Overall a great stay. Property just in need of a little TLC and a change of mattress in the master bedroom..Sagging quite a bit.Pool was clean and great to use although a touch chilly the 1st few days until the sun got it warm again.The resort itself is perfectly placed for Animal Kingdom and most of the other Disney Parks plus near to a host of restaurants.

The house was fine but they didnt put heat for pool on till our second day after we called.couldnt use pool for first 4 days.We paid for pool in advance so this was disappointing. Also had to replace filter for fridge to get icemaker and water working.House and location were great.

Excellent place to stay.

A very attractive, spacious bungalow,overlooking a lake and woodland. It is well equipped and conveniently close to the theme parks and shops.The onsite facilities are an extra bonus. We wanted a villa near to our family, also on vacation. Luckily the villa next door was available for the same dates.

Fantastic villa! Everything you need for a perfect self catering stay. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was perfect. The games room was brilliant too! Everything is made easy. If I had to be critical it is slightly dated in terms of decor, but the perfect position and privacy more than makes up for that! We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone. If we visit in the future we'd love to come back and make more amazing memories! Thankyou so much for having us!

Villa was clean and tidy with a pool that backs on to woodland full of wildlife that graced us throughout our stay. We loved this! Games room was great fun and the pool was perfect for a dip on hot days.Sadly, all of this was overshadowed by the shockingly poor mattress in the master bedroom. This is very clearly broken and having read through previous reviews now, it has been for sometime which is quite frankly unacceptable. We didn’t get a single good night sleep and resorted to sleeping in the twin bed room which wasn’t ideal and they weren’t great but better than the master. This has been reported to the agency so there is no excuse for this moving forward. Check it’s been fixed before booking!!In relation to the agency, we did not inform them of this at the time of the stay as we have had a previous bad experience elsewhere (not with this agency) so don’t like people coming in to our accommodation whilst we are out. As such, I cannot comment on the customer service. It is concerning though that this has clearly been an on going issue.Otherwise, lovely resort, great location for all the parks and travelling to other activities that Orlando has to offer.

Summer break

Had a great stay at this property . Was in an ideal location and handy for all parks and attractions . Sun shines all day on sundeck and peaceful view overlooking pond . Even got to see some alligators swim by . Beds were comfy and house kept cool with overhead fans . Everything we needed was provided . Couldn’t fault it and would definitely return

Amazing House

It was amazing from day one to last day. Literally crying that we had to leave. The home was very cozy and family loving we just wanted to stay living there. The game room was awesome, we could stay up late only playing pool. The pool was also amazing. I mean the entire home was the best place for us to vacation from Tennessee. We all were in love. Thank you so much to the owner.

Good property

Villa Direct, the manager was great. Older home and older complex but nice. Sofas and mattresses are ready to be replaced along with bedding. Too much old bedding in closets and way too many dishes.

Good villa

The villa is in an excellent area that is kept tidy and save. The villa was okay but the bed in the master bedroom is badly in need of replacing, if you move at all it creaks and groans and is difficult to get a decent nights sleep and you can’t avoid rolling into the middle as it says so much. Otherwise the villa suited our needs but would have to get new bed before we would consider going back, this seems to have been a common complaint for some time! Maybe owner needs to address issue.

Villa was dirty on arrival lots of bugs in the villa (which I understand you do get sometimes in Florida but we experienced a lot more than we ever have before as we have been coming to Florida for 20 years) we put this down to the cleanliness of the villa. We had to Hoover, mop floors and wipe down all before we settled in not what you want to start doing when you have just arrived on holiday, Air Con did not work properly and was warm most of the time especially at night time. My son luckily escaped from a serious injury when he put his foot through the skimmer to cover the pool, which was not securely attached. Complaint sent to villa direct but don’t feel the response was good enough.

Beautiful villa, clean and well stocked with appliances. There was an issue with the bug netting around the pool so I messaged the company and they came out the same day to fix it so we were overall very pleased with our stay.
