It’s actually one of Boston’s most vibrant neighborhoods, with wonderful restaurants, beautiful parks, and fun community events throughout the year. Jamaica Plain and the fenway are two different neighborhoods. I aim to please my guest, I take my reviews very seriously. whenever an issue arises I encourage my guest to reach out to me directly during their stay.

I sent messages after your check-in, mid-stay, and prior to your check-out to ensure everything was going smoothly and to offer assistance. I apologize if these didn’t reach you or if there was any difficulty during your stay, as I would have been more than happy to help. Regarding the stairs, you bring up a great point. While the room is designed to be comfortable with its own private bathroom and kitchenette, the spiral staircase can be challenging for some guests. This is why I generally do not recommend the space for families with young children or individuals with mobility concerns. I will certainly consider including more details about the stairs in the listing, including a photo, to ensure future guests are fully informed before booking.
