Agradable, limpio apartamento de dos dormitorios más loft con mucho espacio para grupos más grandes. La planta principal cuenta con cocina totalmente equipada, baño completo y sala de estar con chimenea. Terraza privada con barbacoa y TV de pantalla plana. Nivel inferior: BDRM # 1 Queen BDRM # 2 Literas dobles y dobles sobre camas gemelas. 2do baño. Escaleras de caracol conducen al desván que tiene una cama doble. Ubicado cerca de piscina cubierta, parque infantil y canchas de tenis. Duerme 6-8.

Piscina cubierta y al aire libre, sauna, spa, canchas de tenis, área de juegos para niños, acceso al lago Whitefish.

Fantastic location! Close to mountain and town: everything very accessible. Unit very well equipped.The bed in the loft is terrible. It’s like a marshmallow.

GREAT LOCATION

We loved the location as we skied and snowmobiled. The furnishings and bedding were quite dated and old. It would not cost alot to supply decent sheets, pillows, bedding and towels and it would feel so much more comfortable. It is very 1970's. What good was a fireplace with no wood? I guess it was bring your own... we forgot ours. It was quite warm and snuggly! If you ever want to sell, let me know as we would love to update it!

Wonderful place to stay

The check in process was easy and the home was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the pool to swim in and the tennis court was lots of fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was as advertised. Very short and easy 5 minute drive to Whitefish Ski resort. Had everything we needed, very comfortable and quiet. We’ll be back to Whitefish and I’d definitely stay here again.

My parents and I enjoyed every moment living in Ptarmigan Village. Being new to Montana, we fell in love with the vibe of our unit. Its cozy, cabin-style decor made for a most comfortable stay. To top it off, the indoor pool/sauna/jacuzzi combo was the perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Ptarmigan Stay

The property is in a great location in the village. For those who love east access to the pool you are right next to it. The house is cozy and the ability to be so close to the mountain is a big bonus.

Sister retreat

Peaceful property! The property was easy to drive to and about an hour to West Glacier, depending on traffic. My sisters and I had a great time and were able to visit with each other comfortably. There was plenty of parking. The only real drawback was the slow drainage in the main floor bathtub and sink and the carpets need cleaning.

Would have been 5 stars but...

This is a great property. It is located very close to the indoor pool but a bit of a walk to the outdoor pool. Both were nice. It has a great deck on the back for sitting out and is in a very peaceful setting. The property is about 40 minutes from Glacier National. The town of Whitefish is a cute little town. We didn't stay long enough to explore a lot. We would have liked to have done that. My only complaint about the property is the cleanliness. The shower drain on the main level ran very slow. The bathtub and bath floor downstairs needed a really good cleaning. The carpets needed a good shampooing or at the very least a good vacuum. We found things on the floor that should have been picked up by the vacuum. The beds were very comfortable and clean. That was a plus. I do want to acknowledge that I know it is hard to find enough staff at this time to do all the jobs needed. I would still recommend this property in the hopes that in the future, with enough workers, this property would receive 5 stars in cleanliness.

Nice Village

This property in Ptarmigan Village was a good place - except that we did not know that these properties do NOT have air conditioning. We live in Ohio, where A/C in the summer is a must and every rental has A/C, so we didn't even check to see if there was A/C when we booked. It was very hot while we stayed at the property, and we had to go buy box fans for the bedrooms to make them bearable to sleep in at night. The indoor pool at the complex was nice and cool though! The laundry complex for the village was easy to use and comfortable. There was plenty of room here - I liked that! The carpeting could use a cleaning, but everything else was comfortable. Parking is plentiful and right outside the unit. Everything was in working order.

Okay experience

We checked in around 7:30ish and the key that was left for us was not the key for the place. We tried opening for few minutes and had to call the property manager. They tried locating their after hours help and someone showed up around an hour later and gave us the right key. Shower heads were not the greatest. Mattresses were okay and not the most comfortable. Could have used some more utensils. Location was outside of town so for Glacier visit, you have to go through town and for skiing, its only a few minutes away. The complex was quiet and we didnt get a chance to use the pool, etc. Overall, decent experience with few opportunities.

Wonderful stay

We loved our time in Ptarmigan! It’s a beautiful little neighborhood with so much to offer right outside the door - pool, fishing pond, hot tub, tennis courts, playground. We took advantage of being so close to Whitefish resort and went there for a day of hiking one day. Then we also enjoyed being close to downtown and exploring down there. We wish we could have enjoyed the lake but they changed the code during our stay and the one evening we planned to go there was after the code was changed, so we couldn’t get in! Make sure to ask if the code will change at any point in your stay since it does change every couple days! Otherwise, everything was perfect and we were in love with our cabin.

Great Family Spot

This location was very convenient. Our family enjoyed the private lakefront, proximity to local hikes, and the ability to pop quickly into town. It was great to be so close to the playground and pool. Check-in and check-out were easy.

Welcome to Ptarmigan Village. we are a private HOA community located on 52 forested acres of land on big mountain. water and sewer are provided for and managed on site. The amenities include an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and wet sauna. Elmer’s pond is a small pond we stock with fish every summer for the kiddos to practice their angler skills. There are hiking trails throughout the village as well as two tennis/pickleball courts. our owners and guests also have private access to beachfront and dock on whitefish lake.
