Yo lo llamo mi lugar feliz. Disfrute de unas vacaciones relajadas disfrutando del sonido de las olas y el olor de la playa. Alojamiento perfecto para unas vacaciones familiares o una puerta de entrada. Hermoso apartamento frente al mar con acceso directo a la playa y áreas comunes con piscina, mirador y área de juegos para niños. Ubicado a 15 minutos de Walmart y de un importante centro comercial con restaurantes y tiendas bien conocidas. Definitivamente recomendaría alquilar un coche.

Peaceful

We took a family vacation to disconnect and be present. Everything we could have needed and more was here. The beach is right off the property and was pristine. It was so quiet at the complex, and it was just what we needed. Everything was clean, check in was easy, and host is quick to respond!
Water was clear and calm, even when storms were coming in!

Beautiful property

The only difficulty we had was on the first night trying to check in and locate the property. Google maps took us to the wrong location. Once we were able to get to the correct location, we loved the condominium and everything was beautiful!

Great vacay!

This community was a great place to stay. It is gated and safe. It is central to all the main activities, San Juan, ferry to Culebra, and El Yunque rain forest. Be aware there will be driving!! If you stay in Luquillo, you will be closer to the ferry and rain forest but farther from San Juan. I recommend figuring out what you are most interested in before you select a place to stay. Best food options are in San Juan.

Perfect spot for our family!

We loved being right on the beach and the kids loved being steps away from the pool. The apartment was perfect for our family of 5- plenty of space for us to be comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!

Beach and pool and sun.

Excellent place. The beach is literally a sixty second walk away. The pool if the sand is not your thing is sixty seconds the other way. Absolutely a wonderful place to stay.

Amazing

My family and I loved this place! It was my nieces’ 1st time in PR and they will never forget it! Waking up to hear and see the ocean everyone morning was a life changing experience for them. Must stay! Will be back again for sure!

Very nice condo complex

This condo unit is very nice; it's been updated since the photos were taken. Sandra is a great manager and responded quickly to a couple issues we had. The complex is great and well cared for. Beautiful pool(s). The beach is nice; but the waves are strong. Luquillo Beach 1/2 hour away is much better for swimming. The location of the condo is good for getting to the Rain Forest, Old San Juan and other attractions in PR. We felt completely safe in the surrounding neighborhood. But it is an area that is still recovering from the hurricane. There are not a lot of restaurants choices close by, and the ones that are open have limited days/hours. Walmart is nearby and there's a nice supermarket next to Rosa's Pizza, which is the only restaurant we found that was open all week.

Difficulty with check in and cleanliness

We had some issues with our stay, but host was great and made it right. First off, address in VRBO app was incorrect and took us to a location 5 minutes from the actual condo. Then when we got there we did not have check in information or a code for the door. She initially did not answer my phone call but she called back quickly and gave us check in code. Unfortunately, however, the condo had not been cleaned from prior renters. She had another nearly identical condo on property that was clean and not in use and we used that condo instead.

Amazing condo with private beach access

We stayed at this condo over the Christmas holiday and absolutely loved the location and accommodations. The private beach and pool were highlights for the family. Neither were ever crowded. The property was hard to find with the address listed on VRBO, but we just searched for "Malibu Beachfront Condos" in Google Maps and it took us right there. We would definitely stay here again!

First Visit to Puerto Rico

Staying in Malibu Beachfront Condos in Loíza was the best area we could have chosen to see the entire Island of Puerto Rico and Veiques. But after seeing most of Puerto Rico we could not have been more satisfied with the choice of staying in Loíza. It has the best of beaches, pool, attractions, stores, and restaurants. We will definitely come back.

Pros. El apartamento tiene una vista hermosa. Super comodo. Siempre hay una persona acargo dando rondas. La piscina siempre estuvo disponible aun de noche. La locacion es perfecta aunque el area de Loiza tiene fama de ser peligrosa, nunca tuve un incidente en el area. Los outles y negocios estan a 15 minutos lo cual es muy conveniente. Contras, Algunas cosas en el balcon estan un poco corroidas por el salitre y no se le puede dar uso. En general si vas de vacaciones a Pr necesitas saber que la luz se va y el agua tambien. El apartamento tiene un buen sistema para recolectar agua.

I'd return

Rare property that is better than pictures. Pictures are quite accurate, but there were a few newer touches that made it better. Penny of towels, a few left over bottles of sunscreen, aloe, etc were nice to have around. Clean unit with obvious ownership pride in cleanliness and upkeep. Rental and check in were straight forward complete, I didn't feel the need to contact the host - thank you. I'm a single parent traveling with 2 elementary school age kids and there were board games, beach/pool stuff to help entertain. Neighborhood, complex, and beach were welcoming and I never felt unsafe. I forgot to download offline maps and I arrived late in the rain and still had no trouble finding the condo and getting in. Yes, it's a little off the beaten path, but that's what I was looking for. Multiple grocery options and a few neighborhood eateries - legit good pizza worth checking out 1/2 mile away. I'd return.

Beautiful place

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house had been updated from pictures online which was a nice surprise. It’s a second floor condo that I didn’t remember seeing online but was ok. The view is beautiful! The beach was amazing. Not many people were on the beach so it was like having a private beach to ourselves. Nice location to go to San Juan or the rain forest.

Ocean stay

We had a little trouble finding it at first, but once we did and got into the complex, everything was very clean well maintained when we got into our apartment. It was very clean. I own a cleaning business, and I checked out everything and it was clean.!! Our view was great We spoke with other people that were staying in the complex, also very friendly atmosphere… Grocery store eating places were probably about 20 minutes away, but it was well worth it really enjoyed everything about our
