They thought if everything

Beautiful home! Loved our stay. Pay the extra for the heated pool in April you’ll thank me. They thought of everything: shampoos, body wash, dish soap, hand soap and detergent to get you through a day or two. A printer to print tickets. I will stay here again!

Great villa with a great location

The villa had everything we needed and had loads of space for a party of 7 adults. The pool area and games room were fantastic and very well used after a full day at the parks. The villa is in a gated community and close to all the parks, especially Disney. We wouldn't hesitate to book this villa again should we return.

Home away from home

Nice private home in a gated community near Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World and several other Orlando attractions without being in a lot of traffic. You can stay home and enjoy the Florida sun without leaving the house.

Our New Home-Away-From-Home

We were a group of 3 adults, a teenager, and an 11-yr-old. This property was excellent for us ..... very comfortable, clean, and stocked with any kitchen item you could possibly need. The game room was well-used by the kiddos, and the pool was clean and comfortably warm for November. Location to the parks was perfect, with restaurants, groceries & shopping nearby. We had rented a different home in Kissimmee for many years' of vacations, but find ourselves wishing we had rented this one first! To add a small recommendation to the owner: It would be nice if the house had more bath towels & washcloths. We had plenty of pool towels, but only a few bath towels. And no spare rolls of TP, but that was easily taken care of when we bought groceries. Overall, 5-star and then some!!

This home has a conservation view with a very nice pool and great game room. It was nicely appointed and well managed. We would rent this home again if available.

Broken Heat for House Pool and No Community Pool

We paid for a heated pool for the week but when we started using it for the first time water started gushing out of the pool filter. Called on Sunday and Monday to report issue. No call back. Finally reached someone on Tuesday in the office. They sent a repairperson on Tuesday and was finally fixed on Wednesday so the pool was only usable on Thursday onwards. Neighbor told me that that it was the fourth time the pool needed repairs the past month. He knew because loud noises from the pool kept waking him up in the morning. We did not have a useable house pool for four days of our six days. Even worse, the community pool was under repairs that week so no pool options at all. We chose this house specifically for the large house pool for the kids. Kids were very upset and asked every day when the pool would get fixed. Requested a refund for the heated pool for the entire week to make up for the extremity disappointing stay. But they only provided a partial refund. I called about 7 times total regarding the broken pool and request for refund. Most calls to VillaDirect went to voicemail or person told me that they would get back to me with an update, which never happened. No one called me to tell me that they sent a repair person, no one called to tell me the pool was fixed. It was up to me to call them for updates on progress.

It was okay

We enjoyed the house and how close it was to the Disney parks. However, the dryer stopped working and no one came to fix it. We went the last 4 days of our trip without a dryer. We paid to have the pool heated, but they would turn the heat on at 8am. By the time, it would heat up it would be evening and cooler, so the kids didn't enjoy it.

The pool and the game room was a big plus....Just wish garbage bags and toilet paper were supplied

Was disappointed that there was no garbage bags ,toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaner for the counter which I had to go out and buy. The cost for cleaning etc should include these items. Called to report the garbage disposal was leaking on thursday message said if it was not an emergency to leave name and number and they would call you back, never did we were there till sunday

OK, at best.

Check in was terrible. No advance communication provided on additional vehicles/drivers. Ran out of toilet paper on day two. Replenishment is an extra charge. Zero cooking seasoning provided and no milk, as was told. OK cleanliness, but woodwork needs cleaning. For the money, this place was a ripoff. Pool ok, nothing special. Save your money and book elsewhere. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Finally! After racing home in because of border closure in 2020 and not being able to travel in 21, my wife and I could not wait to get to Florida in 22, and this house did not disappoint! The check in for the gate was completed without a hitch and we were in the villa 5 minutes later. We were treated to a clean, spacious, modern home with all the amenities for the next 3 weeks. From the ice maker in the fridge, to one of the most comfortable mattresses we've ever had in a rental, this place was everything we could have wanted. It checked off everything in our checklist; -clean -comfortable mattresses -full channel selection on tv (which were in every room) -pool heated to a comfortable temp for entire stay and well screened from neighbors that gave a nice privacy to our day -well stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs -games room with games that worked -fast wifi -fantastic location The community was also fantastic, with the clubhouse and included amenities a real plus with everyone we met being super friendly. Our niece and her husband joined us for the last week and LOVED the house and second master bedroom. You won't go wrong renting this property and we cant wait to go back. Greg & Karen

Wonderful! Loved the home and location. It could have a thorough cleaning. Great king sized bed, so comfortable! Could have more hand towels and face cloths and some cleaning supplies since we were there a month and like to clean sinks, toilets, and floor. Wonderful experience!

