Esta moderna casa adosada de dos pisos está situada en el corazón del casco antiguo de Torquay, una ubicación privilegiada a solo minutos de la playa, todos los principales cafés y restaurantes, supermercados y tiendas. Consta de 3 habitaciones de tamaño generoso, la principal con baño en suite y WIR, una gran cocina abierta / comedor y sala de estar en la planta superior con vista al mar y una gran área de entretenimiento. ¡Esta propiedad es perfecta para sus vacaciones!

¡Una segunda sala de estar en la planta baja, con literas, hace que esta casa de vacaciones sea perfecta para los niños! Con cinco sistemas divididos de A / C (incluido uno en cada habitación) y dos ventiladores portátiles, ¡nunca tendrá que preocuparse por esas noches calurosas de verano o los fríos días de invierno! ¡Rápido para reservar este para el verano!

Overall was very nice, however when I walked through on my own a few minutes after picking up keys I walked through numerous cobwebs downstairs. These were in the hall and the second and third bedrooms. No other areas.

Great sized 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor and kids retreat upstairs along with week equipped kitchen and sea glimpses. The cockatoos and magpies kept us entertained during breakfasts and very centrally located so walking to shops and beach was easy.

Spacious house. Fantastic location in Old Torquay. Spotless. Well appointed kitchen. No internet, which might not suit some people. Access to double, lock-up garage. Short walk to surf beach & "Cosy Corner", supermarkets, cafes, op shops, bookshop, fish & chips. Short walk to the garden start of beautiful clifftop walk to Jan Juc.

Great family home

Location location!! You will not find a better home to holiday in at Torquay! Just a short walk to front & surf beach, Coles, surf shops & many cafes & eateries - just park your car & walk everywhere if you wish. The house has all you need & more.wonderful appliances etc the owners have thought of everything - this house has been perfect for our family of five so relaxing & everyone enjoys their own space. We have 3 daughters 14.16 & 19 - we all Love this holiday house & have just enjoyed our 4th January holiday here
