Perfect location!

Perfectly located for our plans! Beware! During peak times the elevators are quite busy and you will wait a long time. They should maybe stagger check-in times.

Great place

Loved the property! Overall great place to stay. A couple of minor things.. one the dryer needs to be replaced. If u just remodeled then the dryer should of been replaced as the button is broken and it makes a loud screeching noise. I would advise to dry ur clothes when u aren’t there. The sink in the bathroom is very tiny like they didn’t cut the countertop wide enough. Other than that the elevator issue is true you do have to wait however they do post signs of high times of longer waits. Poops and the beach were fantastic and it’s only a couple minute drive to the main strip and shopping. I would book again!

The rental was very nice however the wait for elevators can be quite long. This is not the rental owners fault.

Great location and property.

Cleanliness could have been better, especially since there is a cleaning fee. Give yourself an extra 10-15 minutes to catch the elevator and DON’T forget anything. It has everything you need for three days (except for toiletries) after that bring your normal daily essentials. Great view and ameneities on property.

Elevator wait was horrible

Our room was great/clean but our view was on the only side that didn't have a sunset/balcony view. I feel like the pictures are a bit deceiving. Upon arrival, our toilet would not flush. Maintenence was able to come and fix quickly. The worst thing about this property was the horrendous wait times for the elevator. Saturday morning one elevator was even out of order. We waited 45 minutes on our last day. Everyone was angry. They know if it is an issue and put signs out not to use the elevator at peak times. I spoke with an owner and he said it's always been an issue because of poor HOA management. We were on the 25th floor and not able to take the stairs. Because of this reason alone, we will not stay at this property! Please look up reviews of Tidewater before you book. Many complaints on the elevator that we didn't see. Such a shame because our room was really cute!

Yearly Wedding Anniversary Trip

We always visit P.C. Beach for our Wedding Anniversary every year. This year we chose this unit for the view and it did not disappoint. We had views of Pier Park and the Gulf! The kitchen was well equipped for all our cooking needs. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was dark and cozy. Would recommend and would stay again!

Modern beach condo with great view

Me and my family stayed her this weekend and the weather was nice for the end of February, cold in the mornings but nice and sunny in the afternoons. Some people were in the water but it was very cold. This is a great time to go for the kids to play on the beach without getting too hot. The room was clean and it had been nicely updated with upscale appliances - compared to other units we have stayed at in Tidewater. It is a corner unit and you have amazing floor to ceiling views all the way around. The balcony has a view of the water and the beach and a view down the beach because it’s on the corner of the building. Because of the time of year we went the elevators were fine and the place was not overly crowded. The only negatives were the water didn’t stay cold very long for showers and the inside of the microwave was broken. Wi-Fi worked fine also. The one thing we really didn’t like was the towels were old and stained, the owner need to grow them all away and replace with fresh new ones. we just didn’t use them and had to go to Target down the street. Found multiple hairs on the bed as well but housekeeper assured us she washed them herself. These wouldn’t keep me from staying again but hopefully the own fixes them as they are a quick fix. It’s on the beach and closes to pier park shopping . Just know the area is not very walkable and seems safer to drive to get food.

Simply impressed!

Excellent location and very nice condo for two people. On 25th floor it was an awesome view. Really enjoyed overall experience. Only suggestion is to have more comfortable relaxing sofa/chairs.. beautiful condo with all necessities.

Panama beach stay

Room was nice. Waiting on elevators is a problem because of the size of the complex. To check in you park across the street in the garage then have to give the attendant your drivers license in order to get a luggage cart ( ridiculous). The pools are nice. The beach is nice except there’s an overflow coming from across the street that dumps into the gulf right next to resort beach area (rather unsightly). Overall decent stay for our first trip to Panama beach but there are definitely nicer beach areas along the gulf. That said we probably won’t be back.

That View Though

Wow! The view from this corner is breathtaking from inside and out. The unit was very clean. The comforters are white, which means they get bleached with the sheets. The walk to the beach was very close to the building. The pools were beautiful. The lobby is nice as well. The elevator being slow could be a little frustrating, but to the defense of the elevators there are a lot of floors it is servicing. We will definitely be coming back.

Sits on a great Beach

The condo was very nice and loved the flooring as it is exactly the same as ours at home. Great views from way up high, loved it and loved the section of beach it sat on.

Views are Amazing from this Unit. It was also beautiful decorated and very clean. My family and I will definitely visit again love this place it had everything and more to offer.

Bang for your buck

I was a little concerned about the elevator situation based on reviews but our experience didn’t sound as bad as some of the other renters’. I can see how check in process would be really frustrating if you got there when most others were arriving. We arrived around 8:30 pm and didn’t have any issues. The condo was tucked away in a corner away from where people are getting off of elevators and walking to their condo. This was a plus for us. There is also an elevator very close that gets less use than the three main ones so it was easier to get onto than the other 3. The resort staff was so friendly every time we interacted with them. We loved the views! The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn’t want for anything (the condo has a kuerig in case you were wondering whether to bring filters and coffee or pods!). I highly recommend eating at Bayou on the Beach and Mikes Cafe and Oyster Bar. Loved the stay!!!