Property is nice, close to all theme parks but on a quiet road. No toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc, so beware. Pool & hot tub heat is extra. Overall, very happy w the home. We will definitely come back if we visit the theme parks again.

Heating & Cooling Issues - only downside

It was an additional $35 per day to have pool heat turned on, and this includes the “spa”. Although some of the evenings were in the 50s, there was only one night where it was even comfortable enough to get in the pool with the heat. The “spa“ did get warm enough most nights. It didn’t when the temperature went down into the 30s, but that is probably to be expected. Additionally, the thermostat inside was set to go no lower than 70°, which was problematic because the thermostat was reading the temperature in a room that could be kept nearly dark in the center of the house whereas the master bedroom has the sun beaming down on it first thing in the morning. It got uncomfortably hot when the temperature shot up toward the end of our stay. This may not be an issue to an early riser, but as someone who keeps later hours, it was too warm to get ready for the day in the master suite on hot days.

Great house for doing Disney with kids!

We stayed here with our 3 kids (7, 9, 12) and my parents. The house was great for a family Disney vacation. PERFECT LOCATION. About 20 minutes from Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom; about 45 minutes from Orlando airport. The kids loved the inground pool (FYI : we paid to have it heated since our stay was in December) and the game room. We would spend one day at a Disney park and then the next day relax at the house and everyone was totally happy with chilling there! My parents walked the kids down to the Clubhouse a couple times as well, which they all enjoyed. Neighborhood was quiet and walkable and everyone we encountered was friendly.

Good Value for our Disney Stay

We stayed the week after Thanksgiving 2021. We had a couple of questions that were answered before arrival promptly by the rental company. You get a door code as part of your arrival packet. The rental company emails you about a week before to get the names of all drivers. The community is gated. When you first arrive, you check in at the guard shack where they confirm your name and where you are staying. Once confirmed, you get an access card with a barcode that you use for all of your re-entries. The place was clean and ready for us. The house has basic kitchen utensils. Other than one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels, there are no other consumables. So plan to bring everything else. There are towels provided, you may need to search for them. The beds ranged between soft and hard, depending on the bed. Pillows and sheets were basic, don’t expect luxury, if you want that go somewhere else. We did not use the game room or pool. We had no service issues during our stay. There is an information book in the house that has information on the house, the community, and the area. Overall, I recommend the place as a good value.

Beautiful home/ missing essentials & info

The home was beautiful, clean, convenient to Universal Studios (less than30 minute drive) and the beds were comfortable. We had 4 adults and 2 children. There were two twin beds open during our whole stay. The TV in that bedroom did not work. Hand soap, garbage bags, and toilet paper only had 1 loaded in each location of the house. Once used/filled there were no more provided. There was no dish soap, detergent for laundry, or daily essentials like shampoo/conditioner, paper towels, dishwasher tablets at all… which most would be fine but I wasn’t made aware ahead of time that they weren’t supplied for us. The pool was clean and a nice size… there was confusion on the hot tub, which actually turned out to be a spa tub. Being from the Midwest I was not aware that they were different and that a spa tub does not actually heat up any more than the pool itself. Also, heating the pool/spa is an extra charge and it is only heated from 8am-8pm daily. With that being said, Temps don’t go above 85; thus the spa tub does not get much hotter than the pool. Since we were only at the home after 8pm each night, in November, we could not swim as water temp was never warm enough. This was unfortunately a major disappointment after a long day of walking at theme parks. I canceled the heat and had to ask for a refund after the 2nd night. Management accommodated my request which I’m thankful for. Overall, it was a nice stay with minor snags & having known this information in advance would have made the stay smoother.

This property is exactly as advertised. The house was clean and the property manager was quick to send someone out to heat the pool last minute for us. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Exactly as advertised

The property was clean and organized. Everything was just as it seemed as far as how it looked from the online pictures. The pool felt amazing as well as the hot tub. The property had everything we needed except for wash cloths and dish rags. Those were minor exceptions that we easily overcame considering everything else was perfect. I would definitely recommend and stay again
