Convenientemente ubicado cerca de la playa Whites, se encuentra esta propiedad magníficamente elevada de tres dormitorios con vista al mar.

Ingrese a una entrada impresionante que conduce a un área de estar, comidas y cocina de planta abierta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable con horno eléctrico, estufa a gas y la comodidad de un lavaplatos. Con un hermoso estilo, las bien equipadas salas de estar y la sala de estar se abren a un patio pavimentado orientado al norte y un patio trasero completamente cerrado, perfecto para los niños, su amigo de cuatro patas y entretenimiento en el verano. El nivel inferior también cuenta con un dormitorio principal con cama queen size y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje. Un lavadero independiente totalmente equipado y sala de polvo también está disponible para uso de los huéspedes.

La planta superior consta de dos dormitorios adicionales de buen tamaño, baño principal, baño separado, área de estudio y una amplia sala de estar que da a un área de entretenimiento al aire libre con azulejos que captura las vistas del océano y los humedales.

Esta encantadora propiedad ofrece un garaje doble automático, calefacción / aire acondicionado de ciclo inverso, juego de aire Telstra y todas las comodidades que necesita.

Doggy beach nearby and secure back yard for our small dog. Only negatives were the doggy door was very stiff and our dog was unable to use it. Very negative experience with the real estate managing the property-it took many phone calls to get our $500 bond returned. This was very disappointing as we passed the cleaning inspection, having left the home as we would our own. The staff at the real estate agency reception were very pleasant and helpful in all our dealings. It was simply a management issue with the return of our bond. If I was the owners, I would be looking for a new agency to manage your great property.

Delightful home and what a location! Minor gripe would have been handy to know that the home was more well equipped than advertised re: linen, condiments, etc. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

Prefct Place for the family and fur-babies

It was opposite the lead free park and beach - just 30 secs and we were there :). The place had everything you needed, you just needed to bring yourself. Everything was labelled so you knew exactly where to find things and of course return things when you had finished with them. We were also allowed to access the property early - which was fantastic. If you want the perfect stay and not have to worry about a thing - I recommend this place.

Two living areas is great (one for the kids and one for the adults). Very clean and highly recommended.
