Esta hermosa casa privada del casco antiguo es el lugar perfecto para sus vacaciones de esquí. ¡Con acceso al Town Lift en Park City Mountain Resort a solo 200 yardas de la puerta principal y Main Street a una corta distancia a pie, nunca tendrá dificultades para hacer cosas! Cuando decidas que es hora de una noche, ¡esta casa no te decepcionará! Esta casa de reciente construcción está construida con los mejores acabados y accesorios de lujo. Desde la entrada climatizada hasta la cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos Viking, no hay esquinas en esta casa.

Ingresa a la propiedad a través del garaje o la puerta de entrada y es recibido por la gran sala que incluye la cocina, el comedor y la sala de estar. Esta gran sala será, sin duda, la sede social de sus vacaciones. En el piso superior (un tramo arriba de la entrada) se encuentra el segundo dormitorio principal. Esta habitación privada tiene una cama queen, baño privado y un amplio vestidor. ¡Este armario es incluso lo suficientemente grande como para caber en una cama plegable si necesita espacio adicional para dormir para un niño!

wonderful vacation property!

We had a great time and would totally stay at this beautiful property again. The location was perfect and the property was gorgeous inside and out and had everything needed for a wonderful weekend get away for my family. Almost a Ski in Ski out! Very short walk to the lift and lots of great shops and restaurants. Excellent layout, with two bedrooms on the ground floor, and the master on the top floor. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and a fantastic six burner stove! Gas fireplace and very comfortable seating area. Highly recommend!

Summer in Park City Get-Away

Home was perfectly located to be near enough without being directly in the middle of town. Walked everywhere! Park City was alive with outdoor things to do; biking, hiking, farmer’s markets etc. House was well equipped. Only thing to be aware of is no air conditioning. PC was experiencing above normal temps & during middle to late part of day house got little hot, however did cool overnight. Team at Abode was great with getting us an extra fan to help!

Amazing Property Management

Surprised that there’s no air conditioning in most of the properties in Park City. Very responsive management. High end bedding and amenities. Lots of treat at check in.

Above Excellent!

We stayed at quit n' time the weekend of Aug 14, 2021. The house was perfect and exactly as pictured, perfectly located to walk around town and Main Street, close to everything! They put out snacks and drinks which was greatly appreciated after a long day of flying. But, it's the service that was special at this rental! This weekend was particularly hot, with highs in the upper 80's to low 90's, and I didn't think to notice when booking that there is no air conditioning at this house (or many in park city, actually). There was also a fire in Parleys canyon that caused evacuations in a few areas (not park city). I bring these up because they are areas where abode rentals were outstanding! For the air- They set up portable air units and fans to keep us as cool as possible and for the 2nd- texted me regularly with updates about the fire and evacuations, giving us great information and assurances that they were really watching out for us! Top notch service! Thanks to abode and Chase, who made our weekend great!

Boot warmer a great plus, heated driveway great. Heated garage Good ski set up for getting gear on. Kitchen was nice, had most everything needed real nice gas stove Outside grill really nice, easy to use. My daughter loved the gas fireplace warmed her up everyday after skiing. Nice easy walking distance to town a little uphill on way back from town. Right by the town lift one block walk to ski hill. Need new pillows, hot tub would have been ultimate bonus. The Bishop family had a wonderful vacation.

Easy access

Comfortable home with great layout; easy access to downtown, restaurants, and chair lift; 3 1/2 baths made it all work. This unit should not be listed as a “luxury” rental, however, due to the prehistoric televisions, and beds in need of replacement. We would definitely recommend this unit, but set your expectations appropriately. The Abode management company was excellent with returning calls and answering questions.
