Kuhio Shores 213 es un condominio tranquilo, frente al mar con impresionantes vistas desde su balcón donde se puede ver el amanecer y el atardecer. Kuhio Shores 213 está en la segunda planta situado en el centro exacto del edificio orientado hacia el sur y se adentra un poco más allá de las unidades vecinas que ofrecen amplias vistas del océano y total privacidad. Desde su balcón, podrás ver los surfistas, tortugas, vida marina y hasta ballenas entre diciembre y marzo. El sonido natural de las olas del mar se calma a dormir.

Kuhio Shores también está al lado de uno de los mejores lugares de buceo en toda la isla y el famoso restaurante Beach House.

Kuhio Shores 213 se limpia con orgullo por nuestro supervisor de limpieza en la isla. Está bien mantenido y cómodamente equipados con una cocina totalmente equipada, baño de mármol travertino de spa con cabina de ducha de cristal, sala de estar abierta, un comedor interior y mobiliario del complejo en el balcón frente al mar para relajarse.

Esta unidad es única porque tiene una abertura de 4 ″ x 5 ’entre el dormitorio y la sala de estar para que pueda disfrutar de la vista, sentir la brisa del océano y escuchar el oleaje desde la comodidad de su cama King.

Todos los pisos en el condominio 900 pies cuadrados es azulejo mexicano o bambú añadiendo al ambiente tropical.

Otras características adicionales incluyen: equipo de playa disponible para su uso, servicio de internet inalámbrico gratuito, dos televisores, cocina totalmente equipada y estacionamiento seguro con permiso gratuito. Ascensores o escaleras están disponibles para llegar a la segunda planta y una sala de lavandería que funciona con monedas está situada junto a los ascensores. Las parrillas de gas se encuentran en la propiedad para uso comunitario.

Hay un gran snorkeling en ambos lados del edificio con el alquiler de equipos fácilmente disponibles. Un centro comercial de estilo de la isla, situado a unos 10 minutos a pie, que ofrece más restaurantes, mercado de los granjeros, tiendas, tiendas de comestibles, un café / heladería, y mucho más.

Amazing View, Location spot on!

The view was amazing, perfect for relaxing breakfast and a sunset dinner on the lanai,great location central to wonderful beaches(don't forget to check out the "west" side beaches) excursions and shopping. Everything we needed and more, can't wait to come back!

Amazing stay!

We love eveything about this condo, it had the perfect location, was clean, and Dayna provoded with everything we needed for our stay and more! Dayna was great to work with, she proveded us with many recommendations on dinidng and excursions when we asked. We could not have asked for a better experience for our trip to Kauai.

Beautiful property, the views are breath taking. Very clean, Enjoyed our stay very much. I would have enjoyed a little AC for those really muggy days, but it cooled down in the evening the fans were a great help thank you.

Beautiful, beautiful place!

This condo right was just perfect. Outfitted with everything you would want or need. Loved waking up and going to sleep with the sound of the ocean. The oceanfront view was amazing. Loved watching the surfers everyday! Will be back here again for sure!

Loved it!

This is such an amazing place to stay. The condo was so clean and comfortable. You can’t find a better location. We watched the sun come up and go down. Slept to the sound of the ocean. The condo was set up perfectly and had everything we needed. We went running every morning and drank coffee on the lanai. Fresh fruit stand right across the street. We hope to return soon! Thank you!!!

Beautiful Sunsets

A fabulous condo! The view is breathtaking, the unit was super clean and had everything we needed to cook some of our meals. The bed was very comfortable, the deck has good views of both the East and West. The location is great because it isn't near a HUGE beach but very close to a small beach near the Beach House restaurant that has wonderful snorkeling! Easy to walk to stores or take a longer walk to Poipu beach, or out toward Spouting Horn. Dayna was quick to reply to any questions, we would love to stay here again!

