Old Town Scottsdale 5 habitaciones NUEVO AC, NUEVO HOT TUB, PISCINA = DIVERSIÓN!

Hi and thank you for your response and feedback. Myself as reservation coordinator and the owner of the house appreciate any and all feedback ! First and foremost we apologize if your stay was not up to your standards as we strive our best to provide a clean and welcoming home to all of our guests. That being said let me address your specific concerns: 1. The house is usually very very clean compared to many other vacation properties in Old town Scottsdale. The owner of the house has been using the same cleaners for the past 10 years, 2. You mentioned that the house had an old smell to it. Granted the house was built in 1968 so it is old! But we have not had the feedback from the past three years of bookings and over 150 reservations of an old smell. We will try to place Air wick plugs to help mask the 'old smell' 3. Our apologies on the squeeky beds? Transparently speaking this is the first we have hear of this in over 3 years of reservations. Myself and the owner will lay on and roll around on the beds to see if we can hear the loud squeeking and try to remedy the noise if so. 4. The spider webs and other pest issues are a direct by product of the extremely wet cold and rainy spring we have had here in Scottsdale. Trust me...I am having the same issues at my home and even with montly pest control we still have bugs inside our house...….for example yesterday ! When the cleaners were here at home. Nonetheless we will of course spray and treat the house but that will not 100% eliminate all of the bugs for sure. 5. the master bathroom shower knobs. This was brought to my attention by your husband when I promptly dropped off the pool skimming basket and key for the storage shed (where the bikes are located). Your husband told me about the knobs and I offered to have the owners contractor come and fix is asap as we have 7 properties in the immediate area and the fact that we are always just minutes away and always respond immediately to guest problems or concerns So if the shower knobs were a problem.....that could have been eastly fixed during your stay. 6. The fridge buttons and ice maker are turned off for a reason that the city of Scottsdale water is very hard and poor tasting. We have had guests tell us that prior so we turn those things off at all of the properties. 7. the storage unit has extra TP and paper towels for all of the other properties. We provide a starter set of TP and paper towels and in no way provide a weeks worth
