Casa privada en 8 acres serenos en Franklin

Disfrute de la paz y la tranquilidad en las colinas de Tennessee. Relájese mientras observa a los caballos pastar desde la cubierta trasera. Le encantarán los paisajes de la granja, el ambiente acogedor del país y todo lo que necesita para sentirse como en casa.

Estamos a 5 minutos de The Barn en Sycamore Farms y Arrington Vineyards, a 15 minutos de Historic Franklin y Cool Springs Retail, y a 30 minutos del centro de Nashville.

Nuestra casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños es una casa privada que comparte un largo camino con la casa de los propietarios. La casa tiene una cocina grande completamente equipada con platos, ollas y sartenes, y una cafetera Keurig. Hay una lavadora y secadora si necesita limpiar la ropa. Wonderful Stay in the Countryside

This was our first Vrbo stay and check-in was the easiest experience I’ve ever had. The home was spacious and beautifully decorated with plenty of room for the family. Will definitely keep this Vrbo in mind when lots of family come in town to visit.

The house and property were great. Quiet location , close to shopping and very clean. Beautiful views of horse fields and plenty of birds. Would highly recommend this house.

The home is located in a quiet area but close to Franklin activities and restaurants. The home was well maintained and we had no concerns or issues.

Wonderful Family Stay!

Our family of 6 stayed 4 nights for my husbands job in Franklin. The home was set up perfectly for easy use. It was tastefully decorated and uncluttered which we especially appreciate when traveling with kids! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Hosts responded quickly to any questions we had.

Perfect ladies’ weekend getaway

Great little getaway for me and three of my friends for my friend’s birthday. The place was quaint, quiet, clean and had all the comforts of home. Each time I contacted the host he was very prompt in his responses. It was very close to where we wanted to hang out in downtown Franklin. We would definitely stay here again.

Graduation

After attending graduation ceremonies in Nashville for two consecutive days, it was very relaxing returning to the comfortable Franklin property. Property was secluded, yet easily accessible to all of the area's amenities.

Would stay there again

We had a wonderful experience. What a clean house and comfortable beds. We had everything we needed and the instructions were very easy. We felt like we were far away from the city. Our afternoons and evenings on the deck were so relaxing. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Franklin area, stay here!!

Nice quiet family getaway

Shortly after my mother's death, my brothers, sister, dad, and I started taking a peaceful week together. This is the second time we've come to this house and we've enjoyed it both times. It's quiet, close to a horse care business, which is lovely for morning walks, and the back porch is nice for sitting outside at twilight. Overall, a restful space.

Short Weekend

We stayed here for 2 nights during a recent music festival. The house is located on a large private farm / private and quiet. The place had plenty of space and served us well. Could have used a few more than 2 Kuerig coffee cups or maybe a cheap standard coffee machine but all good.

Quaint, beautiful, and quiet

We loved our stay with Lena and John. They were always just a text message away and quick to respond. The house was exactly as listed and very clean. We really enjoyed their beautiful property and saw horses and chickens. We had all the necessities for cooking and would happily stay here again. It was close to Arrington vineyard and we played disc golf at a nearby park. It was close to anything we wanted to do in Franklin and Nashville. Thank you Lena and John for a wonderful and quiet weekend. It was just what we wanted!

Just what we needed

This was our second stay at this property. The fact that the bedroom spaces are separated by the main living space gave the three adult family members their space when needed. The furnishings are very nice... the little deck overlooking the backyard was perfect. The house is only 5 miles from the highway and only a bit further to downtown Franklin. Are there little things that could be addressed? Sure, but nothing large enough to spoil our visit. Thanks for hosting us once again!!

short stay in peaceful setting

Our stay was brief - only a long weekend visiting with family, but I can see where this would be an idyllic setting in warm weather - sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee in the a.m. or a glass of wine in the evenings. Bedrooms are spacious and everything was very clean. There was a Keurig with coffee available- make sure you pick up milk and sugar - though we left our sugar container behind for other guests. You will also need to pick up seasonings for cooking as well, if you plan to cook. Fridge and freezer was clean, heat was efficient. Plenty of hot water for three adults taking showers in the a.m. The house is just 5 miles off the highway, an easy 10 minute drive to shops and restaurants, a little further to downtown Franklin. The interior of the house is decorated nicely - I suspect this is a transformed utility building on the farm. We saw the owners from a distance, but truly you didn't need to worry about interaction if you did not want it. We waved as we went up and down the driveway! :-) We were looking forward to sharing the animals and wildlife with our granddaughter...we did visit the one chicken, who was quite friendly and funny. The guinea hens were caged and horse sightings, though next door, were not that frequent. No matter, this property suited us well for our quick visit to Franklin!

Late Fall Getaway

The property was lovely. We found the house clean and the location was very peaceful. We stayed for 8 days and we were thankful that they had provided some coffee for the first couple of mornings until we had a chance to go grocery shopping. Also, it was nice to have extra garbage bags during our stay. We enjoyed seeing the deer in the front yard, the chickens roaming the property all day and the neighbors horses out our back door. We would stay there again. Thank you, John and Lena.

Great location

This property is in a great location. Only 30 minutes from downtown Nashville and close to local shopping and restaurants. The house was very clean and had a beautiful country setting.

Quiet getaway

Nice quiet area which is what we were looking for. It was easy to get to Murfreesboro and Nashville. The home was clean and comfortable. My only negative comment would be that the kitchen could have used another sauce pan. 😉

Convenient and clean

This place was close to Franklin where a lot of the history tours were. There were good restaurants in town and free parking for convenience of walking around town. The house had basic amenities. In the fall of the year, the back patio had an amazing view and comfortable chairs just for relaxing and enjoying the weather.

A beautiful oasis

The property is set in beautiful countryside, surrounded by rolling green fields with plenty of trees and lovely horses. The little house we stayed in is perfectly appointed with great thought given to details. My small grandchildren could run around freely which was perfect. It was a restful and beautiful stay. Quiet, attractive property

My family and I were together in remembrance of my mother who died this time last year. We needed a quiet place where we could take long walks and rest undisturbed. This suited our needs very well. The only thing I would have liked is a few pods for wash, a few for the dishwasher, another pot, and a baking dish. Otherwise, very very nice visit with unobtrusive hosts.

Farm House near Franklin, Tennessee

This was a really nice home to stay while we were in the area. It was clean, comfortable, and secluded. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If we are back in the area, we will certainly be staying here again.

Nice weekend getaway

We were in town for a wedding- the property was very conveniently located, just a 5 minute drive to The Barn at Sycamore Farms. It was about 35 minute drive to downtown Nashville. It’s a modular home and was on the same property as the owners’ home. Fairly clean, spacious, and a pretty horse farm backs up to the house. We appreciated that the owners worked with us to allow an early check-in.

Lena and John have been married for 25 years. We have three children Alexandra (22), Simon (18), and Anna (16). We recently moved to Franklin, TN in 2017 from Atlanta, GA. After seeing the beautiful rolling hills of Tennessee we decided to move further out of suburbia and purchase as much land as we could afford . We love having property, privacy, and hopefully some farm animals soon.

Peace and quiet. We love our 8 acres. Middle Tennessee is such a beautiful place. Rolling hills with a good mix of trees and pastureland. You will love it here.