Awesome beachfront location

My wife and I were extremely pleasantly surprised by this unit. It is on the second floor, has a tremendous ocean view and is adjacent The Beach House, a great place for a romantic dinner! We were also happy that the unit was well equipped and had good cross ventilation (a major factor in Kauai where all but the nicest places lack AC - a downside in many condos on the island). There is also an elevator, which makes access much easier. A great stay. We would come again.

Perfect location

As the final part of our honeymoon, we chose Daynas condo. 1. Because it was on the south side of the island and we visited in the winter 2. Because of how close it was to the water and snorkeling. The place couldn’t have been more perfect. The way the unit is laid out it’s very private with the waves crashing literally outside the door. We were able to watch turtles, dolphins and whales from our balcony. It was a very convenient walk to snorkeling and we loved having downtown Koloa so close by!

Seaside Paradise

This condo came as advertised and more. We really enjoyed looking out to watch the activity in the ocean just a few feet away, surfers challenged by the incoming waves and sea turtles feeding along the shore. My wife almost cried as we left, and has since set up a Spotify play list of ocean waves to immitate the sounds of the sea crashing on the rocks. We visited the more popular parts of Poipu but prefer the Lawa'i Road area that's a little quieter and leads out to the Spouted Horn and Allerton Gardens. The old sugar mill ambiance of Kukui'ula Village shopping center is less than a mile away. Overall, a great place to stay!

Wonderful condo!

This property was comfortably furnished, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We really appreciated the ice trays and ice bowl in the freezer! The view was amazing. We watched sea turtles and surfers at all times of day. We were there when it was 90 with an east west breeze so the condo was very hot and stuffy. It did not cool off at night. Dayna was very straight forward about the lack of A/C though. There were lots of useful beach items, and we really appreciated the door lock setup. It was a quiet condo. I highly recommend this place!

The view!!

The view is breathtaking! We saw dozens of sea turtles everyday. Pictures don’t do it justice. We found it clean and even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen seemed well equipped. Furniture was older and not super comfy, but we chose this location for the view and it did not disappoint. Air conditioning would have made it more comfortable as well. Even with the ocean breeze and fans it felt a little stuffy sometimes. Despite that, we would definitely stay here again!

Waves, Sun and a Great View.

What a wonderful place this was. Checking in and out were super easy and convenient. The owner has provided everthing you need for your stay. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 smaller handheld umbrellas, a cooler, 2 boogie boards, beach towels and more. Add that to the kitchen to make your meals while enjoying the views on your fantastic lanai. Turtles, waves, seals and surfers are just outside your sliding doors. The kitchen is fully stock with pans, plates, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Even had a couple cold, tall bottles of water waiting for us. Location is the best. Free parking as a guest of condo. Beach house is right next door, which is where you can take a drink over and see the best spot on the island for sunsets. Snorkling is 100 yards away. We will return to Kauai and will return to this unit.

Beautiful accommodation, great view

The condo was sparkling clean when we arrived. It is a great place, right on the water. We saw turtles from the lanai. Nice beach for snorkeling adjacent. Definitely a place to rent again.

Wonderful Home Away from Home

What a breathtaking ocean view from the balcony! Over our 17 day stay we watched surfers, sunsets and even a pod of rarely seen false killer whales. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, and thenumerous amenities (the condo ukulele and the binoculars for improved ocean watching.). Dayna was immediately available and responsive the morning I called her when dishwasher wouldn’t drain. Albert was in the suite within minutes and fixed the problem. This felt like our home away from home and we can’t recommend it enough!

Amazing View

We spent a week in Condo 213 and enjoyed our time, immensely. We were able to enjoy each day’s lovely sunrise and sunset. The location is close to many fun activities and wonderful beaches. The owners and property managers were readily available and friendly. This was a great choice for us.

Ideal location on Kauai

The property is ideal for viewing the ocean, sunrise, sunset, turtles, dolphins, snorkelers, surfers, divers, and the dark night sky. The condo itself is very well equipped and comfortable. We appreciated that binoculars were available for ocean viewing, and that beach gear was provided. Air conditioning would have been nice, but the several ceiling fans and open floor plan, with flow through ventilation compensated. We would definitely come back to this location on future visits to the island.
