Located only a short walk from the centre of Kalkan, this bright and airy 3 bedroom apartment has everything a family needs to enjoy their holiday. Although it shares the pool with three other apartments the massive nature of the pool terrace means that there is plenty of space for all guests to enjoy there stay without feeling cramped. There are ample sunbeds , umbrellas and dining areas for all guests, although it is very rare that all guests use the facilities at the same time.
The accommodation is on two floors. The ground floor comprises of an open plan lounge/ kitchen /dining area , which open onto the pool terrace and its own small al fresco dining area. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped and adjacent to the indoor dining area for six. The lounge has a flat screen tv and dvd player.There is also a twin bedroom on this floor, which shares a communal bathroom with the lounge area. On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms with sea view balconies and en-suite bathrooms. These two bedrooms has superb sea views.

The apartments are in a block of four, located literally a 5-10 minute walk to the centre. Thus making it an ideal choice for those guests not wishing to have to use a vehicle during their holiday. The two adjacent pool level apartments are owned by us and can be rented together to provide accommodation to a total of 12 guests. Guests have the use of a covered private parking space, wi-fi internet and the property is air-conditioned throughout.

The prices shown are based on reservations of 7 nights. Reservations of 5 nights or less are liable to an extra cleaning fee of 3000 Turkish Lire payable in cash on arrival .
