Nuestra villa privada de 6000 pies cuadrados se ha construido y diseñado meticulosamente para asegurar que usted tenga lo mejor de lo mejor con una piscina privada al aire libre y aire acondicionado en todas nuestras áreas para dormir. Con dos dormitorios de tamaño completo, cada uno con camas de matrimonio y un dormitorio con una cama doble y una cama doble, todas con baño completo y suites separadas. La suite principal tiene una cama king y baño completo en suite. La cocina completa incluye refrigerador, estufa, microondas, licuadora, cafetera, olla de arroz, platos, utensilios, ollas y sartenes y más. Relájese en la amplia sala de estar con TV y WiFi. Situado en el centro, a poca distancia de playas privadas (salvavidas actuales), restaurantes populares, cajeros automáticos, golf, el popular hotel Jewels y mucho más. Esta es una villa familiar diseñada para familias en la ubicación perfecta, bajo el sol del Caribe y rodeada de playas tropicales. Ya sea que prefiera pasear por la playa, bucear, bucear, jugar en el parque acuático, dar un corto paseo hasta el lugar de nacimiento legendario de Bob Marley, Dunn's River Falls o explorar las cuevas de Grotto después de un día lleno de diversión, puede volver a casa para relajarse y descansar . ¡Toda la villa es tu espacio privado!

Nuestra villa cerrada está llena de limones, mangos y árboles de pimiento y también apoyamos el trabajo de los artistas locales en nuestra casa. Contamos con un encargado de mantenimiento de tiempo completo en el sitio (suite / entrada separada) y nuestro conductor local se puede reservar para que lo lleve en excursiones de un día de su elección. (Facturado a través del controlador). Nuestro conductor también recogerá y dejará en el aeropuerto como un servicio gratuito.

Nuestra lavandería gratuita en el lugar es para su uso, y nuestro ama de llaves se puede reservar para limpiar a diario o de acuerdo a su horario. Los deberes del ama de llaves se facturan por separado y por ellos.

We had an amazing stay at Pimento Villa. Anja and Orville were lovely hosts and Sherika was a fabulous cook/chef, with a kind, sweet and fun personality. The house is more than the pictures give it credit and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and close to everything. We'll come again!Abi

This place is beyond beautiful!

The main thing we were concerned with was being safe because we weren't going to a resort and this villa did NOT disappoint! The pictures don't do this house any justice! It's MUCH MORE BEAUTIFUL IN PERSON! Orville, the owner, took real good care of us and ensured we got the real Jamaican experience. He cooked breakfast and dinner for us and it was 5 stars to say the least! We even asked for recipes! We're from New Orleans ok! We know good food! And Orville over delivered! And he was very affordable!! Please don't pass this up! Anja, was also a great help and was super courteous. They actually live on the property so anything we needed, and I mean ANYTHING, they were right there to provide and help. That was such a relief for us! The driver Porter had to be our favorite part of the trip! We nicknamed him Papa Porter. He took such good care of us like we were his daughters so we gave him that name! He took us wherever we wanted to go and never gave a fuss!! HE IS THE ULTIMATE BEST!!!!! Please don't use ANY other driver! You'd be missing out on a great grand VIP experience! Also, he was so good at knowing the history and the culture, we could have just booked our excursions without transportation. Porter was the better choice! All in all, this did not feel like a vacation at a stranger's home. This felt like we were visiting family. I would visit Orville, Anja and Papa Porter a million times if I could! My first trip was definitely my best trip this far. We will be back!

Excellent Host & Exceptional Experience

The Pimento Villa was a home away from home for us. The location was perfect, the house was clean and comfortable and the hosts were amazing. This was the perfect family getaway and we were made to feel right at home. From the pool space, the Chef services provided, and other personalized requests that were fulfilled my family and I did not want to leave. We will definitely be back to visit.

Wonderful Experience

Our stay was nothing less than great! It was a beautiful property as well as clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool space. We celebrated 3 birthdays and the hosts went above and beyond to make it especially memorable for my mom who turned 79 on the trip! We had tasty meals everyday and with little need to seek out restaurants in the area. Our driver was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. We also felt safer than we would’ve with any taxi service on the island. Overall we loved our stay and would book again for our family vacay to Jamaica.

Amazing House and Hosts

I want to start off that communication with host was responsive and quick. The property is as pictured but it don't do it justice, this property is gorgeous. The hosts are welcoming and accommodating. We were a group of 8 and we were more than comfortable in this beautiful space. The house is central to everything, if you are having second thoughts about renting here, don't.

ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT

This property and the host are like none other. The pictures does not do it any justice. Communication leading up to our stay was outstanding even when I was unable to communicate they were right on it. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Orville and Anja the first thing they did when they met us was ask for the two younger kids ( who unfortunately was not able to make it) this made me feel good because I felt like it wasn’t all business but that they cared. The chef Judy was amazing she was very attentive ,warm and friendly my family enjoyed her company. My only thing was I wished they had a money transaction app such ash cash app, Venmo etc. leaving we had to pay the cost of groceries which we knew ahead of time However, we did not have enough Jamaican dollars left so we had to guess what we thought the US CURRENCY equivalent was ( now that I know I will definitely be better prepared$ other than that I would definitely recommend this place hands down 10 out of 10. I really hope to return next year this time with the 2 younger children.

AH-MAZING Family Vacation...June 2022!

This property had everything my family and I needed for one of our most memorable vacations EVER! Anja & Orville were amazing hosts and ensured all request, questions, issues were answered promptly. We experienced the best island food with one of the best Chef's on the island hands down (Judette) and our driver Porter was prompt, on time and gave us history and knowledge of the island every excursion or trip we made. There were 7 of us in my party we had room to move around the villa freely and just relax and enjoy our family vacation! Without a doubt we plan on booking this villa again! The most amazing experience for our family, this vacation was needed, necessary and all we wanted it to be! Thanks to Anja & Orville hospitality and there recommendations for our Chef Judette and driver Porter...we could not have asked for a better family vacation!

Lovely Villa and great people

We had a great time staying here and there is so much space. We wanted to completely relax and we managed that, whilst our two 7 year olds enjoyed the great pool. Orville and Anja were great hosts and their driver was brilliant too. The villa is fabulous.

To start, the pictures don’t do the place justice at all! It’s a beautiful property with lots of space as well as facilities/appliances making your stay even more comfortable. Perfect Vacation Villa for 50 Birthday

The Villa is truly amazing and spacious. We had plenty of room for me and my family. The master bedroom is a small Villa lol. All of my guests had lots of space to be together or just have some me time. The pool area is relaxing and we spent time there daily. Orville and Anja were very accommodating as hosts and made us feel at home. Orville cooked for us the first night and made an amazing birthday meal for me. The driver Jermaine, Chin and Winston were also awesome. They took care of us with transportation needs. The only thing I would change is having Orville cook more meals because the food was delicious. I would also contact Jermaine for more recommendations on excursions. Great Stay Kim and family

Best Vacation Ever

Amazing Vacation! This has been one of our best vacations and it started with Anja and Orville and the beautiful Pimento Villa in Runaway Bay, St Ann, Jamaica. Even before we arrived, Anja and Orville made our family of 10 feel at home. Showing concern for our wellbeing. They contacted us a few nights before our flight and told us there was a 2 PM curfew where everything was closed to purchase food. They offered to purchase some grocery items and cook for us. We said yes and had a wonderful Jamaican meal that first night. Anja and Orville met us at the Villa with a friendly greeting, gave us the tour and showed us some important features of the villa. The villa was spacious just like the pictures show and the outside was just as good with the pool and grill area. Yes, better in person. Orville cleaned the pool every morning before we even started our day, so our girls could start their day in the pool if they wanted to. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. We would definitely go back to Pimento Villa. Orville and Anja were always available for any issues and helped us with some advice on the local area. One great piece of advice was hiring Jermaine Clarke as our driver for our whole stay. Jermaine was the master of the area and knew all the great places to go. He also had a second driver named Chin who drove the second van and was a big hit with our girls. He was flexible when we had some change of plans at the last minute. This trip would have been chaotic without Jermaine. Bill and Donna H Colorado Springs, CO

Beyond compare.

If you land in Montego bay and want to stay in a villa,make a B line for Pimento Villa . If you think those pictures are awesome, wait till you arrive. Spacious, clean and the owners thought of everything. The master suite is like an apartment by itself. Huge. And the owners make you feel like family. They make you feel welcome and they do the needful to make you happy. Phenomenal couple. Remember as far as villas in Jamaica are concerned.....leave the immitations alone.....go to Pimento Villa. As they say in Jamaica.....yuh ah yuh yard.

