Se admiten mascotas (un perro pequeño, cargo adicional). Esta unidad de dos dormitorios y 2 baños tiene camas tamaño queen en las habitaciones principal y de invitados. La suite principal cuenta con una gran bañera de jardín. La unidad puede alojar hasta 6 con el espacio adicional del sofá cama. Disfrute de su vista frente a la playa desde el balcón privado. Con tres televisores y WiFi, puede mantenerse al día con todas sus necesidades de entretenimiento. Con una cocina completa, podrá cocinar sus comidas y comerlas cuando lo desee. ¡La ubicación de la propiedad en el Caribe es excelente para salir y experimentar todo lo que Gulf Shores tiene para ofrecer en cuanto a restaurantes, tiendas, recreación familiar y mucho más!

The condo had numerous imperfections. Master Bath: The shower nozzle dribbles, no serious stream of water. Window blinds are broken, cannot raise or close them. The closet doors are not attached to the runners making it hard to open and close. The 2nd Bath: Multiple light bulbs are not working. The Kitchen: Top shelf of refrigerator falls down. Toaster only toasts top part of bread. Laundry Room: Dryer is rusted. Entire condo: Garbage is picked up at 5:00 AM every day. The noise would wake the dead. A/C doesn’t stay at set temperature and is overly loud. Floor is so filthy, you cannot go barefoot. Outside Men’s restroom: Door is so warped it is almost impossible to open.

This is a great location and a great view. The condo was okay. The sliding door was almost impossible to get open.. They got it fixed but it was the day before our last day. The master bathroom shower had black moldy stuff all around the bottom and they came and cleaned it but it was still kind of nasty. Our door code reader had to be replaced our first day after we sat outside for about 30 minutes. The rental company was very responsive to all of these issues but I would have preferred not to have them at all. This is an older unit and a lot of things really need to be upgraded.

Great view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious but some minor maintenance would help. Guest bathroom light bulb out and light over stove was out. Stove was dirty on top and drip pans rusted. Remotes needed batteries and master shower needs new shower head. You could not get the soap off the water pressure was So bad. But the sinks were excellent! The worse thing was outside balcony door. It took all two grown men could do to open it. It was frustrating when you wanted to go out and I could not open. The door problem has been reported before in other reviews. I reported it but did not want to have maintenance come and disturb our time. The door needs to be addressed before someone gets hurt. The complex was great, the elevator timely. I would stay again if the door was fixed. Outdoor electrical plug did not work.so poor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of this condo and the covered parking spot! We would recommend this condo to friends for the location, but we would have caveats. It needs some repair. The sliding balcony door is very hard to open— it will only open about 12 inches and that is a very difficult pull. Something is broken. The closet doors were broken- the toilet paper and towel racks are barely hanging. There was a broom but no dustpan, the vacuum didn’t work. Hot water took a very long time to get to sinks and shower. The toilet just ran and ran. It would be nice for more than just the one roll of tiller paper to be provided and at least one extra trash sack. If you are looking for something par with other condos- this won’t please you. But- it is a good location and easy to access the beach!

A Good Visit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bender was the easiest rental company I have ever dealt with. I will use them again and recommend them to others. It was great to find a pet friendly condo directly on the beach with a beautiful view. It was really nice having an assigned parking spot in front of the elevator. They really need more (and better) carts for loading and unloading luggage.The sliding glass door in the unit needs some attention. It is very difficult to open and close.The kitchen needs one good non-stick skillet added. These are minor complaints. Overall,staying there was great. Our next visit will most likely be earlier in the spring or in the fall when it is not so hot and crowded.

It was my first time in charge of finding accommodation in Gulf Shores.. and of course it had to be pet friendly since my fur baby goes everywhere I go... I was also traveling with my elderly parents,my elderly aunt and my two cousins.. the latter three are visiting from I needed a place that would be convenient for everyone in my group to have a good time!!! Caribbean 401 fit the bill perfectly!!! Beachfront corner condo and pet friendly!! My parents and aunt were not able to go down to the beach but the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning and they enjoyed sitting out there very much!!! My fur baby also enjoyed the balcony and just being able to be with me is an absolute joy for her ... I also loved that there were many other fur babies there with their families...my cousins and I had quick and easy access to the absolutely beautiful beach and the two pools were great also!!! Too bad we had limited time to be there but it was an absolutely wonderful time...precious memories were made and we’ll definitely be back soon!!!

Great stay

Came for Sand in my Boots Music festival. About a mile away great view of the Gulf. Easy access to everything we needed within walking and driving distance. Property management is great to work with and easy to get a hold of. Will definitely be rebooking.

We had the best time it’s right on the beach . Animal friendly building which we loved ! Bender Vacations always responds absolute wonderful communication. The condo was nice the beds comfy . They have indoor and outdoor pools also we used the grill . Great trip ! Vacarkons

We had a perfect Thanksgiving at the beach. The weather was absolutely perfect. The condo could have been a little cleaner. The floors were pretty dirty. Bed was comfy. Didnt stop us from having a good time.
