Property was easy to find. It was clean and comfortable and a nice atmosphere. Property management was very nice. Truly enjoyed our stay!

Great stay for a beach getaway!

We went to orange beach for the OWA tropical falls waterpark. Our stay here was only a 12 min drive there. Condo was clean and perfect for our family. Right on the beach with indoor pool and hot tub. Will definitely revisit.

Perfect beach location

Quiet, tranquil unit with partial view of water. Easy beach access ; just a short walk. Close to lots of amenities. Would stay again.

Long weekend beach trip

Clean and no issues with anything in the condo. This is the second time we have stayed here. It is quiet and the beach is right out the door. Good location to have a relaxing vacation.

Great weekend!

We really enjoyed the condo and location! My only complaint is it desperately needed to be mopped (my two year old’s feet were black in the first 2 hours)! Overall it was still a great stay!

Family vacation

Property was right on the beach. They had BBQ grills set up with sitting area that was nice for stay in eating. Close drive to restaurants if you want to do something else. Nice little kitchen with what you need to fix meals. Good communication with the property owners.

Perfect for the two of us

This is the third time we have been in this condo. Love Harbour Place. Always plenty of room in the pool and hot tub. Clean and tidy most of the time.

We absolutely loved the property. The set up was cute and comfy for 2-4 people. I would highly recommend this place. I only give it 4 Stars because there could be more decorations to make it feel homey, but it’s not any where near miserable without them. The kitchen is phenomenal. My boyfriend is a cook, and was super impressed with the amount of tools it had. Will definitely stay here again!!

The room was really good. Our only issue was that the floor was so dirty. You couldn’t walk around the room without shoes on, or your feet would be black.

Good Overall

Unit itself was good, newly updated. Building is old, smelly and dingy. Minor updates to the unit needed such as towel racks for hand towels and bath towels, fix the screen and patio door, and fix the washer (it pools water on floor with large load). Mattresses were serviceable. Communication before and during stay was good. Access to the beach is great which is what we were there for! Pool is good too. Good vacation.

Good Value

Easy to contact rental company, they were very timely with responses. Parking permits are in the cabinet above the microwave. The sliding door to the patio was difficult to open, even for my husband. There were plenty of linens for the condo. There is nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom, which I thought was a little weird. Good location though. Pool area is very small. Overall cleanliness of the condo was good.

Doesn't look spectacular from the outside, but inside will surprise you.

Rocky start to our stay, was confused as to how we check in, and it was very hard to get a customer service rep on the phone to assist us... but such is life. Once we FINALLY got to get to our room, we were happy to see it was clean, beautiful and modern--has plenty of utensils, plates, etc. Bath tub wasn't the most clean, but we bring our own bathroom cleaner everywhere we travel just in case. Bathrooms were stocked, nice view from our balcony. Our door was difficult to lock, it would lock for a second but then when you turn the knob again, it would unlock... made us feel uneasy during our stay. Loved being close to the beach and to some nice attractions. The parking was a bit of a mess, the spaces are very tight, and fill up extremely quickly, but we did come during the peak vacation time. I overall enjoyed my stay and do recommend this place.

DO NOT STAY HERE.

I would give 0 stars for cleanliness if I could. I booked a vacation at this spot for me and my family, hoping for a nice break from work to relax and enjoy ourselves. Upon arrival, everything seemed fine. We have a daughter that is almost a year old, we put her on the floor for her to crawl around and within 10 minutes, we picked her up and noticed her legs were so dirty they were black. So we got a wet rag and wiped over the floor with it, and it was clear the place had not been cleaned for a long time. We then started noticing other areas around the condo that were also dirty. Spider webs were around the sprinklers and dust was resting on the walls. We had to go purchase our own cleaning supplies to clean up. After mopping, we let our daughter back on the floor to play. She pushed one of her toy balls under the sofa, and as she reached under the sofa to get it back, she pulled out a dirty pair of underwear that had not been picked up from the last visit. The situation was handled very poorly by the staff on top of that. I highly do not recommend this place. Stay away from this place and southern vacation rentals.

Great location, customer service left a lot to the desired...

The condo was gorgeous. Absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. Near the beach and all of the other activities on that strip. The company that owns the condo however, left quite a lot to be desired. First, we get to the condo after a 4.5 hour road trip and the code to get in is wrong. We received this code about a week before we got to the condo. So, thinking that it's a simple error that can be easily corrected I call their customer service team, we try out about 2 or 3 other codes, none of which work. About an hour has passed by this point and we have still not been able to get into the condo. So they send a maintenance person, with a key, that shocker, does not work. Finally, I speak with one of the local managers and she finds a code that works and we make our way inside. We ask her and the maintenance guy if there is any thing else that we need or could go wrong and they assure us that we are good to go. Fast forward to the next day, we return from the beach and the key pad is in pieces on the ground inside the condo. You'd think we had been robbed. But nope. The local managers called a locksmith, who lucky for us was not even in the condo while the condo was unsecured and the lock was in pieces on the floor, and did not tell us. No smoke signal, no text, no email. Nothing! So I call the local manager, a bit less than pleased and ask her what is going on. She apologizes and says that they needed a key cut for the condo since the one from the previous day did not work and they meant to call us but "someone dropped the ball." When I say that my ears were steaming...! So in order to make things right she gives us a complimentary late checkout. But... guess who didn't tell the cleaning lady that we had a late checkout? And guess who was scared to death yet again in this condo, by a random stranger entering when they were not supposed to? It was such a let-down because the condo was lovely, but it was not worth the drama. It was the first time I used a company rather than an individual and believe me when I say that it will be the last.

The property was really nice. Recently renovated seems like. The floors were a little dirty but it’s the beach so it’s hard to keep those super clean. Just make sure u bring slides. Other than that the room was really clean and cute. Make sure to bring clothes detergent, soap, hair dryer, and shampoo and conditioner. They provide soap but it’s not the best lol. Also bring extra toilet paper as they only provide one roll in each bathroom. Great location though right on the beach.