Love these people and the property

If you didn't get it in the title of my review, I loved this place!!! Anya and Orville were awesome host who took such good care of us. We traveled to celebrate my sweeties 50th birthday with family and friends. The pictures of the house and property does not do it justice. The gardens are lush and full of fruit trees and vegetation. The pool was so nice to relax at and was our favorite morning coffee spot. Tina (the housekeeper) come in daily and took care of our needs. She was helpful with shopping and full of laughs that our crew provided. Anya helped me with preparation for the birthday dinner and gave so many helpful tips during our stay. Orville is an AWESOME cook! As I prepared to take this trip, I read many reviews and everyone is correct when they say Orville can cook. All of our food was fresh and made with care. Jermaine (the driver) was our life line to Jamaica. He gave great recommendations to us on attractions, restaurants and info in general. He helped me get a fabulous sax player who come to the villa and performed for us. Our trip was so much fun and relaxing as well. I am looking forward to visiting Pimento villa again! Love you guys (Anya and Orville)

Fabulous !!!!!

We spent a glorious week at the villa in January 2019. Pictures do not do this place justice. It is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Plenty of room for our group of 10. Walking distance to the beautiful private beach! The yard is beautiful with the bananas , plantains and limes ! Everything we needed was readily available. Anja and Orville were very patient with all of my questions beforehand. Orville even made us a Jamaican dinner which was delicious!! Walking distance to a grocery store. They even recommended a driver for us for the week(Jermaine)! We loved Jermaine!The location is not touristy at all and we loved the peacefulness of it all. It was still close enough for short trips to places like the Blue Hole and Ocho Rios . Would stay again in a heartbeat and I hope we will return!! Thank you Anja and Orville!

Pimento villa

The villa was open, clean, and has AC. It’s in a good neighborhood, but could be noisy at times with dogs and construction. The pictures depicted the villa perfectly. Didn’t expect the villa to be so open and roomy. Rooms had great running AC, and comfortable beds. The hosts were attentive, had open communication, and cooked us a special dinner that was delicious. Great stay, next time we will utilize the pool more often.

Wonderfully relaxing, peaceful, clean and beautiful

From the moment you pull up to the property, the home takes your breath away. When you enter to realize that the outside, while beautiful, does not compare to the well appointed space inside, you realize you made the right choice. I am glad we chose to go off the resort for our vacation. It was cheaper even after accounting for groceries. Mr. Leonard, the caretaker always greeted you with a smile. The house has many fruit trees and while we were there, limes were on the trees, so we had fresh limeade everyday. The kids loved that. Ackee trees had fruit, but not many opened at time of our visit. Maygon, cooks really well the times we had her cook for us. Though we cooked most days ( my Jamaican mother was with us), the times she did cook was delicious. Her cost is very manageable. There is so much space in this 6,000 sqft home, larger families will not be bumping into or be on top of each other. I will definitely stay again. Crime is very low in this part of Jamaica, but if that is not enough, the house is a 5 min walk to the police station (if that gives you added peace of mind) it did for me.

Relaxful!

My husband, two teenage daughters and I enjoyed a 9 day vacation to Jamaica in February. Pimento Villa was a great home away from home. Audrey, the housekeeper was very helpful to arrange whatever we needed, plus she cooked meals when requested. We hired Audrey's uncle to drive us in his taxi whenever we wanted to go touring. He was so reliable and friendly. We enjoyed Dunn River Falls, Green Grotto Caves, Prospect Plantation along with camel rides, Glistening Waters Illuminous Bay, and tubing down the river rapids at Falmouth. We also enjoyed many delicious meals in several restaurants and Audrey's fabulous Jamaican cuisine that she cooked for us a few times. Bammie is yummy by the way! Make sure you try some. The private beach was a 10 minute walk which we enjoyed almost every day. There were beautiful shade trees, picnic tables, lounge chairs that you could rent and one gorgeous beach with no vendors. Leonard did a great job of keeping the villa yard manicured. He too was so friendly and knowledgeable. He had a huge garden that we enjoyed touring. It was located about 2 blocks away from the villa. Whenever we returned from our excursions, he was often in the yard greeting us with his two friendly dogs. We also want to thank Orville and Anja, the villa owners for allowing us the privilege to rent their villa for our Jamaican vacation. Excellent Stay at Pimento Villa

The Villa is new, spacious and very comfortable. It is a short walk to the private beach, and is in a nice neighborhood. It is close to restaurants, resorts, caves, a golf course and casino. It would be a perfect venue for a family reunion or group vacation. Pimento Villa - we will be back!!

I was born and raised in Jamaica and have been on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada for the past 24 years. My family and friends visit Runaway Bay often and it is with great pleasure that I can now offer this opportunity for everyone else to share! We worked hard to build this beautiful Villa and it is now ready for all to enjoy.

We built this villa from the ground up starting in 2012. Time and love went into each and every detail of building our dream home from the tile floors to the granite counters in the kitchen and Master bathroom. local paintings and art decorate our walls with pride. The central location was well thought out as it is in a desirable neighborhood, and within walking distance to many activities and amenities.
