Trip for National VB tournament

Great property for our family during the tournament. Perfect proximity to convention center and restaurants. Management company was easy to reach and helpful when needed.

We found this to be a very nice condo. Very spacious and great location. Easy check in, clean, and well furnished. Very nice pool area as well. Would stay here again.

Great property!

The condo was comfortable for our family of 6. We enjoyed the balcony and the walking trail by the lake. The location was excellent! 20 minutes to Disney, 15 min to Universal and lots of restaurants near by. Would definitely return!

Nice villa, great location

The villa was well decorated a furnished, and was clean on arrival. We really enjoyed the complex, with pool and hot tub, bar, and walking trail around the lake. Amenities (groceries, liquor, pharmacy) all within walking distance, and minutes away from Universal Studios or International Drive. We’d definately come back to this villa on our next trip to Orlando.

Very nice place to stay

Great place for everybody, families, couples, kids. Plenty of room for everyone. Plenty of amenties for everyone, huge pool, kiddie pool, hot tub. Game room. Even close enought to all the parks International drive has plenty of restaurants to get a bite to eat. Free wi fi and washer dryer for convenience! I highly reccommend vista Cay.

Ok place. Needs some work

We have stayed at multiple units in Vista Cay. This one was fine for our needs but really needs an update and sprucing up. Carpet is really dingy and stained, several tiles are broken, cabinets are pretty run down and there isn’t enough eating utensils, plates, cups, etc. the table is really small and wobbly too. It could use some bar stools for more dining seats. The good is it’s close and easy access to where we needed to be, I appreciated the fans in every room, and checking in and out was super easy.

Vista Cay

We booked Vista Cay for a Scentsy Family Reunion in July. The location was convenient to the convention center. A little too far to walk but only a $5 Uber ride. The place had everything we needed for a fun stay for 5 women. The place could use a few repairs as there was a stain on the carpet, some broken tiles, and cabinets in Master bath were peeling. Overall, we were all pleased with the place. The pool is great and has a bar and snacks.

Great location

This condo is a great location with great amenities. However, the unit is obviously well visited. The physical attributes are aged and abused. It definitely could use some updates and repairs. Communication with management company needs attention as well.

Very nice accommodations. Did not expect so much space. Quiet and relaxing at the end of many amusement park days. No major complaints. As previous review stated, carpet needs a good shampoo and please fix the kitchen faucet handle. 30 seconds with an allen wrench. Overall a great facility. Wonderful location and fair priced. Dan B.

Nice spacious place, as advertised, a few issues

The place looked like the photos and was very spacious. Everything was clean, which is important. There were a few small issues we had - but none had a huge affect on our stay. The dishwasher was turning off after starting, and the sink garbage disposer seemed to be broken or intentionally disabled. Other than that the beds were comfortable, and the resort pool was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Spacious condo with short drive to Universal theme parks

Condo at Vista Cay was the perfect size for our 6-person family! This is a 4th-floor unit with a convenient elevator & a balcony big enough for a table with 4 chairs & a lounger. We would.have given it 5 stars if we could have gotten the big TV to work (though we had no problems with the smaller ones in each of the bedrooms or the one in the den) AND if the wi-fi had worked well for all of our stay (last few days were fine). Overall a very good deal though. We would stay there again.

Close proximity to all the major parks. Accommodations comfortable. This property worked for us. Encountered lack of response trying to get call backs from guest services, when leaving messages. One master bathroom sinks clogged. Dishwasher doesn’t wash properly.

Not so great

The property was clean but the rugs need to be removed. The apartment had a bad odor. The air conditioner wasn’t able to put a lot a colder temperature because it was locked. There wasn’t enough extra towels. There wasn’t extra toilet paper for the amount of people and days

Dirty, outdated and mold in the sinks.

Condo very dirty. Mold in the bathroom sinks. Stains on carpet. Old coffeemaker and toaster. Baseboards filthy. Location good. Wouldn’t rent this property again.

Excellent Property.....Worth Every Penny

We arrived a bit early so kinda check-in before time, However the host was very kind and canvassed the area making sure we had everything we needed. Very large space and great for a family stay. Close to a Publix Supermarket and Walgreens Drug Store. Very convenient and great area. Not far from all the tourist areas. I will definitely keep this as one of my go to properties. Needs new beds, paint, carpet cleaned or replaced, new kitchen faucet, full set of silverware, broken tile replaced, more pool towels along with property key cards- 1 not enough for large families staying. Directions for operating the tv.

as expected

Don't expect one of the best stays you have ever has as the king bed is old and in need of replacement but was ok. Tile floor has a broken piece missing and not fixed. Kitchen sink faucet is broken and in need of replacement. Bring soap for showers and hand washing. Water pressure is lacking in master as well. Couches are very broken down and in need of replacement as you can feel the wood framing in all arm rests. We were there for a tradeshow so it was a you get what you pay for situation. Not disappointed as it is just a owner that down not make it a point to replace worn items in the condo.
