"The Palms" Este maravilloso condominio a nivel del suelo sin escaleras ubicado en y frente al canal de Erman William River ubicado en el maravilloso pueblo de North Palm Beach, Florida. Este maravilloso condominio está ubicado a 20 minutos al norte del Aeropuerto Internacional de Palm Beach. "The Palms" también se encuentra a solo 10 a 15 minutos de varias maravillosas playas, restaurantes y tiendas. Golf de clase mundial, tenis y pesca a solo minutos de distancia. Siéntese y relájese con este condominio de un baño y un dormitorio completamente amueblado. Desde su patio, disfrute de las aves buceando en busca de peces de cebo y manatíes que pastan en los lechos de pastos marinos en los escalones de su patio. We had a great time. The condo was very clean and well stocked, Chad even provided some breakfast essentials for us. The location was close to some great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay again.

The Palms is one of the top rentals we have experienced. Chad is an amazing host. Attentive to details and ensuring we had all we needed for our stay. The rental itself is clean and a great space. The location is wonderful for exploring West Palm Beach, Juno and Jupiter.

We were in town for a family wedding and this property was so much better than staying in a hotel. It had plenty of beautifully decorated space for my husband and I, and was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do. We went to the pool four times and always had it to ourselves. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler provided made it easy to spend a day at Juno Beach. We really appreciated the groceries Chad stocked in the refrigerator...it meant we didn't have to rush off to the grocery store (Publix is 5 minutes away) upon our arrival. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!! Super clean and comfortable! Chad was the perfect host right down to staying in contact when our flight was delayed! Great sunrises from the patio with morning coffee. Quiet peaceful and safe neighborhood and close to the mall, restaurants etc. Easy parking. Would definitely stay again!

Loved The Palms - Will definitely be back!

Our host, Chad, was the best we've had in the 15 years we've been visiting this area of Florida. I received a text a few days before checking in, asking what time our flight was arriving and if we had any dietary restrictions. Chad had the property unlocked for us upon arrival, and the fridge was stocked with a few basics (complimentary!) such as bagels, eggs, cream cheese, butter, orange juice, etc. This has never happened at any of the other properties we've rented and it's what put this stay well over five stars! The condo was beautifully renovated, super clean, and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Chad provided plenty and I mean plenty of extra towels, wash cloths, pillows, linens, etc. We never had to ask him for anything, it was honestly a really nice change from some of the things you run into when renting a property. Chad checked in via text a couple times during our stay to see how everything was going. We especially appreciated the detailed arrival and parking instructions, as well as the pair of beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and beach towels he provided. Everything was in good working order and carefully maintained. You can't beat the price and the location, about 15-20 minutes in either direction from both West Palm Beach and Jupiter, and conveniently located to anything you may want or need. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Chad!

Paradise in West Palm Beach

Condo was in a beautiful, quiet, clean and comfortable space. The condo had everything you need with some extra special surprises of a fruit basket, breakfast food and flowers to make you feel at home. The laundry is right across the hall which is a plus for us because we like coming home with clean laundry. The lanai was a perfect place to have your coffee or eat breakfast while watching people take out their boats and listen to the birds singing. The chairs and doodles were a great help as we did spend most of our time at the beach. Peanut Island was our favorite, great place to snorkel and relax. Venezia Italian Pizzeria is right around the corner and the pizza and wine were one of the best we've had. For something more fancy I would recommend Latitude's, the food is outstanding and ambiance was beautiful. This was the perfect place to experience my 49th birthday and relax and rejuvenate. Thank you Chad and Stephanie for making us feel at home away from home (p.s. love the Neutrogena makeup removers)

Wonderful Vacation Condo

My husband and I recently spent a week at the Palms and had a wonderful time. Chad is a great host and the unit and its amenities were exactly as de scribed. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch enjoying the view and the weather. The complex is very quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

Relaxing Getaway!

This condo is the perfect location if you wish to be in the Palm Beach area but dont want to be in the heart of the traffic. Condo is very clean and accommodating. Chad is one of the best hosts we have ever had. He made sure everything was in order when we arrived and even giving directions to the property down to the detail of where to park. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is a great place to stay. Very clean and close to everything you need and more. Paperwork required made me feel safe and comfortable with the booking process which was very easy. Chad was very responsive and made us feel welcomed. Even had the fridge stocked with breakfast items for us! Bonus! Would definitely recommend this place.

Loved this Property!!!

Chad was such an amazing host and his hospitality was so appreciated! The condo had all the comforts of home so we could truly relax & unwind. The location was centrally located so we could easily travel to the various places of interest that we wanted to explore. Chad checked in periodically to see if we had any questions or needed anything. He went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time! Thank you so much!!!!! Highly recommended property!!!

This rental was just so lovely. It has been beautifully renovated and decorated. It is very clean and comfortable. Chad was a great host! He even had breakfast food in the refrigerator for me. I plan on staying again if I need a rental when I am in the area.

The Palms

Just a great place! The unit has everything you could want. Check in was seamless and Chad was a great host and very responsive. The people in the complex were very friendly. Plenty of restaurants around. Right down the block (5 min) is a Publix and also some waterfront dining. Great design and really nice lanai! You’ll really like it!

Excellent!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Both host and property exceeded expectations! Stayed for 6 days and it wasn’t long enough. Chad gave us very detailed instructions so everything went smoothly for arrival and he put some staples in the fridge for us. The property had a great view of the river and you can watch the wildlife and boats go by. Would definitely go back. Thanks Chad

This one bedroom 730 ft.² condominium located on the bottom floor of the building facing it quite charming Marina and multimillion-dollar Villas across the way with excellent sunrise and sunset every morning and afternoon. The condominium with coastal Caribbean living designs light colors in mind. This wonderful condo located in North Palm Beach off of Northlake Boulevard it's only 10 minutes to Juno beach and minutes from Palm Beach Gardens mall for shopping dining and some entertainment and approximately 15 minutes to Jupiter for dining shopping on the water's edge. Coastal living at its best bike riding swimming sailing fishing are all available for a short minute drive. Publics Walgreens CVS My neighboring necessities break close by
