main Vista Cay pool which was wonderful as that was the meeting spot for us to gather with dance friends. We also appreciated the daily trash pickup--what a benefit for a long stay! Thank you, Max and Ray, for allowing us to stay in your lovely condo! Highly recommend!

Perfect home base for wedding weekend

My husband, MIL, and I stayed here for a quick wedding weekend. It was a perfect location fairly close to the wedding location and to the parks, which we hit for the Not-So-Scary Halloween Party after the wedding. The place was clean and well-prepped. The door was a little tricky to open as you need to pull the handle when you enter the code, but aside from that very minor snag, we did not want for anything while there. It’s right down the street from a Walgreens and other shops if something is needed. There are some good eats nearby, including @the diner, which is a fave breakfast spot of ours when we are in town. The beds were very comfortable. Makeup remover wipes came in super handy. Nice, big tv for downtime. A great little balcony with the sounds of the fountain making a peaceful spot to read. Plenty of towels. It was really an ideal place to stay for us. I’d recommend and stay again in the future.

Beautiful, quiet retreat!

We were so happy with this property! We came into town for Dance Nationals and some park days and the location was perfect for our needs. It was in an area that was within 15 minutes of everywhere we wanted to be and the location was so quiet. There was a Walgreens at the entrance to the resort and so many other alternate shopping and food options close by. As for the condo, the amenities were a very nice bonus. We enjoyed the pool and gym. The condo itself was beautifully decorated and super clean! It was so quiet and we did not hear anything from our neighbors. We personally don't use cable, we stream everything, so it was great to be able to log into our own accounts on the tv and have access to our streaming services. The A/C worked fantastic! There was not an issue with keeping cool on the warmer days. The Cons, these are minimal and just more for suggestion. For the most part the streaming went smoothly on the wifi, but for some reason, we could not get anything to load on our personal devices so we had to use our data. No big deal, but a little frustrating when trying to get some work done on our down time or even just scrolling through Instagram was a challenge. Another issue was that it was mostly chilly while we were there and there were no extra blankets, just the sheet and light comforter on the bed. I had to go buy some blankets for us, which we then had to get home. The kitchen was well stocked, but did not have any baking sheets, so we weren't able to make the cinnamon rolls we bought or have anything to cook our pizzas on. Again the cons are minimal and more for suggestions. Overall, we were thrilled with the condo and will definitely stay again!

Perfect for Convention Center

We stayed in this condo for a volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. The location was perfect. We could walk to the convention center and Publix. Condo was clean and as described. Weather wasn't great but pool and workout center were nice. We would stay here again.

Convenient location

The condo was great for what we were there for. Kitchen and appliances were very clean! The multiple emails saying we couldn’t have anyone in our room due to Covid were unnecessary and repetitive. We were there with 20 other families for a sports tournament. Condo itself was good! This has nothing to do with the condo owners but feel people should know that Vista Cay is extremely strict about bringing coolers to the pool. They say they aren’t but have security for coolers only. Not for actual security. I’ve never stayed anywhere that strict in my life.

The condo was great. And an urgent repair came up and the owner not only responded immediately but had the repair performed as quickly as they could. I would recommend this property and ownership group again to everyone.

Great condo location

Immaculate condo, comfortable furniture and beds. Super clean. A small issue with the AC was taken care of quickly and professionally, good communication. This was a good spot to drive to attractions around Orlando, highly recommend.

Nice Property/Great Location

This property was in a great location for what we were looking for. Short drive to everything we needed, to include Disney, restaurants, etc. Check-in and check-out processes were just as described with no issues. The resort pool was nice with the time we spent there, to include the resort showing family movies at night. The interior of the property was up to date with new tv's, furniture, etc. The only negative we found with this property was the cleanliness. Based on what we saw, a surface clean was done at best before we checked in. The sheets didn't look washed and multiple hairs were found throughout the bedrooms and bathrooms. (2 out of 3 beds were missing mattress covers) We didn't push the issue as we were only here for a few days and at the property to sleep but if we had stayed here longer, we would have requested new sheets and a cleaning service to return. Overall, this property met our needs for our quick trip to Florida.
