La mejor ubicación privada. Abundan los senderos boscosos y las impresionantes vistas. Alrededor de 1. 5 horas al norte de Golden Gate. Ubicado en el condado de Sonoma pero justo al lado del condado de Napa. Corto viaje en automóvil a Calistoga, Santa Elena, Sonoma, Santa Rosa, Kenwood y Healdsburg. En el corazón de la región vinícola de Sonoma, rodeado de viñedos, bodegas y excelentes restaurantes. Todas las comodidades proporcionadas. Fantastic property on a very tranquil and private hillside. Peaceful doesn’t quite capture the ambience but beauty is all around, from vineyards to farm animals and wildlife. It was the perfect escape within easy reach of both Napa and Sonoma valleys. Highly recommend.

Amazing Rental

This was such an amazing week. Located in the hills NE of Santa Rosa, it is tucked away back in a very private valley. The barn was such a cool place to stay. The owners were most accomodating and lovely folks. Would definitely stay at this place again and again.

The barn-house was very charming, it was well stocked. we enjoyed having wine in the patio with beautiful views of the vineyard and mountains. The farm animals and sheep dogs made the stay extra special. Thank you Thai!

Thai the host is amazing from my first contact 6months prior to arrival to departure. Property is absolutely amazing to say the least. Clean and not worn at all. So much to see with the animals and the dogs watching the flock of lamb are sooo cool. Highly recommend and we WILL be back.

Girls getaway

This place is a wonderful unique VRBO experience. We loved the barn living space. Clean and well stocked very comfortable beds. Beautiful surrounding. We love the dogs, goats and sheep. The drive-in was a little hairy, but we had no trouble finding the place and it was well worth the drive. We had a lovely girls weekend.

Amazing farm stay

Staying at Thai and Cynthia’s barn was a dream! They had excellent communication before and throughout our stay and the barn is beautiful. Our whole family loved the animals on site and enjoyed the chance to walk around the huge property, we didn’t feel the need to leave the place during our 3 day stay. We’d love to make it back again in the future! Thanks Thai!

A Unique Get-Away!

If you're looking for something off the beaten path, this is your spot! A lovely and well-appointed space, surrounded by nature... Hosts, Thai and Cindy are gracious and friendly. We enjoyed the surroundings, the animals and even snacking on fresh cherries right off of the trees! We whole-heartedly recommend!

The house is so neat with comfy beds and great antiques with comfy couches. The kitchen has everything and more if you’re cooking. The location is in the mountains with a view of a vineyard and sheep and goats right out the windows. Serene and private. The driveway/road is a 10 minute drive from the main road but the views are gorgeous and we never minded the extra effort it took to get to the house. Stress just melted away there.

Heaven In Sonoma

As a frequent Vrbro user the Barn is truly spectacular, it was the most enjoyable property my family has ever rented. We were up valley and exploring Sonoma for a family gathering and the Barn is hands down the most well stocked and maintained property we have every booked. Quiet, secluded, and very comfortable for a family style gathering and entertaining. There are multiple options for entertaining, the outside grill and great table under the deck is well suited for group gatherings and then there is the great room off the kitchen upstairs. The property checks off every box. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cookware and any gadget you could need to entertain. The property is on a private well-maintained road, you should plan to arrive with enough daylight to locate the Barn. We were supplied with clear instructions so there were no issues finding the Barn and once you drive towards the Barn you are truly in love with the property. 10 out of 10 stars for the Barn.

We had such a wonderful stay at The Barn at Steelhead Creek. The “barn” was beautiful and very well appointed. The property is located off the beaten path but the drive was well worth it for the views and peaceful grounds. Thai and Cindy were excellent hosts. I highly recommend this property…as long as you are comfortable driving up and down a one lane mountain road. It was never an issue for us, but it could be for others.

Best way to experience Sonoma

You will not regret it! If you want to escape from the busy city life, this is the place for you. I’ve been to Sonoma many times, but this is definitely my first scenic stay. I could simply sit on the patio and just enjoy the view all day. Thai was very pleasant to work with. Very responsive and accommodating.

Absolutely awsome

This property was everything represented in the listing and exactly what we were looking for in a week stay. Thai is an excellent host and very attentive. The property is very well kept and especially clean. Having fruit trees: pears, persimmons, pomegranates, limes and perfectly ripe figs along with tomatoes and of course the abundant rosemary was an unexpected treat. The drive in is everything they say, beautiful, but don't attempt it in the dark! We would love to come back.

Hidden gem in wine country

Let me start off with this: pay attention to the VRBO host’s detailed directions. At first, our group was flabbergasted at the lengthy directions. It all made sense when we finally arrived at the perimeter of the property. Tucked between the peaks of Bennett and Bald mountain is the gem of a property that sat on acres of vegetation and livestock. The property is a converted barn. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor seating dining area to die for. (Did I mentioned that the place has air conditioning!) The house is tranquil, and the owners thought of every little detail to incorporate everything you might need during your stay. Had we put more thought behind this excursion, we would have done another lavish grilling session and stayed in. Pro tip: because it takes approx ~15 minutes to get to the property through a bunch of narrow, windy roads, plan out your day ahead and give yourself the time needed for ingress and egress. Would 100% come back again and highly recommend it!

Wine Country Paradise

The barn and property were beyond stunning. The house couldn’t have been more perfect and Thai is such a gracious and responsive host! We came for a long weekend to celebrate my husbands birthday with some friends and rented the converted barn. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us and the house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful weekend away!

This property is absolutely breathtaking! We were 3 couples on a weekend of wine tasting and relaxing. This property was perfect! The outdoor seating iss great, the space is comfortable and conducive to socializing, and the beds are nice! The barn overlooks the animals and the vineyards, it is peaceful and serene. The owners are absolutely thoughtful and are committed to their guests having a great stay. We highly reccomend this place!
