Estupenda casa ideal para familias que se asegurará de satisfacer todas sus necesidades para las relajantes vacaciones familiares que está buscando. Capacidad para 7 personas muy cómodamente en los espaciosos 3 dormitorios; Porta cuna y silla alta son ambos suministrados. La sala de estar y el comedor de planta abierta aseguran mucho espacio para toda la familia. RC / AC en la sala de estar y calentadores eléctricos en dos de las habitaciones hacen que la propiedad sea muy cómoda durante todo el año. El patio está completamente cerrado para que sus hijos puedan jugar y explorar mientras usted se sienta y se relaja. Si a la mascota de la familia le gusta venir de vacaciones con usted, también son bienvenidas.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part I'm satisfied, however given that on arrival no beds were made & Having charged me a $180 cleaning fee... & I'm sure the people before us too, I'd expect the linen to be on the beds to be made up for the guests on their arrival, like all other Air B & B's I have stayed in. Having a client with a disability with me proved difficult in this situation, but we managed. Also found a tablet of some discription on the ground in the bedroom and the Urine stains around the bottom of the toilet bowl and ground was not overly pleasant given I a female client with me. The blinds were awfully dusty in the lounge area. Tv remote didn't work. Beside all of this the Location was great. & the house was a great size.

The location is brilliant - close to the main street, but also quiet (just over the road from the school oval - very handy for our border collie after hours), and a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Great amenities in the house, plenty of space and privacy outside too. (Speaking of dogs - it's great to have a top-quality place that welcomes them.) We highly highly recommend Squire's Rest!

Perfect location , comfortable...with just a few ifs & buts

Great property

The property itself was great! Super spacious and the yard and deck were a bonus. We were really disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. There was food remnants on the floor visible, the sinks (kitchen and bathroom) were both really dirty and needed to be cleaned, the pillow protectors had not been washed showing stains from previous guests and lastly one bed didn’t have a mattress protector. Minor things however we’ve always stayed in very clean properties in the past so just expected that this time.

Fantastic central accomodation

We used the squires rest accomodation during our time in robe for our wedding. It was the perfect spot for the bride (me) and my bridesmaids to get ready. Short walk to the supermarket to pick up supplies and a short walk to the caravan park where other family members were staying. 10 out of 10!

We love coming to stay at squires rest it meets all our needs with comfy beds and big living areas's and a well equip kitchen. The thing we love most is the location it perfect we walk everywhere. The staff are lovely and Hope is so helpful with booking over the phone. we recommend this property to all our family and friends

Great location and great value

Great house in a fantastic location but hadn’t been cleaned very well before we arrived. There were crumbs on the table, dog hair on the couch, the floors were grotty and the coffee container was sitting there empty. Will definitely recommend to others because of location but cleanliness needs to be improved.
