Comfortable stay and great location. Nice accommodations for a large group. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The backyard fire pit was a nice place to unwind. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

This is a great place in a wonderful neighborhood. Its proximity to downtown is excellent. This property comfortably sleeps seven. There is no half bath on the main floor, so you much go upstairs. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place to stay

The property is very spacious and comfortable, I would not have chosen a better place to spend time with the family, they have games for children and adults, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful weekend at The Urban Oasis. The house was cute and as advertised, which is always a pleasant surprise. It had a nice backyard with convenient parking. It was enjoyable to have some games in the living room for guests. The owners were very accommodating and helpful. They responded quickly to any emails and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a good weekend. The house is conveniently located to Downtown Cincinnati. It is a great location for any activities in The Queen City.

This place was phenomenal! It was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. We had a large group and felt safe the entire time. The owners were great with communicating and added several amenities, including white noise machines in the bedroom and outdoor games! It easily fit our group of 8! We will definitely stay here again.!

Graduation Stay

Our family stayed here for Xavier University graduation weekend. The house was conveniently located. The area was nice with a variety of restaurants. The owners were very friendly and available for any of our concerns. I would stay here again.

Quiet spot with lots of privacy

The backyard was a wonderful space to relax and hangout with everyone. The stained glass and interior really made the house feel homey and livable. I would stay here again!

Great Location

The home, porch, and backyard were wonderful. We liked the spacious dining room and the backyard. The only issue was an uninvited mouse that showed up the night before we left.

I was looking for a property with lots of beds and space and close to University of Cincinnati. This property had both. It was all about function and it didn't disappoint. Communication was an A and we were able to check in early and out a bit later than allowed due to flight times. I highly recommend this listing as it had all of the items that made this trip special. We made some really nice memories that we will cherish forever! I will definitely stay here again, when necessary for a large group, as my grandson attends UC. The location was perfect for what we needed and the festivities during Labor Day weekend were unexpected and an added plus. We saw one of the best fireworks display. I just enjoyed watching my grandsons have a wonderful time.I have no complaints, however I did miss not having a full length mirror in the house. You know how females like to check out their total look :-)

Great location, charming town, cute decor of house, and great room for parking cars but house needs a very good deep clean, a tidy up, and the broken things need fixed. If you have a big group and all drink coffee, bring your own coffee maker, as the mini 5 cupper wasnt enough for our group.

We apologize for the issues you experienced. The house had been rented by a work crew for a month just prior to your stay and due the extraordinary wear and tear, we unfortunately were not able to completely address the condition the house was left in for a same day flip. Rest assured that the coffee pot has been replaced along with the completion of the necessary repairs and a deep cleaning to bring the house back to it's normal 5 star condition.

This was a great house accommodated 7 guys no problem easy access. Perfect on this side of the bridge. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Great New Year's Stay

We loved our stay. My family and another shared the house for New Year's in Cincy. It was a great location and size for the two families. We walked to local dining and enjoyed the outdoor space. The property manager was super responsive and accommodating. It was a fantastic place and would stay again if in the area.

Weekend family trip

My wife and I took our children and grandchildren to Cincinnati for the weekend to go to the Newport aquarium and Cincinnati zoo. This house was in a great location to do that. We had 7 adults and three young children and the house worked great to accommodate all of us..The house listing was just as described and communication was very good. Would definitely stay there again.

We came out for a Bengals game as part of our annual football stadium tour & couldn’t have been happier with this house & location! Perfect distance to everything we needed/wanted. House was clean, great space & great communication from hosts/management. Highly recommend

This is a very well kept property.nice neighborhood. Nearby lots of places. Literally - our home away from home! Felt so comfortable and at ease. Generous furnishings. This place met all our needs and then some!
