Hay un gran televisor de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y televisores en todas las habitaciones con reproductores de DVD para ver películas.
La casa tiene todo lo que necesita, así como una lavadora y secadora. Es muy cómodo y hogareño.
Te encantará relajarte en el porche trasero viendo a las aves bucear en busca de peces en el estanque del Canal. Esta propiedad es perfecta para unas vacaciones tranquilas en la playa. Puedes dar paseos por la playa y relajarte todo el día bajo el sol. El Cherry Grove Pier está a pocos pasos y es un excelente lugar para pescar. unfortunately disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here several times and enjoyed it. We continued to book this house because of the convenience of early morning coffee on the upper back deck and relaxing on the lower deck. Unfortunately, the day before our vacation we were notified that we couldn’t use the back deck. While there we constantly had workers there rebuilding the steps which meant blowing saw dust all over our vehicles. The workers were polite and did finish up the project leaving us 1 day to enjoy the decks. If you book this house you will have a nice time and have new decks.

We spent 2 hours cleaning, when we first arrived. Floors, counters, cabinets, all nasty. Refrigerator had no plastic restraints, in the door, so we couldn't use it for condiments and small stuff. We had to use a cooler to keep most stuff. I would not recommend this property to anyone

Great spot for a family vacation

The house is beautiful and nicely laid out for both socializing and resting quietly. It is very well located, being only a 1/2 block walk to the beach. I also found the host very responsive and professional. I certainly recommend this property for a beach stay.

Our bed had an issue, I sent a message to the host and in a couple of hours a box pulls in with a brand new bed. The location of this house is spot on. I will be staying here again next year. Thank you so much for being so kind. We arrived 2 days after surviving Helene and needed a rest from what we had been in and what we would be going back to. thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Nice layout, good location, clean kitchen and bathrooms. Carpets were soo dirty, scuffs on the walls, handrail for stairs was really dirty, all of the bed mattresses were old/worn and the front door lock was flimsy, didn’t feel super safe. Upstairs deck is sloping downward/ rotting off the wall. Overall- it felt like owners need to put some time/money into some basics of the place.

Management was very helpful and accommodating. I think the house could have been a little cleaner and the mattresses need updating. Overall, I would rent the house again.

Best Vacation Ever

We enjoyed our stay, and the location was perfect. The property was big enough and there was enough room for all of us. The carpets could do with a good cleaning, or even a complete replacement. Blinds were broken upon arrival.

The ac unit is right outside master bedroom and it makes this loud noise I can’t describe which kept us up at night, not a normal running noise. But I loved the house and would definitely stay again.

Easy Times

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mostly, the house was a great location, enjoyed the deck and canal for fishing, and the 4 bedrooms/kitchen were very nice. We had a few concerns. First, we were promised a gas grill in the description of the rental. When we called the office to ask where the gas grill was, they stated that it was a "fire hazard" and we would not have a gas grill. Yet, both neighbors had a gas grill. So we used the charcoal grill provided and the wind made this more dangerous on two evenings. Very disappointed in this resolution. Next, the carpeting on upstairs steps to bedrooms were filthy and turned our feet black. Then, the deck steps to the kitchen were worn out, two of the boards were loose and we worried about splinters. The final thing is that the toliet on the main floor, powder/laundry room, continued to run and clog even after two visits from the plumber. It needed snaked. We just did not use it after his second visit.

Our Stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the 8 of us plus our fur baby. Great location to the beach. We enjoyed fishing off of the back deck. There is a local grocery store very close to the rental as well as other gas stations and a few restaurants. Just as an fyi there is a picture showing an outside grill, but it is no longer there due to safety reasons per management. The home could use a deep cleaning maybe in the off season but if you are looking for a place to call home during your beach vacay don’t let this deter you.

Reviewer Comments: My experience was great the unit was very very clean the kitchen was great everything was there that I needed is very organized felt like home maybe there was a pet in there before we checked in but we had to get fresheners throughout the house to kill that smell. Repaint the deck and steps outside would be nice overall it's a nice spot for vacation and the office personnel is very helpful and attentive they are on info and emails

Spring Break at Cherry Grove

The digital entry was great, the house was clean, a home away from home. The view of the bay was very nice in the mornings or evenings. This is a great place to lease for your family to enjoy the beach and have quick access to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend the rental property for your vacation if you want to have a place away from hotels and condos and enjoy a peaceful vacation.

The queen beds were noisy & uncomfortable. The AC vents were moldy and in need of a good cleaning. All exterior decking and steps need to be replaced. We had to pull the vines off the back exterior steps to use them safely. With some TLC Easy Times will be a real gem.

Buyer Beware

*Booked house in May under the advertisement that me owners were making upgrades. Arrived in August. *Deck is shoddy and in disrepair. No dock to swim or fish from. * Palameto bugs everywhere…..and I mean everywhere. I called and two sperate entities came out to spray but to no avail. Bugs everywhere and nobody came to caulk where I told them in the ingress and egress point. * Sand everywhere when we arrived and hair in sink and bathrooms. Urine on one of the toilet seats. Let “rations” for the first day in term on 1/4 ply to and no soap to wash you hands. * had a family of 8 staying and there was only enough silverware for 7 people. Pits md pans were mixed matched and not conducive to cooking for a large family. * Beds we’re awedul. Squeaked every time you got in and out and we need a chiropractor to set us straight after a week. * Toilet in master bath would stop working from time to time so we had to fill the tank manually to get nothing to flush.
