We take guest feedback seriously as guests identify where and how we can improve the experience for the future through their use of the property. As a matter of information, the tapping noise was likely the hot water baseboard used to heat the house. When hot water is circulated buy the furnace the pipes expand slightly which can create a ticking noise. Douglaston Salmon Run Guest Services Team

We understand why this would be a major reason that your group chose to reserve this location and how it impacted your experience. We're also sorry to learn about the tub's cleanliness as we take great pride in keeping our facilities extremely clean. As a result, we will be issuing you a partial refund. Hi Chris, This is great feedback about the garage doors. Because they are custom doors, they open a little differently than normal doors that roll up. I will also double check that all remotes have batteries and accounts are logged in for our guests to use. Sorry you had trouble with them!
